Room needs to be updated. Cleaning was not done for a long period of time, dust and debri accumulated on floor and furniture. Elevator moves extremely slow. Floor by window in living room of penthouse is severely damaged huge risk of fall.

The suites were located very conveniently. Check-in and -out was easy and without complications.
The room was clean on first sight, but after a closer look to the bed, unfortunately we encountered a lot of stains. The receptionist was so kind to give us a fresh set of sheets, but again, stains. The receptionist made the effort to find a stainless pillowcase, but same result - stains.
I think it is time to buy new sheets, for the comfort of your guests.

Very nice area and rooms, but very poor amenities, even the towels were not in good conditions, we needed to request extra towels because didn’t put enough. The room TV didn’t work. The suite was very nice and pretty but the amenities were not as good as the expected.

In general it was fine, only that when we arrived and asked for access to the parking lot the girl who attended us responded sharply saying that there was none, when in the publication says FREE PARKING.
After that we were conditioned not to take the car out arguing that it was locked.
The rooms are spacious, clean but if you bring your car be prepared to deal with their comments.

What a dump!

Dumpy apartment. Old sofa covers on old sofa in need of repair or tossing in the trash. Dirty microwave, old towels, dirty curtains, lumpy pillows, very cold at night, connection for smart tv not working. Very poor maid service. The only good thind was the location. Ive stayed in much better places for less money. Think twice before booking at this very bad apartment.

Affordable in good area, but not a comfortable

Great neighbourhood with many restaurants/bars around. no idea how this place has 8+ rating. Furniture is dated, paint and siding peeling and chipped, bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower pressure low, fridge not cold. The couple times walking in/out of the hotel had shady character sitting in the small lobby stare me down.

Nice Location but needs lots of work

Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and the neighborhood is relatively safe. The property itself needs a lot of work. Our living room furniture was very old and both sofa and loveseat had major sagging and wear. The door to our patio locked from the outside only which was very strange. The bathroom was nice but water pressure is pretty low and takes a long time to heat up. Staff was all nice with good customer service. Paint had cracks and some peeling so could use a touch up.
Overall the suite worked for us and we liked that there was lots of room, furniture and paint just need some freshening up.

El apartamento es amplio y luminoso. Está bien amueblado pero la cocina es un desastre. No está pensada para que la puedas usar realmente. Faltan muchas cosas de manera aleatoria. Alrededor hay multitud de restaurantes. No hay lavadora de uso público en el edificio. El gimnasio no tiene ni banca y apenas alguna mancuerna. No te ponen ni perchas. Se ve que no está pensado para largas estancias.

This is a spacious hotel with reasonably nice amenities. The service is good. The furnishings are a bit worn down and the bed was very firm, but the linens and towels are good.The area is excellent--very quiet with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Nice Long Term Place in a Great Area

Overall, the place is nice. Best feature is definitely the kitchenette with stove top, sink, and refrigerator. I've stayed here a few times in the past so my criticism is based on other rooms I've been in: on this stay they put me in a room with grossly mismatched couches. It was only me staying in the room so it was never used, but the piece that appeared out of place was like a couch you would find in a dingy basement. Other than that, living area with cable TV is a plus and so is the free parking garage. The only issue with the garage being that it only holds about 4 cars max.

Awful, Awful, deceiving info on Hotels.com. Didn't have the rooms we requested. The penthouse carpet in bedroom had large spot that looked like a crime scene, no window screens, toilet not working. Beside rundown condition. They charged us upfront. We decided not to stay there. They gave us option to moved us to there other property Giorgio Suites. We did. Better, from a 0 we went to a 7.

Este hotel realmente tiene una excelente ubicación, el personal es muy atento y amable atienden tus solicitudes al instante .
Llegamos un poco antes del check out y fue posible obtener una habitación antes , tuvimos limpieza de la habitación cada día , tienen cajas de seguridad en la habitación para guardar tus pertenencias , no cuentan con aire acondicionado pero no es necesario , en general fue muy buena la experiencia.

Great value.. great location..

I was pleasantly surprised with this suite hotel. The price was amazing.. the location better and the staff spot on. We stayed 5 nights in 4 rooms, the entire group liked the place well enough. It’s not the Ritz and neither are the prices. Loved the Penthouse 2 bedrooms. Lots of light and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast meals and snacks. Down side.. beds extreme firm.. sofas extremely soft and worn and the stove takes for ever to heat. The housekeepers were great.. very clean.. very quiet. Staff at the desk could not of been more helpful.

our suite on the first floor was smaller than floor 7. This is a very large studio apt, and very comfortable, large bathroom,but not separate rooms.
When we checked in the safe was missing.mgmt brought in a safe.

The place has a few problems but nothing major. The elevator never stops at a level plane so it can be dangerous. They don't own a vacuum cleaner or a coffee maker in room. No air conditioning. The bed is great, the location is great, the maids are super friendly. I would stay there again.

First day the toilet got stuck. Fixed and no further problem. The phone never worked, a guy came up said it was fixed, it wasn't! The maids are all super nice, the location is great! The bed is the best that I have ever slept on in any hotel, I was in room 703. One Saturday night my neighbor in the next room had a party until 5 in the morning. Management did nothing. I put on my head phones and watched Netflix until I fell asleep. Mostly had a good time, would definitely stay here again!!!

The staff here was by far the greatest I have seen. Very helpful and even tried to understand me. My Spanish was not that good and their English was not that good but they took the time to understand what I was asking. I in return took the time to understand them. When I go back I will stay with them again. Even the cleaning ladies where awesome. I couldn’t ask for a better place. Always wanting to open doors and make sure I had everything I needed. When wanted to go somewhere but didn’t know where to go they were very helpful. Even made sure I could use my card at a Restutant. I can’t say how much they made my trip very special and always a joy to come back to my room.

