Room was good & clean. The downside was we faced onto the pool (which did not receive any sun in February) & a night club which thumped music until 2am every night. In addition the air conditioner settings did not work & we would wake up to the room being 15 degrees.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I couldn’t wait to leave this place. There is bars/clubs behind the hotel and music kept playing until 4am. Not good for the hotel. The rooms were not that clean specially shower but it was not horrible either. It’s nice that it has a pool that’s one of the main reasons we stayed here. We got to enjoy the pool the last night. Staff was professional and friendly. We only got 2 towels and it was 3 of us. I called to get an extra towel and it took a bit too long I had to go downstairs but nobody was at the reception. Later I called and a female came shortly after and it seemed she was out of breath like she was by herself taking stuff to other rooms. I felt bad. The lobby was pretty and it felt high end at first then I was disappointed. 2/5 will not be staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, modern well-furnished rooms, great staff. Windows don't block out a lot of sound from the outside, but if you face Liverpool Street it's fairly quiet most of the time, so it's worth requesting that. Great location close to transit as well as walkable to sight-seeing. A few minor maintenance issues keep me from rating the hotel full stars, but I would have no hesitations about staying there again.

Great location modern building nice rooms, however management and staff are lazy, unreliable on wake up calls checking on cleaning, lack of wine beer menu, room cleanliness, facilities like washrooms having TP and other guest request, Had to nag customer care 1/2 my trip could not get coffee or fresh eggs or even offer drink refill, cocktails very expensive, rooms has wifi but tv will crash often could not stream Netflix's on tv but ok on my cpu) AC is in room but set on some form eco control could not get room bellow 19 c which still hot day in Canada most day it was at 22 c which hot to sleep in often in am it was cooler outside in hall way and street then in my room . Sadly no window to open ... there is likely better places to stay with in 1/2 block st better rate higher customer care. To five star hotel and VIP rating it failed on most accounts consistently as an average hotel in mexico it fine .. just keep emergency supply of TP handy and be prepared to nag staff to get things...

Very clean and nice hotel. Spacious rooms and very good amenities. I’m not able to give it a 5 as I was very disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer free tea and coffee. We had to pay $10.00 Canadian for two tiny cups in the restaurant. The coffee machine in our room did not work. Housekeeping never came on our second night stay. If you are looking to use the pool, be aware it didn’t get any sun while we were staying there.

Great location in Zona Rosa. Easy access to the underground rail. The hotel is modern and welcoming. The breakfast service was excellent with friendly waiters and plenty of choice. We had a serious issue with the cleanliness of the hotel room - but we spoke to the manager who was apologetic and made amends.

The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were very friendly. Room service was fast, which we appreciated. However, there were a few concerns. The hallways were very dark with low lighting and felt empty. We were also told the pool was heated, but it was not—even after reminding staff three times. Additionally, the pool is extremely small.

Overall, our stay was okay, but it would not be our ideal choice for a future trip.

The hotel lie about having free shuffle from the airport.

Then they knew that there will be no power from 10 am and they did not notify us before renting the room

Then they put us o a room where we weren’t able to sleep because of the steet noise

Actually be careful with this last part - the hotel is located in an area with too much noise so you won’t be able to sleep at alll at it is not only the noise also the rooms shake becaue of it

The customer service is horrible the staff are entitled people who thinks they are too much for you and do not care at all for the guest

I am not comming back to this place

The property is nice and staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. We booked this hotel based on many reviews which mentioned how quiet it was. Our first night (Christmas night —everything was closed), was super restful and quiet. We booked a junior suit and had 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows. The following 2 nights were horrendous! There is an open-air bar/club next door to the hotel and they are not shy about turning up the music! Our room was on the 9th floor and we could hear the music clearly even with a white noise app on my phone and ear plugs. Anyway, if you are sensitive to noise, ask not to face the pool (its in the direction of the bar).

No fault of your property but, a rooftop bar below us had loud music until 3:00 am in the morning.

