Our experience at this hotel was terrible. Given the price we paid. We expected a 5-star establishment. But there was no air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was completely useless. The customer service was very poor, and the bathrooms were in disrepair. In short, the list of flaws at this hotel is endless. In our opinion it is a 1-star hotel, they shouldn't charge more than $50.00 dollars a night certainly not $250.00 It a rip-off. I do not recommend it to anyone. It should not be promoted on this platform I demand that I be refunded at least 50% of what I paid.

The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. It included a microwave and a minibar, which were convenient amenities. However, the temperature control was a significant issue. The room became excessively hot in the evenings and too cold at night. Although a portable air cooler was provided, it was insufficient, especially since the room was located on the corner of the building and received direct sunlight for much of the day. Additionally, there was no heating device available to maintain a comfortable temperature at night.

Room was great really clean comfortable bed and pillows great location with tons of street food around the corner. Only downside there was no early check in available nor late checkout the rooftop terrace is great we took our own drinks. A bar up there would be great.

number of stairs from the street level to the small reception area was not very pleasant. The smell of the street vendor every morning's cooking was not a pleasant aroma to smell. for the amount of money we have spent, for two days the elevator was out of order and we needed to remove heavy luggage from the fourth floor to the street level when departing the place. In addition, the wifi was not available or was not easily being connected according the instructions we have the receptionist; the written instruction was deviating from what the wifi connection was suggesting and was not connecting, had to walk downstairs ask the reeption to come upsairs at the fourth level to sign-in on the wifi so I can send out my important emails at late at night.

Location was perfect! I saw a lot of reviews about no elevator but that is not true. There are elevators, issue is that there is only 1 so sometimes it gets crowded. There are stairs to enter the hotel which is the only way into hotel. Also there is not air conditioning in all rooms. Some of us had portable air conditioners and some had fans. Also we were a large group and we were not on same floor even though we had put in notes when booking. Tried to call hotel to request and after multiple tries i finally got through and they said they would try but that didn’t happen. Lastly the hotel blends in and is kind of hard to find entrance. Overall though i would book here again.

Our room was spotless, big, comfortable, quiet, and the location was amazing, specially for the celebration of day of the dead! Where you can see and hear desfile de dia de muertos (partially) from the rooftop of the hotel on the 9th floor! The area is safe and full of life, walkable to El Angel 7 minutes, nightlife Genova street 12 minutes, Rosseta bakery 20 minutes aprox. Zocalo is about 15 to 18 minutes in Uber
The front desk crew was very courteous and knowledgeable of the area. There’s a theater and a Ramen restaurant in the property and breakfast and tacos stand right outside the hotel door!

The staff was courteous when you spoke to them if you could pull them away from their cell phones. The room internet and a/c were functional but the bed was like sleeping on a rock and the faucets were jenky.

The rooftop space is very nice under utilized. If appears some floors have some construction still underway. The room was clean enough but could use a deep scrub in places.

I was impressed with the quality of the amenities in the room. The location was perfect because it was close to restaurants and tourists attractions. The only I wish was that the beds had a pillow top because the mattress was hard. I would stay again.

We discovered that the elevator was broken when we tried to use it. There was no prior communication no notice posted in on near the elevador. As result we had to use the stairs for two days (8th floor). When we asked for a estimated time for the repair, no timeline was provided!

The Hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly, we encounter a surprise at the time of visit. They don’t have the A/C amenity in the entire building so when the sun hits the room window it tends to make the whole room hot, this would be appreciated in the hotel web page since it says that they count with air conditioning. They also didn’t offer early or late check in (we know that is subject to an extra amount) but would recommend because it has many places to eat around it.

Es un buen hotel y las habitaciones son tal cual como estan en las publicaciones y es comodo.. Algo que no me gusto es que el personal de limpieza mientras hacia su trabajo en otras habitaciones al decir LIMPIEZA era demasiado fuerte incluso con musica fuerte y ademas habia personal haciendo reparaciones en grietas (supongo del anterior temblor) y era ruidoso el hecho que estuvieran haciendo el trabajo desde temprano..
