Great location, safe, and staff was great. Very spacious and comfortable. The place loses due to the fact that it’s clear sheets weren’t changed before a my arrival, which makes me wonder if this is something they do for others. I found 4 hairs in the sheets that weren’t mine and this led to everything feeling off after.

This property is fairly nice but attention to detail is severely lacking which would make all the difference:
- no bar to hang towels
- sink bowl is too far forward with the pipe far back to your hand hits the bowl when trying to use it
- lots of pillows but most uncomfortable
- bed shorter than standard - I am 5'7\" and my toes would hang just over when lying normally on the bed
- A/C makes loud noises randomly and leaks sometimes
- most of the TV channels do not work and it is not a smart TV so no Netflix etc.
- poor lighting in the bathroom
- thin walls so all the noise can be heard from the outside
- generally quite dusty
The building shook randomly from time to time - at first I thought it was an earthquake but then it happened several times daily, not sure why but it was a bit alarming.
However, despite all this, the location was good, there was A/C and hot water, good water pressure, an elevator and they asked every day if you needed housekeeping.
When I arrived, my refrigerator was not working and most of the staff brushed it off but Paola was wonderful and kind and she attended to it immediately, she was pleasant and asked if anything was needed every time I saw her. She was the only approachable front desk staff and it was a pleasure interacting with her. The housekeeping staff were also very nice.

The staff was unaccommodating and showed a lack of understanding regarding personal concerns. My requests to speak with management were ignored. It appears similar issues with staff and customer service have been noted in other reviews, which I would recommend checking before booking.

The property had several issues:it has potential,but the overall up keep needs attention from house cleaning ,to excellent observation of cleanliness.

The house staff need to do better of cleaning and leaving proper stuck for the customers,I was using a soap for a week ,it was on the bare minimum to the last day,that is how it works as there.

Location is Awesome next to a popular office restauran (comida corrida ) that has good low cost full meals for breakfast to lunch, god for restaurants all budgets , and conviniance stores open most of the time .

This place was obviously older but it was still in decent shape. It had a few things I didn’t like. Poor lighting in the bathroom. The induction stove top didn’t work well and needs replacement.
The staff was great. Cleaning was done daily and was excellent.
The area is amazing and convenient. Walking distance to Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Juarez, Condessa, Chapultepec Park.

Nasty - dirty bed with yellowy patches and hair

Do NOT stay here!

The hotel clearly had not put fresh sheets on the bed since the previous guest left whitish yellowy/off-white patches and hair behind, seemingly after having sex.

I arrived after a late flight to find the above disgusting conditions in the bed. My fiance who is a native Spanish speaker went downstairs to tell the night manager about the problem and was told:

1. No housekeeping staff available until the next day
2. The clean sheets were locked up and inaccessible

I can understand issue 1, but issue 2 is not acceptable. Mistakes like not changing the sheet shouldn't happen, but everything that can go wrong will go wrong at some point and they should have clean sheets available as a backup.

We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. It was clean but of course we had to pay cash at the last minute since Hotels.com refused to help us relocate.

Overall the place was perfect! Great location. Nice, quiet, clean and safe. Staff was super friendly. Place was modern and comfortable. It worked great for us.

Some things I'll mention but just because I'm a woman and it was first world problems:

- not enough light for getting ready in the morning. my mom and I jokingly asked each other each morning when we would leave if we looked like clowns.
- no hooks for towels in the bathroom.
- only one soap for shower & sink
- no toilet paper holder

If you need a hair dryer, they do have one.

Otherwise, it was fantastic and would definitely stay here again.

Clean, roomy apartments at a very rasonable price. Although the furniture is a little dated, everything is in good shape and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a large walk-in shower. Wi-fi reception was good throughout, and there is a large number of restaurants, bars and cafeswithin a 5 minute walking radius. Try to get a front facing room with balcony, as the rear facing rooms tend to be rather dark (very little natural light gets in.

