Took three tries to get key card to work for entry to room- three trips back to front desk. They have the address AND put room number on door key- “in case you lose it, someone could return it” per manager Hymie. Yes and enter my room!! The door card did not work six times. I removed the sticker with room number. Remote for TV disappeared. Pool in disrepair. NOISY- A/C very loud, gym has classes from 0600 to 2200-2300 at night- the base is so intense the boom boom carries through the windows and floor. Some sort of construction at the hotel which adds a BANG BANG BANG from 0700 to 1800. No water one day then brown water. They do provide lots of bottled water- do not use tap water for brushing teeth or washing! Location is great. Have google translate or App for translation as staff does NOT speak English- their site lists English - not true. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping great. Too many other choices to ever consider staying here again. Yes, I left prior to scheduled check out date because too many issues. Hymie was creepy and stared at me when I asked to check the key card to ensure it would work before going to room. Never apologized. The ladies were nice but not helpful as did not speak English. If you Uber must use W iFi in room - will loose it after exiting the elevator. Nice lady signed me in through reception so I did not have to return to room. Currently- charges are for full stay-asking credit card to adjust. Stay elsewhere if you want quiet and safety.

Only one things about this property to be aware of: There is a gym on the 2nd floor with loud music from 8 to 8- and sometimes 10:30 PM. We were on the 5th floor so no big deal, but if you were on the 3rd or 4th it may suck.

The property was a bit unique for a hotel as it had a large fitness and gym centre on the 2nd floor.
On arrival we were given a suite on the 3rd floor that wasn’t as modern as most of the photos however it was clean and very big.
The problem was the gym was right underneath the room and it had loud banging music on which I thought would stop. We went out for 3 hours and on our return the music was still banging.
I asked reception if they would turn it down and found out the gym was open till 23:00 and opened at 7am.
So they offered us the same size master suite on the 5th floor.
This was very nice as it had been renovated recently.
It was also very spacious with a kitchen and sitting room.
Large bedroom and nice bathroom.
It was excellent!
I would stay here again but it would only be on the 5th floor as there was no noise from the gym.
The 3rd floor was impossible to stay on due to the music.

Our hotel was in a good location close to several areas we wanted to explore. The room was spacious, like a large one bedroom apartment.
We had a few issues though. The power went out one morning (around 0700) and was not fixed until that evening. All the food in the refrigerator was wasted, but more importantly the staff was unsure when it was going to be fixed. Then our last evening there, the power kept going on and off. The place seemed decently modern so it seemed like lots of issues we weren’t expecting. Staff was nice but not really helpful.

I got one their suites at a pretty decent price off season.
I did not get a chance to explore the hotel, but for what I could see it was very nice. The suite itself was gorgeous and spacious. It is modern and tastefully decorated. There is a gym that is open to the public and it’s open late. They do play loud music which can be heard in the room. It’s not loud, but it’s there. That was not a big deal for me. The plan was to explore nearby Chapultepec Park, but my kids mutinied and we ended up just resting in the room, which was also pretty nice. I guess now we have an excuse to come back : )

Outside of the drainage in the bathtub and that the pool doesn't have seat and depends on the sun (which was never when I stayed since trees block the limited sun there was), everything else was alright. The room was large, the amenities were good and the staff was great (unlike other hotels near that area like Laila). Area is great although I'm biased since I grew up in that area.

Stayed in room 501 for 2 weeks. Room is huge and has everything you need. Air con in lounge room and bedroom. Nespresso coffee pod machine. Restaurants on either side of hotel are excellent.
Room still gets a lot of street noise even with all windows and vents closed - this didn’t bother us though. Shower barely gets hot and the water pressure is pathetic.

Cleanliness is good, rooms are nice, but it was virtually impossible to enter the rooms . I prepaid for 9 nights. The card reader on the door didn't work. Sometimes you had to swipe the card 50 times or so . It got very frustrating, up and down the elevator to get a new card. Repeated requests for a different room fell upon desf ears. Repeated requests for them to fix the door lock went unnoticed. Finally on the 4th night, the power went out. I woke up in the morning and the power was still out, 16 hours later, and still without resolution, i checked out. They still haven't refunded me for the remaining 5 night's. I am awaiting a reply.

Convenient location. Lots of great food options close by. AC and shower clog took 2-3 asks before it got fixed.
Staff that cleaned the room was unprofessional. We came back while our room was being cleaned and found the person just sitting with another person having a casual conversation in the room. Even though we were back they continued to hangout and talk for another 15-20 minutes in the bedroom. Note there are no doors to the bedroom so we can see them. It was weird and a bit rude.

