Pros: Great location. Spacious. Clean. Modern. Cons: Insufficient A/C. Very noisy fridge. Coffee machine did not work. Inconsistent hot water.

Phenomenal location, rooms were very clean. Would only say the noise as the hotel is right across from a bar, so one out of the two rooms we got was incredibly loud, but they provided ear plugs and it did the job just fine.

Great staff. They were all kind and very helpful. I was on 5th floor. Apartment at night was very noisy. Club across the street playing loud music all night. I stayed 2 nights Tuesday and Wednesday. Sliding glass doors hopeless in blocking out sound. Lighting in the apartment bery bright and harsh. No lamps or soft light possible anywhere. Real shame owners didn’t invest a little more. It would’ve improved guests’ experience considerably.

Quite honestly this can be the perfect hideaway after a busy day site seeing but they have an issue with hot water. When we complained we did not have any, we were informed that there is a time limit on each suite. There was not enough to wash and condition our hair. They did offer to mover us on our last night but by then it was too late and did not make sense to pack and and unpack. Hot water should NOT be limited. Would go back if this was remedied.

The location is walkable to all the hot spots in Roma Norte and Condesa, many sights and amazing restaurants. Definitely have brunch in Cancino and nearby restos that are around plaza de Madrid.

The last night there was a strange odor of what smelled to be a moldy towel, we think it had to do with water leakage into the fan into our bathroom from workers on the floors above. The restaurants across from the hotel play music very loud until late at night, but my party and I are very heavy sleepers and once we were asleep we didn’t hear the music anymore. Ultimately that was not a serious issue to complain about to staff or change our minds about the review of the property. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay!

This is our second stay at Casa Cibeles and it did not disappoint. The staff is simply wonderful and so attentive. The room is extremely clean with all the amenities you need. I felt that this time around the noise from the nightclub next door was not as loud but my husband did need earplugs to sleep. All in all a 10 out of 10. Casa Cibeles was the perfect place for our seven night stay in Mexico City! Great location, and the 24-hour concierge was friendly and very helpful. Clean, comfortable (but firm) beds, beautiful rooftop view, air conditioned and free laundry! So glad we found this property.