Staff was friendly and the rooms themself were nice and clean but the first night there was a club playing loud bass music till 4am. We were able to switch rooms the next night to a smaller but quieter room although the heat didn't work and we were so cold. They sent blankets and heaters which helped a bit but was still unacceptable. The area was not the best but close enough to walk or uber to nicer areas. Another issue was they sent maintenance men unannounced to fix a light but they smelled of chemicals and proceeded to move the bed and touch all the bedding. I spoke with the manager for compensation which I am still waiting to hear back from.
I would never stay here again.

The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars was the very loud music that came from a rooftop bar nearby and went on till 4 or 5 am at weekends. The manager needs to address that with the city and the police.

Location is great for walking around and near main areas of Reforma. It was good but overpriced perhaps because of location. Staff was kind and helpful but the rooms are starting to show slight neglect. Our door was not working, restroom had some minor problems but staff solved the issues right away.

The hotel is well located and within walking distance to many good restaurants in a safe area. The breakfast is amazing with so much variety and good quality. Worth the money to add breakfast. There is a good gym at the hotel and although I didn’t use the pool there is also a swimming pool. The room was a nice spacious size with a very comfortable bed. The only advice I have for the hotel is that the diffuser they use in the lobby is too strong and is overpowering if you stay in the lobby for more than a few minutes. I like a nice fragrance in a hotel lobby but this was way too much. Other than this it was a very comfortable stay and I would stay here again. Good value for money too.

Breakfast was fairly fresh. A great variety. Some things you can tell do not get consumed and might not be fresh the day after especially on the bread table however there are always fresh options available. Juices were great. The hot prep was great.

We had an issue with the AC and someone was supposed to be sent up to fix the issue but never really came.

I had a really positive stay at the NH Collection Mexico Reforma in Mexico City. The hotel is in a prime spot in the zona rosa with lots of welcoming vibes. Plus, the price for the quality I received was fantastic, so definitely a great value. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

The room was nice and clean but we had to wait until after 3pm to check-in. They took our luggage and stored them while we went out to eat. When we got back we were escorted to our room. Please note that these rooms do not have carpet floors so you can hear the other guests coming and going in their rooms. There’s a OXXO right next to the hotel which has everything you need. Plus the hotel has an area where guests can get picked up by cars service or they can get you a taxi if you want. Very convenient area.

My only real complaint is the lighting in the rooms, it worked so that you couldn’t just turn on the bathroom light (the bathroom was also a glass box with little privacy) so since I was sharing a room, it meant using the bathroom in the night with my cell phone flashlight.

The hotel itself though is pretty sleek. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had, and the staff was lovely. Also the area is one of the trendiest in the city. Club next door was a little loud at night, but didn’t really bother me much. Area is also very safe, there is literally a massive police headquarters a couple buildings away.

Room needs patching, paint and grout touch ups but other than that it was good. I wish they toned down the air freshener in the lobby and 3rd floor. It was very strong. Overall I'd stay there again though

The hotel in conveniently located and remodeled. The AC works very well. Towels are nice and large.
The breakfast buffet is pricey and they don't even have decaf coffee.
There are very noisy night club next to the back of the building that will keep you up ALL night long.
The shower floor has almost no depth, so water ends up all over the bathroom floor.

Great location, bad at night! Super loud at evening due to loud music around the area of clubs and night clubs especially if your room is at the higher up. Front guest terrible service, they were unapologetic and unfriendly. They need to be trained on hospitality service for sure. Housekeeping slow, they miss cleaning my room 2 days in a row! I ask front desk to clean and they didn’t clean my room until the next day. Highly do not suggest staying in this hotel for more than 1 nights! If you’re desperate of a place to stay this a a good options but I highly avoid booking at this NH Reforma location! You can get a better hotel somewhere else like Condesa or Roma Norte!

We had to leave the property because first we were put in a tiny room, and then moved to ‘a better room with a terrace’ but the room was dilapidated- the shower gel had the cap broken off, the hair dryer had a sticky handle, the room was plastered but not painted, there was a hole in the terrace floor, and the room had an ironing board but no iron. The front desk manager was kind and after seeing the photos they dis refund our money. I loved staying at NH Guadalajara, but this was absolutely not up to the standard. Other than the bar, we went there first and it was perfect.
