I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of five couples. The hotel is new, and you can definitely tell — the rooms are modern, clean, and nicely designed. The facilities themselves have a lot of potential.

There was only one staff member managing the breakfast area, and she was not pleasant. She never smiled and did not make guests feel welcome. To make matters worse, one of my friends became sick after eating the fruit served at breakfast, which was very concerning.
Additionally, three pieces of clothing went missing from my room. We searched everywhere and could not find them. When I reported this to the receptionist, we had to wait a long time to speak with the manager. There was no sense of urgency, apology, or empathy shown regarding the situation.
One of the couples traveling with us also requested additional towels and soap and never received them, despite asking.
Overall, while the hotel itself is new and visually appealing, the lack of customer service, cold breakfast, missing belongings, and unfulfilled requests made this a very disappointing stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the guest experience.

We were not advised by the hotel ahead of our arrival that there was major road work being completed right in front of the hotel. We had booked a balcony room and due to the construction noise and dust we were unable to enjoy this amenity we had paid extra for.
Also the hotel is across the road from a bar that is super noisy every day and night until 5am. We were unable to sleep for our entire 7 nights. The hotel was sold out and was only able to move for our last couple of nights to a room further away from the road. The new room though further away was not much better.
If we had been advised by the hotel ahead of time about the road construction we mostly likely would have cancelled our reservation and booked elsewhere.
If you like sleep, i would book elsewhere

Staff is very helpful, the location is amazing, and the rooms are large, modern, comfortable and clean. The only complaint we had is that the included breakfast is not very good and the restaurant staff were not very friendly. There is also road construction taking place in front of the hotel so access isn't the best but once that is complete it should be great. If you can, try to get a room at the back of the hotel. The first 3 nights we were there we had a room at the back and couldn't hear any noise from the clubs across the street. On our return trip, we had a room for 1 night towards the front of the building and could hear the nightclubs at 4:00 am.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very limited, not very fresh and the coffee was lukewarm. The road in front of the hotel is under construction so cars can’t access it for pickup or drop off and the sidewalk was torn up and blocked off half the time.

Great and spacious room! We booked the room with the balcony and city view and it was amazing! Lots a room to spread out, and kitchenette was perfect to cook some small meals if you didn’t want to go out. Location is superb! Close to the action of Zona Rosa, with that said be aware that it can be loud late at night. This was no issue for us however, they do provide ear plugs. The amenities were great, they have a fitness area and steam room. Staff was incredibly helpful and suggested great places to eat and activities to do in CDMX. Highly recommend, will stay again!

We spent 8 nights in Amberes 64 and it was a wonderful stay. Estefania Reyes in the restaurant was extremely helpful. The food was delicious, it was not continental breakfast, but a scrumptious hot Mexican meal. I really enjoyed the shower; the water was abundant. You get 2 small water bottles each day for your use. The hotel is very clean and across the street from a fun gay bar.

My room was very large, clean and comfortable with an excellent bed and bedding. Housekeeping was slightly inconsistent and the design of the required climbing some stairs (the bellman was available to assist). It’s very well located near Roma Norte which was my favourite area. Breakfast is included and it was OK, not delicious but not bad. Their coffee is acidic and bitter. They have a great gym for a hotel and a steam room which was a nice bonus. The staff were helpful and friendly enough. I would very likely stay here again. During my stay (December 2025) the street was being repaired so the sidewalks were torn up but sidewalks in CDMX are a bit of a nightmare anyway. Get a room in the back of the hotel. My suite was very quiet but a balcony room would be very noisy as there are nightclubs across the street.

The staff here is excellent and the room is beautiful too. Unfortunately, unbeknown to us the street is a major club scene and the music and fireworks went on until 6 am. After complaining the second night the staff gave us a white noise machine which didn’t help much. So we had very little sleep the days we were here. But be warned, it is a party street full of clubs that are popping all night until 5am. Directly across is a cabaret that does karaoke and it goes on all night every night. I live in a city and can sleep through anything but if you are sound sensitive, this is not the place for you. Like I sleep through tropical storms and sirens, seriously sound isn't an issue. If you can't sleep in a night club go elsewhere.

This hotel is in the pink zone (zona rosa). Upon arrival we were greeted great. Check in was quick. The location of the property was convenient close to Reforma, Condesa, easy to get transported to and from places. There is plenty places to go eat and drink. Lots of bars around the area. I felt safe. To my misfortune housekeeping/staff took our stuff on several occasions and we caught on. They did refund us the amount taken from us but this was a very unfortunate situation to experience because the hotel was comfortable and spacious a place I would have wanted to return to but will no longer be doing so.