Hotel was great. Great location close to lots of restaurants and cafes. ONLY THING is, there was construction right outside our window and they played their music loud. Awoke at 7am every day to the music and construction noise blaring. The music continued until 8pm nightly. Horrible. I called the front desk and they couldnt do anything about it. :(

The lobby staff was very helpful and responded to issues (there were several) very quickly

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and couldn't fault it in any way. The photos on the website do not give it justice. Our room far exceeded expectations. The room was large, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely polite and friendly even remembered our names.
We would fully recommend the hotel for anyone looking to visit Mexico City, it's location is perfect for anything you want to d.
We hope to return to Mexico City in the future and would mot even consider looking for anywhere else to stay.

I would have given this property a higher rating but just some annoying issues. The key card would de-activate it self sometimes twice a day. The air-conditioning sounded like a wind storm. The internet was very slow!

I know these are things one comes to expect when traveling to Mexico (A place I LOVE), but overall it's a great hotel for the price. I will stay again.

Had the pleasure of staying in this cute hotel. Definately could have been an an infamous bolt hole, with big grand doors and quaint styling.

Rooms are pretty unique and was definately worth grabbing a suite - really great to have the extra space.

Staff were super friendly, though they don’t all speak English they are extremely patient and most things could be resolved with Google translate.

Bit of noise from neighbouring restaurant & it’s not totally central but easy taxi ride to most spots (£3-5/ a ride).

Would definately stay again, especially given the value!

DO NOT STAY HERE. We were robbed. After our second night there, our lockbox containing cash, passports etc… appeared to be jammed. Management said they couldn't help us open it until the following day. When they were able to open the lockbox we realized it had been tampered with and robbed. $1200 cash was missing and it was clear whoever did it had done this before. Not all the cash was taken so they hoped we wouldn't notice the missing money. A manager brought us to watch security footage while he watched youtube next to us before leaving us after only 5 minutes. We watched hours of footage. The only people to enter our room were employees.

Since the manager disappeared after 5 minutes the only person around to speak with was the person we saw entering our room! The hotel gave us no response and no help. We were left to file a police report.

We consequently checked out early and sought a hotel were we wouldn't get robbed: The Sheraton.

We lost valuables (about $500) that we put in the safe and then returned to find it open. We did not report it because we suspected the front desk staff who behaved themselves in a guilty and suspicious manner. It would have been impossible to prove and in the end we did not think justice would be served. Indeed when we checked out no one even asked us how was our stay. But now we really regret not heeding the warning of another reviewer who said something about a problem with the safe doing an “automatic reset.” We have traveled the world including more dangerous places than Mexico but never had a problem putting things in a hotel safe. Shame on the management.

On the plus side the rooms are pretty big (full suites), and clean. There were plenty of free bottles of water and a basket of fruit and the little staff we saw was OK. There is no restaurant on site, but there is a bakery just around the corner and enough restaurants around that it was not a problem.

On the minus side: in both our rooms the safes did reset themselves (locking all of our passports and computers inside) and they had to get the \"gerente\" to come late at night to re-open them. Then there is the noise... If you have a room facing the main street, there is a bar on the first level of the hotel and the music is going (very loud) until 3:00AM. Even on the fifth floor ear plugs were not enough to filter the bass.

Me hospedé en este hotel y mi experiencia fue excelente. Desde el momento de la llegada, todo el personal, sin excepción, se mostró muy amable y siempre atento a lo que necesitábamos. Las camas son muy cómodas, la limpieza es impecable y en general las instalaciones están en perfectas condiciones. Sin duda, cada que visite la Ciudad de México volveré a hospedarme aquí, ya que el servicio y la hospitalidad hacen que uno se sienta como en casa. ¡Muy recomendable!

Creo que estuvo bien, para el tipo de habitación no estaba mal pero creo que puede ser mejor, lo menos cómodo fue la cama y quizás el hecho de que en la regadera no caía agua caliente, teníamos que esperar mucho para que se calentará, fuera de eso la atención y lo demás estuvo bien

Seguridad regular entraban personas a pedir dinero al establecimiento no hay vigilancia segura en el lugar en el acceso el valet parking ausente y lento.

Sin mencionar que no había agua caliente para bañarse y sus regaderas al salir el agua lento el chorro de agua más de 20 min y solo salía agua fría en la regadera de baño hasta llegar a templada como máximo prácticamente fría el agua para bañarse.
