Hotel and suites so assume maybe some rooms, have microwave and refrigerator, but ours definitely did not. Not only did it not have coffee maker in room, there was no coffee available in the lobby and could only get coffee from hotel restaurant if it was open at extravagant price.

Bathroom was small and had to close door to bathroom in order to open door to shower. This could be easily fixed with sliding door to get into bathroom itself.

Location of hotel was very convenient and hotel staff was great. They went out of their way to warn us of the cost of the restaurant for breakfast.

We would probably stay here again but there were significant deficiencies, especially the coffee situation

Excellent location close to Roma Norte & Zone Rosa, and short walking distance between 2 metro stations and the metro bus. Excellent cafes bars and restaurants close by. The room was quite large with comfortable beds, and the shower was great. Staff very nice. Will stay again on my next trip to Mexico City.

I liked almost everything; the hotel is small but very cozy, and located not far from the city center, 5 minutes from the Independence Monument. Surprisingly, the cleaning was done every day, the breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly.

What we like:
- The location of the hotel. Within walking distance from a good number of restaurant, shopping, and attractions.
- The room was old, but well maintained and clean.
- The bed and pillows were comfortable.
- Good water pressure on the shower.
What we did not like:
- Service. There were three of us in the room, but there were only 2 towels in the room. We asked for a third, and was given one, but once we had our room cleaned, the 3 towels were taken and replaced by only 2 clean towels. When our room was cleaned, the attendant left a half-full toilet paper roll, so we ended up looking for an attendant the next morning to ask for a new toilet paper. The TV remote battery went dead. So I went down to the front desk and asked the attendant there to open the battery case on the remote and I will replace the battery myself. I was told that he will send someone to my room to change the battery. It was midnight, and my wife was already sleeping. I told the attendant that I will change it myself, just open the remote casing. The attendant said he can't do it.
Overall, it was a good stay.

Mi hotel de preferencia. Varios años hospedándome en este establecimiento. Una excelente opción en cuanto a precio y ubicación. El suite con cocineta incluye cafetera, microondas, estufa, mininevera con un amplio congelador. Si solicita vajilla, se la traerán. Los Suites son amplias. Cama King es firme. No tiene colchón con capa superior acolchada, pero duermo bien. La ropa de cama es de algodón 100% de estilo clásico. Muchas almohadas y toallas grandes. Las almohadas no son de plumas ni de plumón, pero sorprendentemente están bien. El televisor es Roku, si le gusta ver televisión o traiga su dispositivo Roku de casa y conéctelo. ¡Yo lo hago! Los baños no tienen ventanas. Puede usar el gimnasio del hotel hermano PF a la vuelta de la esquina, y está bien. No muy grande. El restaurante sirve unos deliciosos chilaquiles verdes. Tambien puedes pedir comida a domicilio por app (¿por qué?).
Es una propiedad con una ubicación céntrica. Al salir, gire a la izquierda 2x mirará al Ángel de la Independencia y el Paseo de la Reforma; continúe caminando y pasará por el Hotel PF. ¡El tiempo total para llegar al Ángel es de solo 5 minutos! O gire a la derecha al salir una cafetería. 5 minutos la panadería Esperanza la estación de metro Sevilla de la Línea Rosa, a dos cuadras del restaurante Oaxaquito Diana. Caminando 10 minutos hacia la izquierda o la derecha, encontrará el delicioso restaurante Testal o pizzeria Cancino Cibeles frente a la Fuente de Cibeles. Roma y Condesa unos min

The room was a basic but fit our needs. It was clean and the staff was really friendly. They provided a fresh bottle of water which was great since we checked in late and were too tired to buy water at a convenience store. The hotel is located near most tourist spots and the neighborhood is generally safe. Just be aware that you can hear the honking of traffic during rush hour so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel ,but this time the linen was not up to par , besides having stains and holes ,the sofa arm chair was tilted because one of the support bottoms was totally loose ,I informed the receptionist and said he would send somebody,in the 3 days of our stay they didn't fix it ,the only good thing was that I asked for a room as close as to total silent as possible and I did get that ,but the maids started the cleaning at 8:30 am 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄I think that's too early ,maybe 10 am I get it
Besides those issues the place is very centric to Roma and reforma if that's what you are looking for ,they have 2 convenient stores a block away and a bunch of restaurants around the block ,the metro is 2 blocks away on Insurgentes and a bus station exiting the hotel ,also it's very walkable and safe ,this hotel is in the zona Rosa zone which is the Gay friendly area ,a bunch of clubs are a walk away .

Our stay was very nice. No complaints on the room or the building/ area. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the front desk staff. One gentleman in particular was very off-putting. We were already checked in and my sister arrived from the airport with her 2 small girls asleep. 1 in the stroller and another over her shoulder. Her check in was at 12 and it was 8 am. She had previously been told earlier check-in wasn't a problem but when she arrived this man told her she'd have to wait. I told her to wait in our room, which has a living sitting area. He said she wasn't allowed up until check in and that she'd have to wait in the lobby or elsewhere until checkin. I asked if at least the sleeping childing could come up and he was hesitant before finally allowing me to take them upstairs. I took them up and came down to keep my sister company when the guy said there was actually a room available. I'm certain he was looking to get some under the table cash and was willing to let my nieces suffer until he got his way.

:conveniently situated, very clean and spacious room. However, amenities/facilities were outrageously dated and even absent. A 32-inch plasma TV offers Spanish-only channels; a mini bar is not available; there is no access to hot water for morning coffee/tea; and renovation work was ongoing next door from my day one check-in until day 5. Not a pleasant experience. At the very least, get your guests a small smart TV, so we can use our own Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube accounts to watch a program in our chosen language before bedtime. Soundproofing was poorly made. My sleep was cut into pieces by footsteps on the corridor and mortorcyclesand cars. Too annoying! However, a favourable rating is still given because of its convenient location.