There was a club across the street that was raging loud until 5am in the morning. My first night there I couldn’t sleep at all. At 2am I went down to the front desk and was given a white noise speaker, which helped but I still wakened constantly from the noise. Also, four times I returned to my room to find I was locked out and had to go back to the front desk to have my key card reset. Needless to say, i will never come back here again. And shame on Expedia for not making travelers aware.

My partner and I stayed here for one week when we were in town for a wedding. We chose this location due to its proximity to all the places we had planned to go. It was walking distance to many popular attractions/areas which was a big plus for us as we are big walkers. Uber had no problem finding the place for those late nights. Despite being in a nightlife zone, we felt perfectly safe day and night and enjoyed feeling more immersed with the locals. As for the noise some had pointed out, yes, there are noises from the bars when out walking around but once we were inside the hotel and in our room, we did not hear anything. Perhaps being on the top floor facing the back side also helped, however, having travelled to many big cities and living in one, the city noise was nothing out of ordinary. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch for days we wanted to start leisurely. Did not use the gym nor the sauna but they looked clean. So was our room upon arrival and after each cleaning. All the staff we encountered were kind and courteous. Aldair and David who happened to work the night shifts the week we were there were absolute gems to this establishment. Many pleasant conversations were had with them from them asking how our day in their lovely city went, us asking for recommendations, practising Spanish with us and more. They were a true highlight of our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in CDMX!

I had a great room in the fourth floor with a balcony. I enjoyed the view from the room. The staff was helpful and I felt safe at night. If you wake up easily, the rooms with balconies facing the bars may not be the best option for you. Ask them to place you in a room that is facing away from the bars. My room looked just like the web photo. Not exactly cosy but clean and comfortable. I arrived at 3 a.m. on October 16th, exhausted. The gentleman at the desk was so helpful and welcoming, the fact that I had spent 18 hours in transit seemed irrelevant. Throughout my stay, the doormen were fantastic, making me feel at home and very much a valued guest. Anything I asked about was addressed immediately. There were some minor issues such as a drippy shower and the amenity pumps not working. Breakfast was low key and peaceful even though my options were limited by dietary restrictions. Toward the end of my stay, a group moved in to the room next door and there was noise but I sleep with earplugs so it was not overly disruptive. Street noise was not an issue for me most days as my room was toward the back of the building. Lots of towels, comfortable bed, reliable wifi, adequate storage for clothes, decent counter space in the bathroom, full size blow dryer. Great location for walking or catching the metro, handy shop on the corner to grab bottles of water each day.

The area is extremely noisy at night, full of night clubs with loud music. The hotel, rather than be straight forward about it before one reserves, provides you with a device which creates bland noises to cover the street noise. The problem is that it does not and it is impossible to fall asleep in the rooms which are above the street.

We loved this hotel it was walkable to many locations there were many things around us like bars, restaurants, markets, and many tourist sites like the angle of dependence that only took us 6 minutes to walk to. We felt safe the entire time. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The only downsides are if you are a light sleeper this might not be the hotel for you, because you can hear the nightlife going on at night since there are bars all around you. The other thing is that compared to the rest of the city this area seemed a little bit more dirty but that’s not a big issue. Other than that I 100% recommend this hotel and location and I would definitely stay here again.

We didnt drive we went in an Uber from the airport. Heading to the airport about 15/20 minutes at a red light we were robbed at Gunpoint. We told the guy at the hotel and he did not even care. Hotel was clean. We had breakfast twice, they were short staff and we kept having to remind staff that they forget stuff we ordered. I was literally getting ready to walk away because I felt like we were being ignored.

Super convenient location to stay if you’re going to be exploring the city by foot. Not the most quiet area since it’s across from bars and clubs, but still quite safe and clean. The hotel has a security guard on standby at all times. Small gym but enough equipment to keep you going. Free breakfast at their partner is convenient, although it doesn’t open until 7:30 am, which is somewhat late if you’re looking to start your day extra early.

This is my goto hotel everytime I visit Mexico City now. Staff is amazing, area is safe, and it’s walkable to many things I like experience when I’m solo traveling; good cocktail bars, upscale restaurants and breakfast spots, shopping malls, etc. it’s in the heart of the party town, so be prepared for it to be a bit noisy, but always full of life and makes it convenient to step out and have a good time right as you leave.