Beware of overbookings

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and not had any issues (except it not having air conditioning) but this time around I booked the Penthouse for 4 nights and was given very strange looks when I walked into the hotel. After some mixed Spanish and English was advised that the hotel was overbooked, and was given a similar room at their sister hotel. As I have stayed at that property previously I knew the location and room types. I was just upset that this was not the same \"type\" of room booked with no entertaining area, but only 2 bedrooms. I was offered no apology for the overbooking, or made aware prior. Extremely dissatisfied

Friendly hotel! Great location! The property is near so many delicious restaurants and points of interests. The room is large with its own separate living room. TVs in both rooms, and a decent sized kitchenette. The only downfall is there is no AC, and it gets pretty warm in the evening as my room was facing the west. Also the mattress was extra firm, but comfortable. I would stay here again!

They overbooked me!

I arrive at the hotel at around 10 pm, and the front desk agent says there's no reservation under my name. After arguing with him for 10 minutes, he finally \"finds\" the reservation in the system. explaining to me he didn't have it handy because they had no available room. That simple.

They hail a taxi for me and send me to another hotel. The room at that hotel was nice and clean, but smaller than what I paid for at Suites Parioli.

I couldn't have asked for more!! Coming back to my suite almost made Mexico City traffic tolerable. Nice separate bedroom, ample storage, great kichen, balcony of the livingroom!!! Location and staff was excellent.

The hotel is located in the quite street away from the main tourist hotel zone, near Angel of Independence and US Embassy. On the outside, the hotel doesn't look very inviting. But the room was very spacious and clean. We also liked having a small kitchen. It may have been an apartment converted to a hotel. The price was very reasonable.

I stayed here for 3 weeks from late January to early February. Excellent location, 3 blocks away from the Angel of Independence. Very safe area with plenty of places to eat and drink. The room itself is quite modern and very clean.

Nice hotel in a good neighbourhood.
Stayed for 3 weeks in this hotel which kitchen and bathtub which suit my needs.
very good house keeping as my room is always clean and tidy, the cleaner washes the dises and kept them in the cabinet everyday, which is not provided by most of the hotels i stayed.
only con is the rooms have no aircon and sometimes unstable wifi.

No volvería a reservar en este lugar.
Previo a realizar la reserva consultamos con el hotel que ofrecieran servicio de estacionamiento y un check out después de las 12 del día, confirmaron que podía ser máximo 15:00hrs. Cuando realizamos el ve Check in no se respeto el check out a las 15:00 y no había estacionamiento disponible (sé justificación diciendo que era sobre disponibilidad), deberían ajustar este apartado en Expedia. Cuando intentamos hablar con la persona “encargada” Olga Hernández fue cero accesible. El baño no funcionaba correctamente, el hotel no esta limpio, lo confirman reseñas previas. Algo rescatable: el personal de seguridad fue amable y servicial en todo momento. Mala experiencia del lugar.

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento en suites parioli, tiene todo muy cerca y accesible, desde el Walmart express, embajada EEUU, hasta los camiones al AIFA, y todo con una sensación de estar en un barrio muy seguro, sin preocupaciones por inseguridad.

El peor error de mi vida para reservar, llegue y no tenían lugar para estacionar mi camioneta, me entregan el cuarto, el baño sucio, sabanas sucias con huellas, terrible, baje a quejarme y pedir cambio de habitación, que ya no tenian me dieron otras sabanas para cambiar yo, porque no tenian personal y estaban tambien sucias. Me sali, no me quede pague otro hotel que me costo 3800 la noche yo creo que fue mi ultima reserva por medio de expedia.

La ubicación es excelente. Hay muchas opciones de restaurantes muy cerca para ir caminando . También está muy cerca caminando de Paseo Reforma. El personal es muy amable. Pero los muebles están muy descuidados, los sillones de la salita muy sucios .

El lugar presenta instalaciones con falta de mantenimiento, sobre todo en el drenaje , el baño podría estar mucho mejor ,el lavado se tarda en desaguar ,la regadera ya presenta deterioro y el chorro es malo , el agua al momento de bañarse se tira por la presión mal nivelada , así como la coritina en mal estado. El internet es malo , la TV ni la vimos ya que el sky no funciona.

Worst experience in CDMX ever

Not the best place to stay in Mexico city
To start they tried to cancel my reservation some hrs before my arrival saying that my reservation was not granted due some non sense rules that they never explained.
The staff is rude and not friendly and they have a very bad attitude towards the customer.
Around the same arwa are at leats 20 similar location where tou can stay. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Cómodo, práctico y silencioso

La habitación fue muy cómoda, no había nada de ruido durante la noche lo cual fue excepcional. La limpieza muy buena y todos los días por parte de Malú, hizo un trabajo excelente.

La puerta entre la habitación y la sala no tenía perilla pero no existió ningún problema para dejar la puerta cerrada. En la ducha el tubo de la toalla no está fijado a la pared por lo que es inservible pues solo se ve bien. Pero se cae si lo tocas.

Diego el recepcionista fue muy atento, amigable y explicativo, de las 3 noches que estuve hospedado el estuvo 24/7 en dos de ellas siempre atento a la puerta y cualquier duda que tuviera.

Está a distancia caminando del ángel de la independencia y av. Reforma, lo cual es muy práctico además la calle es muy tranquila y el ruido de afuera es mínimo. Definitivamente me quedaré nuevamente
