Staff worked hard to make me feel supported and welcomed. Checked in early though and had to pay a fee which I wasn’t too psyched about. I checked into another Mexico City hotel today early and there was no fee so was slightly disappointed with this. But the room was spotless clean, bed was 4/5 comfortable. The staff provided me with two bottles of water a day to drink/ use. Overall was a pleasant stay besides the one fee I had to pay.

I usually stay at Laila because its very well located in between all neighborhoods you would want to go during your stay in cdmx. Lately ive been given rooms that are smaller than usual and in worst conditions. No outlets in the nightstand, bath faucets are worn, tiny bathroom (smaller than other rooms Ive stayed at). Buffet is great and has everything you would need; in fact this is the sole reason I stayed there on my last trip.
Will give another hotel a shot for my next visit :(

Luis the bell boy and his evening shift coworker (bald head-sorry for not catching his name) were very attentive and helpful. The morning bell boys not so much. The rooms were very clean and accommodating! I had very little interaction with the front desk, but otherwise very helpful.
The restaurant! The evening staff really nice and attentive. The food was great. Margarito, the morning waiter took care of our table well and was attentive. On our last day, the other waiters were not as attentive, never bringing us the menus taking a long time with the food and a lot of the breakfast foods were cold. Shredded chicken and beans in particular would have been great if served hot. The juices and alcoholic beverages were amazing!

Wir waren für 4 Tage in México-City. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wurden aufs Zimmer begleitet. Das Zimmer ansich ist nicht das neueste gewesen, aber völlig in Ordnung. Das Bett sehr breit, aber nicht besonders lang, sodass Menschen mit einer großen Körpergröße nicht vollständig draufpassen. Die Umgebung ist schön, es gibt tolle Restaurants und die City ist innerhalb von 30-40 Minuten zu Fuß locker erreichbar.

Very good water pressure for CDMX. Rooms are clean and service is friendly. Spanish helps but there are usually some English speaking staff. Gerardo Cruz is particularly helpful if you are looking for advice about the area in English. The restaurant is ok but you can get better selection for a little cheaper within a minute of walking, I only went there for breakfast when I was tired. Had to ask at the desk to get the window closed as there's no latch, it requires a tool, and the seal wasn't quite tight enough so it was still loud unless you press on the window. Overall very good accommodation with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby.
