**From March 24th to April 14th, our pool will be closed for maintenance to ensure your safety and proper operation. We appreciate your understanding.

** This charming hotel lies in the leisure district of Mexico City just 15 minutes' walk from the city centre where guests will discover many bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife scene. This welcoming hotel comprises 22 floors with a total of 142 rooms including 14 suites.

Facilities include a cosy restaurant to while the day away, a public Internet terminal, room and laundry services. Car parking facilities are to be found outside the hotel.

After our last experience, I'll have to rethink my go-to stay at H. Century Reforma. The price was good and the room was clean, but not quite fully stocked (no glasses or wash cloths). Our 6 AM wake-up call never came, and I had to remind the front desk to get us a 6:30 taxi to the airport. Worst of all, the reception staff was rude, possibly homophobic. This final one is unacceptable in the hospitality sector.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Hotel Century Reforma. Upon check-in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the room experience quickly became disappointing.

I booked a queen room, which was quite small, fine for a very short stay, but not ideal for anything longer. Inside the room, there was a random door that, when opened, revealed only a wall covered in soundproof foam, which felt odd and unnecessary.

The biggest issue was the temperature. The room was already warm, and I later discovered the air conditioning was locked at 25°C (77°F) with no ability to adjust it. The water pressure was extremely weak, making showers frustrating (possibly due to being on a higher floor).

Hoping cooler night air would help, I opened the window, but it made no difference in temperature and instead let in significant street noise, making it difficult to rest. When I spoke with the night shift front desk about the AC, I was told it was an “old room” and there was nothing they could do.

Due to the discomfort, I decided to book another hotel and absorb the cost of the remaining nights. The next morning at checkout, a different front desk agent asked if I wanted to change rooms, but by then it was too late.

Overall, the location is convenient, and the staff was polite, but I would not stay here again. Be prepared for a warm room with locked AC, low water pressure, and street noise if you plan to stay here.

Is near a poloce station so you hear the sirens all night long, not very loud, but if you have a very soft sleep you will need ear pligs or soft \"white noise music\" that is what I did and it worked!

We wanted to cancel our booking because of changing our travel plans but since we booked the non-refundable room, we couldn't cancel it. We booked 4 nights and ended up staying only 1 night. However, the experience of staying the hotel century Reforma was wonderful! The location was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was friendly and kind. The doorman was sweet and dedicated. Some people left reviews like it's noisy, and yes, I could hear people talked loudly at midnight or car sounds in the early morning. But it wasn't too bad. Maybe our room was located a better side.

Overall, we liked it and we want to come back again!

My slice of heaven

We were in Mexico City for a second time on our way home. We had an excellent stay with super friendly staff, beautiful lobby and a beautiful view from our room on the 19th floor and so comfortable beds. Pool area was wonderful and gorgeous views of the city from there also. We loved the Zona Rosa area and was close to so much delicious food and activities.

We had planned a relaxing stay at Hotel Century Reforma, but unfortunately had to leave the morning of our arrival due to a family emergency—our son was in a car accident and admitted to the ER, and we had to catch the first flight back to Texas.

I explained the situation to the hotel staff, hoping for some compassion or flexibility, but was told that since we booked through Expedia at a non-refundable rate, they couldn’t reimburse us for the unused nights.

While I understand how hotel policies work, I also know that properties have complete discretion to make exceptions in extreme cases. This was one of those moments, and it’s disappointing that the hotel chose not to exercise that discretion.

Beyond the lack of empathy, the property itself left much to be desired. The windows seem quite old—street noise poured in constantly, making it hard to rest. The hotel feels outdated overall, and the uneven floors were especially difficult for someone like me, who suffers from chronic vertigo.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for travelers seeking comfort, quiet, or responsive service in moments of crisis.

This hotel is an excellent option for a visit to CDMX. The staff are amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean.
The location is perfect, close to the metro, Reforma and walkable to parks, shopping and tourist sites. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the serving staff are great. This will be my go to hotel when visiting CDMX in the future.

Good afternoon. This is my review. First of all, you need to train some of your staff to speak English. You can’t run a hotel and expect everyone to speak Spanish only. You have guests from different countries who speak various languages. English is one of them. Second, you need to check the remotes to ensure they have batteries. You can’t put a non-working remote in an unexpected TV to turn it on by itself. Lastly, the food is great, but you must learn how to cook scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs can’t be on the line for two hours and dried out. They must be constantly turned and have liquid inside.

The staff was helpful and professional. The room was clean. The pool area is small. However, the location is extremely noisy from 6pm to 6am. I was on the 3rd floor and could hear everything. It was impossible to get a good night sleep. The noise during the day is normal city noise.

Expedia Website/Hotel had the following amenities listed (before and after confirmation of the reservation). In reality, these items did NOT exist:

1--Free Mini-Bar.
2--Off-site fitness gym nearby (free passes).
3--Front desk staffed only 3-5 pm daily?
4--Pool was actually a small wading area only 2.5 feet deep (very miniature with only a few chairs).

The above items were listed as amenities, but did NOT exist. Not a happy customer!

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very well located, near restaurants, supermarket and walking distance to the main square.

Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. There was a good enough gym for a workout.

We paid for the breakfast but was totally worth it, really good breakfast with plenty of options and they even prepared a snack box for our last day as we were leaving very early.

I would highly recommend it.

The hotel from the looks was very nice. It is located in a nice convenient area to downtown. The main entrance is kept clean as well as the hallways. The room however was not so good. When we arrived the television wasn’t working. They sent someone up and the hooked up a wire until it could be fixed the following day. We then went to go to bed and the hot water in the bathroom was not working but was replaced the day after as well. The bed on two different occasions had stains on the bed and was quite gross. We also had dirty towels twice. When getting a rental it was also weird you pay for ballet but you have to park your own car and then go to the lot. It shouldn’t be called ballet if you have to park it and go to lot to pick it up.
