This place was perfect for our family of 5. With a greater selection of breaky options and softer beds it’d be a solid 5/5. I’d read reviews on the location but we felt perfectly safe the entire time. Yes there’s prostitutes in the surrounds and homeless people sadly living on the streets, but they’re perfectly harmless. We loved the area and how accessible it was to transport, historic centre, Polanco etc. We will definitely return.

Room was okay- one of our three beds the linens had stains and some hair , the staff was nice . One thing that was really bad was cell phone signal and the WiFi kept going in and out . On the pro side it’s close to historic center which was awesome for us .

Where can I start? This hotel is simply amazing.
The breakfast was more than exceptional, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. I even had a stressful moment when I needed to get to the airport but most of the streets were closed due to a strike/protest and Uber kept canceling. A staff member, Mario, went above and beyond to help me secure a taxi and made sure I arrived on time for my flight.

My entire experience at this hotel was fantastic. If you’re looking for a great night’s sleep in a hotel that’s close to everything, I highly recommend booking here. You won’t regret it!

Its overall a good hotel: very friendly and helpful staff (very hard workers), great food, and clean. Cons:The area around the hotel does have a lot of SWs which isnt an issue but just wanted to mention for the people that might not like that. The shower and sink knobs are a little hard to close, my mother has arthritis and I had to help her whenever she used them but able-bodied people can use them fine, I think. Walls are also thin, I could clearly hear conversations that people were having. Despite that, I had a great time!!

I recently stayed at Hotel EXE Alameda Reforma, and overall it was a good experience. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I especially want to highlight the Fanny who cleaned my room—she did an excellent job and was always very kind and welcoming.

The only downside is the area where the hotel is located. The neighborhood is in poor condition and does not feel very inviting. However, once inside, the hotel staff really make the difference with their professionalism and warmth.

In summary, while the surroundings may not be ideal, the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff made my stay pleasant

This property needs lots of remodeling. The water turned brown when I turned the shower on. We contacted the front desk but nothing was done about it. It also smelled like mold. The beds are clean but are very hard. I didn’t like that as soon as I walked out of the hotel we were able to see prostitution all around. They do have security all the time in the hotel. just didn’t feel safe walking outside when the sunset. I felt catfished when we arrived.

The Hotels has a magnificent pool. I was taken by surprise by how gorgeous it is. You can enjoy some nice musoc, a cocktail and fool near the pool area and they have plenty of clean towels around. The pool is heated and covered which makes for a great plan for a rainy day. The room we got was clean, well designed and had good natural lighting. The Hotel had a restaurant that we didn't try but looked organized and it located near the reforma monument and plenty of businesses and restaurants to enjoy. The only down part is that there's some street prostitution around but after asking Uber drivers and such, the area is quite safe. We walked around several times at night and never felt in danger. Overall I like the place, the staff was very gentle and they also exchange currencies in the lobby. The Hotel has a very extrange configuration that makes you feel like you are inse a cruise rather than a hotel. But besides that, is quite nice

The hotel is not new, but it ihas been remodeled and is very well maintained. The rooms are large and well equiped and the bed is comfortable (firm). The indoor pool area is very nice. There's a so-so gym with a nice sauna. The buffet breakfast is spectacular and lunch and dinner are very good too. The employees are super. The hotel is located right at the edge of a not so good area, so if you leave on foot, make sure you head in the direction of Paseo de la Reforma and you'll be alright.

Property is near lots of attractions. Staff was excellent. Beware of jacuzzi jets if you book a suite. Our jets blew out cold water that smelled like sewer the first time we turned them on. It injected dark smelly water into our bath. We immediately exited and were disgusted to find dead skin and gunk had floated up to our nice bubble bath. Our AC leaked water at night so just beware of stepping in a puddle on the carpet the next morning. Aside from the repulsive jacuzzi incident, fun stay :)

The staff and service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are nice, and the layout is great. TV is a little old. I’d say the biggest drawback is definitely the location. I’m a tourist but I know the area fairly well and the surrounding streets aren’t the best to walk at night. On a nearby corner I even saw some saddening scenes. However if you’re a well versed local or knowledgeable with the area, the nearby Hidalgo station is convenient to get to places.

The hotel is on the corner of the intersection. It's hard to spot at eye level if you're not paying attention. No toothbrush or toothpaste is provided so bring your own. The floors are tiles so if when you're getting out of the shower and your feet away and it might be a little slippery and you might slip. But overall the hotel and the staff was great. I would sit here again cuz it was fairly cheap. Service was nice

Place looks good and it’s at a convenient location. Many places to visit around. I was expecting a bit faster check-in. They didn’t have the room ready and I just got an hour earlier. Door keys were not working so they had to call a staff member to open the doors every time one needed it.
Rooms are not disappointing so I would give it a second chance.

The site is very good in many areas how ever, its infrastructure lacks, with only one elevator that was often broken and shared not just with rooms but the conference spaces, and the room refrigerator for the second time was non functional, and the AC only cools to 20 °c it was hard to get issue like ice and the handi cap parking is filled by owners and staff would not unblock the other avible spots making it difficult for wheel chair and service dog access. This is sad because the staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous and often go above and beyond. this could be a 5 star site if management watch after important details like cleaning under the beds, and making acessable parking open and elivators and fridges that work, ac that cools

The hotel property it is nice, clean, service is great and professional. The rooms are good, not great but meets the 4 star level service. Pool is on the 7th Floor, and the chlorine smell is a bit strong. They have a full service bar by the pool. Gym is on the 11th Floor and there is NO elevator access. You need to walk up from the 7th FL (depends on how you see this it can be a good pre-workout or a burden). I tried the restaurant for breakfast buffet and for the price is good. Food tastes great and service was very good. Bathrooms are a bit on the small side and the toilets are similar to the ones in the mall (high pressure and loud) if you tend to wake up during the night, this will be one hell of a loud toilet. Towels are old. They really need to upgrade that. I really recommend those towels to be replace asap. Great location, walking distance to a lot of great places, comfortable and quiet, great service, great staff. For some things this hotel ranks as a 4 star hotel but other is ranking closer to a 3 star. Elevators are small but they work.

To be fair out of a score of a possible 10, I believe it ranks a 8 out of 10. I will definitely stay here again. 30 minutes away from the Benito Juarez Airport, also close to many important places, museums, amazing restaurants and shopping districts. For the price this is a WIN.