Hotel was top notch, nice neighborhood quiet, yet somewhat busy in the daytime because of the restaurant traffic which was still quiet and professional. Felt very comfortable walking around at night, reminds me of the village or upper west side in NYC. On my next trip would definitely stay at that hotel. 7-8 PM the streets were as quiet as 4 AM all the restaurant closed down and it was back to a residential neighborhood. I very impressed with the hotel and its surroundings. A/C could be a bit stronger and in the living room as well

The room was great! We had a night here since we needed to visit the Danish embassy. It was in walking distance from the embassy and in general I think it was a nice area. very close to the big park as well,
The room was very big and it had a seperate area with dinner table and sofas. The kitchen had everything as well (blender, toaster, microwave etc). The curtain in teh bed room made it completely dark which was great since we arrived late.
I think it is a very great hotel with lots of space at an affordable price. I would definitely recommned it!

Good hotel in general, great price, super clean and even managed to leave my bags for the day at the hotel after checking out. Be aware that the staff speak no English. The only down side is that there was a problem with the air conditioner, which made us switch rooms, and was not easy to explain in Spanish to the staff.

The suite is. Very spacious and I love the fact it has two complete bathrooms one for each room, works out great when traveling with children. We enjoyed our stay there. Staff is very attentive to our needs and even Park our car in there small garage. The parking is a plus being that there is not enough free parking outside. The only downfall is there is only one small wall mount AC in the master bedroom which doesn't do much to the entire place since it pretty large. In the afternoon and night the place gets very stuffy and hot.

Overall I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Mexico City , it's a safe place too.

Stayed a week. Clean place. Right next door is Dona Blanca, a terrific and very reasonable restaurant for breakfast. The hotel room could stand more bright lighting. Also a toilet paper holder would've been nice and also a soap dish in the bathroom. The neighborhood seems safe enough.

We had a great tine at the Suites Ganges. The location and service were outstanding. There was always someone at the front desk making sure only guest could enter the premises. I felt safe at all times!
On the negative side, the lighting was very poor; the light bulbs gave the room a gloomy look (I had a hard time applying makeup...) I think that neutral colors for the couches in the sitting area would've given the space a classier look, instead of the super bright red couches that upset my eyes.
Overall this property is well kept, clean, safe in a very convenient location in Mexico City

Nice hotel in Reforma area

The hotel is on a one way street, and not busy with traffic. There are eating establishments nearby. The room itself is a small apartment with a shared outdoor balcony. The apartment is decent in size, nothing large and nothing fancy but it is pretty updated. The small refrigerator does not keep cold enough. The bed is almost a brick and I'm not certain it's queen size, maybe a full size. The cable only has 1 or 2 english channels, 1 of which is cnn. There is an onsite 3 car parking garage the staff will happily park your vehicle if needed. All in all, not a bad place to stay.

Hola, desafortunadamente mi experiencia no fue la mejor:

1.- Al llegar al departamento, puerta estaba abierta.
2.- Tuve que bajar a recepción porque no había papel de baño y tampoco toalla de manos.
3.- El internet no funcionaba correctamente y no pude tener mis reuniones programadas (utilice mis datos).
4.- No había plancha en el lugar, tuve que bajar y solicitarla.

Todo esto fue reportado con el chico de recepción que siempre tuvo buena actitud y disposición, ofreció disculpas por los inconvenientes. Mi habitación fue la 103.

El lugar tiene una ubicación buena, está muy cerca de una de las principales vías de comunicación de la ciudad y permite moverte super rápido para cualquier parte de la ciudad.
La suite limpia, ordenada y con todo lo que ves en las fotos.
Aspectos a mejorar:
Las personas que te atienden en la recepción son cero empáticas, parecen enojadas, muy parcos al hablar con las personas.
En el cuarto piso donde nos quedamos hospedados, se escucha todo lo hablas.
Alargamos la estancia un día más y un día antes de salir me llamaron para pagar cuando ellos mismos quedaron que hasta la salida pagara.
Olvidamos una cosas en el baño (cepillo dental eléctrico) y plancha de cabello y 5 días después siguen preguntándose dónde están xq la persona del aseo no sabe 😵‍💫😵‍💫

La estancia fue muy buena en general, el lugar amplio y limpio. El detalle es estar bajando a pedir toallas, jabón, papel, plancha, etc. y no había teléfono para pedirlo. Si la reservación es para 2 huéspedes, debería de tener lo necesario y no estar solicitándolo, al realizar la limpieza diaria debería de resurtir lo indispensable.
