I booked this place due to it being in the area me and my family wanted to stay in also due to it having an elevator. When we went to check in they said the elevator hadn’t been working for a month now. I have a stroller and luggage. At this property they have spiral stairs which was not gonna work for us. They lack communication letting guests know in advance that the elevator was not working.

My stay was pretty solid overall. The location is unbeatable, the staff is very discreet, and I appreciated that visits were allowed. The apartment has an awesome style, everything was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only downside was the noise. My first room faced the main street and was VERY loud, so I asked to be moved. The second room was still noisy, but much better. They do provide earplugs, which actually help a lot.

Also, the elevator broke during my stay and no solution was provided. Not a huge deal, but I would have expected a bit more accountability around that.

I would definitely stay here again, but only if I can get a room facing one of the smaller/quieter streets

The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The street that the hotel is on is pretty busy all throughout the day and night but they leave earplugs in the room if the noise is too loud for you. The only issue we experienced was the temperature of the water in the shower- it would randomly get super cold and it would take a while to warm up again making it uncomfortable to shower. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

When I checked out of the UL IV Apartments, I accidentally left my wallet in the room. I only realized it two days later and went back to the property. To my surprise and gratitude, the staff had found my wallet and kept it safely for me. I absolutely loved my stay here. I loved the bubble of the neighborhood, everything I needed was within a 3 to 10 minute walk from the hotel, my favorite coffee shop that I discovered, great bars, clubs, restaurants, and local shopping centers. About 20 minutes away, there is also a huge park, which was a great bonus.

I have stayed at other hotels in Mexico City, and at times I felt judged or received certain looks. Here, it was completely different, I felt like I was always coming home. I genuinely enjoyed talking to the staff about my day, and their engagement felt warm and real. That level of sincerity tells you everything you need to know about a place.

The area felt extremely safe. One night I decided to go bar hopping, and I was able to walk or use Uber comfortably throughout the neighborhood without any issues. I mainly used Uber to get around, but when I did take a taxi, it was incredibly easy to get back to the hotel. All I had to say was 72 Florencia, in Reforma, close to El Ángel, and they instantly knew exactly where to go, super easy and stress free.

The security team deserves a special mention. They were always present, friendly, and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Please be kind to them if you stay here, they are wonderful.

Honestly, I wish I could have stayed at this hotel forever. The shower was great, and I low-key wanted to take the pillows and comforter home with me.

It is really noisy, the shower was really slippery, the elevator was small and really slow so we took the stairs sometimes because we didnt want to wait. The laundry room was always full so we werent able to use the washer machine. The good side was the location which was greats and we had lots of convenience stores and food options really close.

The people are Amazing. The building is good although the elevator is quite slow. They have amenities in demand such as blow dryer or more toilet paper if needed.
The room was very nice and comfortable, the bathroom was okay, more places where to hang the towels to dry would be better and they need a better water pressure, it was very soft, at times it felt almost like no water was coming out
The building structure ls in good condition but at times when a big truck passes by the main road you feel the building shake gently side to side.
They just need to announce that is 24h reception And that they have 24/7 security, it would have made my experience smoother as I never received the preregistration form to sign as it is an apartment and not a hotel room in advance and it made me freak out.

The apartment is clean and conveniently located. However, the building actually sways continuously. Industrial decor but the cement ceiling is patched unattractively. Stained side table. Nice small but functional kitchen with large frig, 2 burner stove and oven. Nice large towels. King bed and great view. The lobby is tiny and the morning I left was being cleaned with dirty rags on chairs and soaked floor had to walk through deep water with baggage.Friendly guard. Slowest elevator.

El cuarto estaba muy limpio y cómodo, bien ubicado si planeas moverte en roma norte o condesa. El encargado muy amable y siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitáramos. Lo malo fue que el check in fue a las 4:30 y no a las 3:00 pm como decía (nos guardaron las maletas y nos dejaron esperar en la terraza), también el cuarto tenía detalles como la chapa eléctrica que no funcionaba o la regadera que al inicio no salía agua caliente, pero fueron a arreglarlo y quedó (solo que tuvieron que quitar la regadera y dejaron el puro tubo).

Although there were minor issues with the property (bathroom door handle issue, lock issue, etc) the staff were very communicative and ensured that our stay was taken care and that things were fixed as the issue arrived. Place is very central and well kept, has a beautiful upstairs patio area and the room had amazing views. Overall great place to stay but the staff and their attentive to fix little issues are what makes this place great.

Al hotel lo venden como si fuera un lugar para descansar y pasarla bien pero, todo lo contrario!! Las habitaciones bastante chicas, el mobiliario de muy mala calidad, no hay agua caliente y el ruido de afuera no te permite descansar. A mi no me gustó y solicité un reembolso que nunca hicieron. Argumentando mala comunicación entre Hotels.com y el hotel, a final de cuentas ninguno de los dos se hizo responsable. MAL servicio de parte de ambos.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

At first it was a little difficult to find the hotel because of the small entrance.
The hotel was very good at communication. There was always friendly representatives at the front desk. The rooms were fine, a little smaller than expected but they met our needs. However the AC was very underpowered and could probably use some maintenance.
Some nights were very noisy because of the highway right next to the hotel, which explains the ear plugs on the night stands, fortunately we didn't find a need for them.
We would definitely keep this hotel in mind if we're ever visiting Mexico City again.
All in all a nice stay.

I love the small apt. But the noise is too much. With ear plugs and headphones you still hear the loud traffic and the worst is the police whistle blowing all day and night!!! With emergency vehicles with the sirens blaring all day and night!! It’s just too much. I’d rather pay more to stay in the same area on a quieter street .

El departamento es demasiado pequeño y muchísimo calor, no hay aire acondicionado,más que en una recámara , las demás áreas con un calor insoportable , muchísimo ruido, está ubicado en una área de tráfico 24 hrs ruido. No lo recomiendo si quieres descansar. Difícil de agarrar uber . Preferible caminar. Mejor elegir otro lugar por el mismo precio.
