Great deal for the money!
Breakfast can be bought at the hotel, so you won't have to pay for meals you aren't going to eat. It would be hard to find a breakfast elsewhere for the same price. Quality was uneven though, so best to checkout the buffet before you pay.
Room was nice, big, but the furniture was very uncomfortable. The linens were stained at times. However there was daily maid service, and the maid service was friendly and eager to please.
Water pressure and temperature were good, but don't drink it! Speaking of water, you get only two small bottles per day, and more is unavailable from the hotel.
The neighbourhood is safe and lively (lots of bars), but food in the immediate area is basically tacos, tacos, & more tacos. Better food can be found within 1/2 hour radius.

Very large and comfortable room excellent air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, especially if it’s your first trip and you want to be equidistant to the rest of Mexico City. The gym is complete and fully functional. Two roof decks with sun and shade. Decent size fridge and microwave. Excellent experience all around.

The room was clean with separated bedroom and living area. It has a microwave and a small size refrigerator. Their cleaning staff came to clean the room every day, and the front desk staff are very helpful. The hotel is not a big and busy hotel, though the streets surround it were noisy during the nights over the weekends, we felt save and quite inside otherwise, in particular, we liked their relatively quite breakfast times due to the size of the hotel.

Lugar perfecto, si vas a vacacionar a la CDMX. Excelete ubicacion, 3 min de reforma, 2 min del metro. 15 a 20 min caminando del teatro telmex, de.la arena mexico, del museo de cera. La atencion perfecta.Los cuartos mejor de lo que esperabamos, super amplios con su salita independiente.

Unico CON: La bañera, muy cumplicado entrar y salir, podria decir que hasta peligroso. Quiza si pusieran como un agarramamos mejoraria.

Maids mopped floor daily. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. One elevator is out, but remaining one is adequate. We could sometimes hear music from street, but it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake. Would stay here again.

You Get What You Pay For!! I’ll start with the good. The location truly can’t be beat. You’re surrounded by plenty of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and it’s close to public transit, which made getting around the city very convenient. For accessibility and things to do nearby, this hotel definitely delivers.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel itself is extremely dated and in serious need of upgrades. The bed and couch were both hard as a rock, making it difficult to get comfortable after a long day. There was only one operable elevator during my stay, and it held maybe 6–8 people at most, which meant long waits just to get to and from my room.

The biggest disappointment, though, was the staff. They weren’t particularly helpful, and when I tried to change hotels, I was told nothing could be done because I had already “checked in.” That left me stuck for the duration of my stay.

All in all, I made it work, but as the review starts —you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for convenience and don’t mind sacrificing comfort, it might be fine. Otherwise, I’d recommend exploring other options.

Great location and the room was nice, but the area can be very loud late into the night. Maid service needs improvement as our room was not cleaned well during our stay. Rooftop only has some dusty chaises but from the pictures I thought there was a bar (my bad). Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but they serve some of the worst coffee in the city. Luckily there is a coffee shop right next door.

I’ve been to this hotel many times and I’ve had a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are always clean, and the beds and furniture in general are comfortable. Also, there are many gastronomic options around, clubs and places to chill and relax. The only suggestion to the hotel would be an upgrade in the conference room, but that is not urgently needed.

I have stayed here many times as it’s a good value for your money as there are options close to eat and you can get around the city easily. The rooms are large and have a small living room.

What they need to inprove are the mattresses which are way too hard, almost like sleeping on the floor, pillows are only very soft, above the bed there is a fire alarm that has a flashing light that goes off every minute

The area is very walkable. Bars, food, tourist things to do in the area. Easy to walk past the entrance as there is minimal signage. Good size suite and was generally clean. One day the staff just hung up our used towels instead of giving us new ones. A/C, WiFi bathroom, tv, etc all worked well. Would return here if visiting Mexico City in the future.

Horrible place to stay if you’re wanting to sleep at night! The hotel there is several clubs right next to it on the street and they stay up and play extremely loud music Boom Boom Boom noises vibration on hotel windows they play this stuff till 5am in the morning loud noises from all the partying going on! I do not recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nice and near to a lot attraction with easy walk to reforma avenue, restaurants, stores and a lot bars. Staff are very friendly and ready helpful. The only problem with the Hotel was the main Elevator was down and from what we hear is been like that for long time, The second day the only elevator that was working stopped working. This was not good at all. I feel sorry for the ladies who work as houskeeper and people with problems to go up and down all the stairs. They need to fix that main elevator. Other than that rooms are good size and bed was comfortable.

The only issues were the beds are hard as a rock and the Hotel is adjacent to a club who blares their music till at least 3 am so all you hear is a thumping bass sound despite the windows being closed. Ear plugs did not even help.

The hotel junior suites are more spacious than what you see in the website. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options every day. The property is walking distance to so many restaurants. Do not miss La casa de los Abuelos and Buenos Diaz among others. Mostly important the hotel staff members are truly ambassadors of the well known Mexican hospitality. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I requested a room higher up because I had read the reviews about excessive noise. And there was no noise at all! We had wonderful restful nights here (we were on the ninth floor). Only one elevator worked and it was pretty grimy but we never had to wait long. The price was quite reasonable. Shower worked wonderfully. Room was huge. We had a separate living room area but it was a little old looking. Overall we would recommend it

It was definitely the best place to stay in the centre of Mexico City. The suites are fantastic. The staff, at the reception, bell boys and cleaners, were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. There was absolutely no problem with noise. There are clubs and bars around which might be noisy at times, but keeping the windows closed (you don’t need them open with the air conditioning anyway) you can barely hear anything from the outside. There is a terrace at the top with great views of the surroundings. (A perfect place to drink a glass of wine and smoke a cigarette if you do and relax on your own or with friends.) The zona rosa is not what it used to be (it is rather run down and neglected but it still keeps some of its charm). Reforma avenue is just a couple of blocks away and is thriving with great places to eat and visit. It is an excellent place to walk to many landmarks, trendy areas and museums without the burden of the traffic jams. Price wise, I think it was the best choice to stay in the City.

I wanted to like this hotel.

The location is great and the housekeeping staff are wonderful. Cleanliness was not the issue. When we first arrived, the man who assisted with our luggage was also great. We booked the room because the price, layout of a nice suite, and location fit our needs. However, a few issues really made this untenable.

There was only one working elevator with a 4 person capacity and, at times, waiting for it took way too long and sometimes it would arrive a full capacity so you couldn’t get on anyways. Also the lack of sensors that stopped the elevator from closing on a persons limb was downright scary.

Second, the room with full blast A/C all day could not get lower than 23.5 (74 Fahrenheit) even though it was set much much lower. No assistance was offered other than suggestions to open the window but the window opened to some massive outside vent for the building just produced heat that rose up to counteract any air coming in.
Small requests to the staff during the stay were handled very professionally by some and other front desk folks just came off as dismissive.

The location is great and really these improvements could take this place from untenable to perfect. However, when I return, I’ll have to select a different placd in the area.

While this hotel is convenient to many parts of the city, it was not a particularly comfortable place to stay. The bed was painfully hard; the room was noisy from the street below, but also from the \"loving\" guests in the room next door at 3 AM. The staff was friendly when addressed, but seemed so busy with paperwork, etc., they rarely looked up from their desk. This made us wonder about the security of the place since you did not need to present a key or anything to get upstairs. Towles and sheets were dingy, pilled, and thread worn. The room was spacious (suite), the shower was good enough, but all in all this is not a place worthy of four stars. After three nights of very bad sleep, we forfeited four pre-paid nights and found another place.
