This was a great value. The room had everything I needed. The bed comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. The staff was more than accommodating and super friendly. It was in a really good, centrally located area.

The room is clean and staff are helpful but the amenities are not good. For example our hotel room keeps on locking us out every time we have to come back and use our key card is not working. At one point our air conditioning was not working as well they had to lend us electric fans. Also they have fixed it the following day but it was too noisy. But, the location itself is good and near landmarks at centro historico.

Horrible experiencia - me he quedado antes en este hotel y todo había sido una experiencia muy amena, pero esta vez fue un asco de servicio.
1. El wifi no funcionaba correctamente
2. La persona que atiende el garage se enojó porque lo \"despertamos\" para abrirnos y poder estacionar el coche
3. No nos dejaron toallas después de la limpieza del cuarto y recepción en vez de ayudar con el tema nos cuestionó e indirectamente sugirió que tal vez solo estábamos pidiendo más toallas para tomarlas a casa
4. Se las políticas de no visitas y leí el documento a firmar al registro pero la persona que se iba a hospedar conmigo tuvo un imprevisto y no pudo acudir y en su lugar otro amigo me acompañó - el nombre de la primera persona que vendría figuraba en el check in pero como ya no llegó le comento a recepción que mi amigo tomaría su lugar - recepción me dijo que eso no era posible y que tenía que pagar $500 y nuevamente me dio a entender que tal vez la persona si estaba en el cuarto y que lo estábamos ocultando - el botones quien había llevado las toallas ya había visto que lo había nadie en la habitación y que estaba solo desde el inicio, nuevamente para que sugerir o dar comentarios tan tontos - al final pagué los $500 pero si vi que la persona de recepción los metió a su bolsa

We went to run the marathon, the idea was to rest well but that didn't happen. I spoke about 3 or 4 times to tell them that the air conditioning wasn't working and it was very hot at night. We couldn't sleep, we had to open the window and then the room was full of mosquitoes. Only on the last day did they change our room.

The breakfast service was very poor and the food was below average. When I read the reviews, people said breakfast was great, it wasn't, not even close. The continental breakfast consisted of 2 pieces of toast and 4 small slices of papaya and melon or juice, there was no other option. I paid extra and got 2 scrambled eggs and spoon full of beans with 2 tortilla chips (yes, 2). I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel. To us is obvious that the hotel manipulates with reviews. The facts...bad rooms, bad area close to a good area, we were asied to oay 500 pesos to check in at 1.30 pm, no hot water is available most of the time, bi ody answere at the front desk nost of the time...it is obvious that the owner tries to get every drop of bolld from the guests....small bottle water comes with extra fees and etc....jusge for yourself olease

There were some good and bad with this stay. The good was the location of the hotel to access for tours and the centre. The bad was the WIFI and service in the restaurant. The food took a long time and had to pay extra to get eggs added to the breakfast. The WIFI was not strong and we had to keep switching between the two signals to find one that worked.

Stayed here 8 years ago and the property has noticeably deteriorated. Room was very small, and a bit shabby. Good news was they agreed to let us check out after one night, and refunded the other 4 nights.

They gave us a room with AC not in good condition. In our last night of stay, AC broke and we transferred to another room which has a better and cooler AC. Should have a buffet breakfast instead of ordering and line up the whole thing, it's a delay if you have a tour to catch up. Must have small wash cloth provided in the bathroom so that you can scrub your body while taking a bath. All bathrooms must be inspected for maintenance especially toilet bowl if it's still in good and quick condition when it comes to flushing toilet bowl. Must upgrade the bath towels, some of it were worn out. Must have coffee machine, microwave, flat iron and slippers inside the rooms. Thank you.

Nice hotel my wife and I would stay at again. The hotel is a few minute walk from the Monumento a la Revolución and also walking distance to Metro and Metro Bus to take you to other parts of the city. Safe area and nice restaurants close by.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the hotel staff was friendly & they had complimentary breakfast. For $65 pesos you can upgrade the breakfast. The only down side of this hotel, was that the WiFi kept cutting in and out. At times, it would stop working for a few minutes. But other than that, clean hotel, and walking distance to a few places.

The restaurant is also very good, I would recommend having breakfast here every day and then having the rest of your meals out in the town. I could not believe how affordable our stay was, yet it felt like a higher priced hotel.