My stay was in an Executive King. The room is large, roomy. Bathroom has no window and is average size divided in two. Shower and toilet and the vanity area which is ample
The bedroom is impressive for it's ample space. TV is a bit small. Maybe 27\" - 32\", however, for the few minutes you're in the room it's not an issue

The maids and cleaning staff are on target. Friendly and helpful. The reception desk bellhops and restaurant equally qualified and friendly

You're about 7 minutes to the Diana the Huntress roundabout and on the opposite side the Metro Sevilla. This has been my hotel for a few years now. I have been very happy here. I highly recommend this hotel.

Me alojé en una habitación Executive King. La habitación es grande y espaciosa. El baño no tiene ventana y es de tamaño medio, dividido en dos. La ducha, el inodoro y el tocador son amplios.
El dormitorio impresiona por su amplio espacio. El televisor es un poco pequeño. Quizás de 27 a 32 pulgadas, pero durante los pocos minutos que estás en la habitación no es un problema.

El personal de limpieza y limpieza es muy atento. Amables y serviciales. Los botones de recepción y el restaurante son igualmente cualificados y amables.

Estás a unos 7 minutos de la rotonda de la Diana Cazadora y, al otro lado, la parada de metro de Sevilla. Este ha sido mi hotel durante varios años. He estado muy contento aquí. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

A perfect hotel in CDMX location, a lot of walkable tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and public transportation. The staff was very helpful and they even stored our luggage for us a few hours after checkout. The front desk was very attentive to anything that was needed. Definitely will be staying here again.

I was expecting a 3.5 star hotel but actually got a 2 maybe 2.5 star hotel. The shower handles had major limescale. The bed was super firm, I slept well on it though so I can’t complain. No bedbugs which was great! The windows have no screen so be careful opening the small windows because bugs can fly or crawl inside. There was a horrible stench throughout our stay, idk where it was coming from but be aware of leaving anything outside on the bed or hanging because it will get trapped on your clothes. When you go back home your luggage will be very stinky. It smelled like sewage tbh. It was not a pleasant smell and there was no way to get rid of it. I wish there were more reviews about how bad the stench was. The cleaning was very basic, the floors were not swept and the counters were not cleaned. Travel with mini sized hand cloths because they don’t have any at the hotel. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby so that was a major plus! Many places were walking distance so that was one of the upsides at staying at this hotel.

I don't really know where to start with this place, it wasn't good. The only positives are the location and the big rooms.
The hotel is really noisy, constant renovation work and noise from other rooms disturbed our whole stay. The walls and doors are so thin that you get constant noise from the corridors. We were given a room with a window onto another corridor so no daylight and we had double the noise. At one point the water was cut off for maintenance without us being told, when I called reception they couldn't seem to see anything wrong with this.
Rooms are dated, hot water takes up to ten minutes to come through by which time the terrible drainage means that the bottom of the shower is full of water. No plug in the sink and barely any of the shower holes work.
We had a second stay booked here and I cancelled it.

I liked that the hotel was centric to the area. I enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. The hotel itself is ok. The hotel is fairly smail with published amenities being restricted. No gym onsite - although you are able to use the gym at the sister hotel around the corner a block away from this property. The elevator is small and the speed of the elevator was noticiably slow. I ended up using the stairs primarily to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs multiple times daily. It rained fairly consistently, so it was much appreciated that the hotel offered loaner umbrellas to get around. The room was spacious for an executive suite. While the suite had a kitchenette, there was no cutlery to use. Everything required a call or a visit to the front desk.

Also, aside from the kitchenette and the extra space there is no noticable perks between the executive suite and deluxe room options. Hotel cleanliness could be improved - from the towels to the cleaniless in the room.
This hotel is a great option for price conscious guests or guests who do not intent on using the room for other than sleep.

Extremely inexpensive and great value for the money. Good place for getting around. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you need AC or a cooler environment, this place might be a challenge for you. The split fan worked well in the bedroom area; however, it wasn't strong enough for the entire living space. I recommend that you ask for an interior room as the street noise was present even on the third floor. Overall, a bargain and with great service.

4.5 stars is probably an honest rating. I stayed here a week and it was perfectly adequate, not amazing but not bad. The pros, the aqueduct was the view out our window, staff were friendly, cleaners were excellent and left bottled water every time they came through. The location is the best you can get and its easy access to the metro and rapid bus and in the centre of everything. The cons were minor, I couldn’t pay for my full stay using their POS terminal with any of my three credits cards even though they worked elsewhere (maybe I’ll just opt to pay though Expedia next time). However, the staff was flexible and I ended up paying for a couple nights at a time. I was traveling with kids so booked a suite so I could do things in the other room while they were in bed, but it’s not a true suite just a larger room with a four foot high divider, so when they went to bed the lights needed to go off. The AC sometimes didn’t work and we have no idea why. There is a gym shown in the pics but it’s actually in the other property. Also as said in other reviews, because of the odd naming Ubers never drop you off in the right place, but it’s around the corner so a minor inconvenience. The showers had good water pressure but was oddly laid out so it was hard not to flood the bathroom. Overall I would recommend staying here as the pros outweigh the cons.

Due to sudden changes in our schedule we had to extend our stay and having the kitchen facilities helped us cook our own meals. It can still be improved but we got by. Everything is very close by, with good cafe options. This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we will definitely choose if we come back to Mexico City.

Hotel was close to restaurants and shops in Juarez and Roma Norte. Bus stop was in front of the property. Very small hotel lobby and restaurant but ok. Room is big and clean. Bed was firm and pillows were ok. Towels and sheets need some upgrade. Love the hot showers! Definitely would go back to stay!
