This facility is poorly maintained (not at all as described in Expedia. Pictures might be quite old to make the property look good). Personnel has poor service skills. Rooms cleanliness is bad, floor are dirty and out dated. Towels were grayish instead of while. In some occasions with holes in them. Bed covers where stained. Will never come back, will never recommend.

Fue sencillo llegar al hotel, sin embargo, al hacer el check-in, la persona en la recepción no mostró la mejor actitud. Por otro lado, el señor que nos ayudó con las maletas fue muy amable y nos proporcionó información útil como el acceso al wifi, números para contactar a recepción, así como detalles sobre los desayunos y cenas; su atención fue muy apreciada.

The hotel itself is an old building and the walls are thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. The service is not the best. Everytime you leave the hotel, your key is disactivated so everytime you return you need to ask the front desk to activate your key card. The people that work at the front desk are rude and roll their eyes when you ask them to activate your key card, even though it's a simple task and part of their job. The cleanliness is decent. There is no drinking water and the bathrooms smell bad.

The staff were nice and helpful. Our hotel room was outdated, but did the job as we were only there for sleeping and showering. There were multiple stains on the floor, our bathroom light went out, our tv remote didn’t work, and there was no air conditioning. For the price, it’s a fair place to stay as it’s super close to popular tourist areas and has many food places nearby.

The hotel is very old and doesn't appear to ever have been refurbished.... All the photos are from when the pool was installed years ago. Now the pool is missing tiles and was dirty the one time we stayed there...
The internet was so bad we could not even use it for simple whatsapp messaging... And our phones would only receive a cell signal when sitting on the window sill. The only area internet worked was in the business area where the chairs are old and uncomfortable...
The food is more costly in the hotel than in surrounding areas. Walk out of the hotel and turn right two blocks and a full meal was 45mxn pesos compared to the hotel restaurant at 120 pesos..

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación cerca del Monumento a la Revolución y de muchos lugares de interés, restaurantes. Es un hotel viejo y las instalaciones así lo evidencian; la habitación donde estuve no tiene aire acondicionado y la ventana no tiene mosquitero; no hay secadora y solamente ponen unas barritas de jabón (sin shampoo, crema, gorra de baño); el elevador no nos inspiraba confianza y mejor usamos las escaleras de subida y de bajada. Tiene un restaurant que aunque no comimos en él, me dio buena impresión. El trato con el personal fue muy poco, pero muy bueno, sin problemas para checkin y checkout. Lo recomiendo en plan austero, esencialmente para salir temprano y regresar tarde exclusivamente a descansar. La tarifa fue muy competitiva, no me siento defraudado, lo pudiera considerar nuevamente en el mismo plan que fui.

La ubicación es muy buena , la mayoría de staff son muy serviciales, excepto el hombre de la recepción no es muy atento. Les faltan trabajadores por que solo vi pocos, a la alberca no le dan mantenimiento subimos un día y estaba muy sucia el agua entre azul , verde y amarillo, con basura y un poco de lama. Do not stay here if you can avoid it. The beds are like concrete slabs, the toilets are like public toilets and mine was even partially broken, but the worst part is the lack of service. Not even lack of service both bellmen and restaurant staff were outright rude. When I stood outside at the stairs a hotel janitor almost shoved me off the tiny spot where I was standing saying he must sweep exactly that spot exactly that moment. In the restaurant: when I asked the waiter how to proceed with tipping if paying with a card, he napped at me and told me to wait while he was processing the card. The food is very poor quality too (I tried it three times at different hours just to make sure it wasn't a one time problem).
I am not a picky person. I am courteous and well mannered. They are in the service industry, this kind of behavior is totally uncalled for. The only somewhat nice person was one of the front desk clerks.

Falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Nos cambiaron a 4 habitaciones, porque: había una fuga en el baño, en 2 habitaciones no funcionó la TV. Considero que el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y baños y camas estuvieron bien. Las alfombras se deberían de quitar y mejor ponerle piso a las habitaciones, porque están gastadas y huelen mal.
