Excellent stay. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. I actually stayed here because I was in the area for dental work and needed a peaceful place to rest rather than a vacation stay, and it was perfect for that — very silent, comfortable, and relaxing. The room service and overall atmosphere made it easy to recover and sleep well. I also liked that the hotel has a restaurant, which is very convenient at night when you don’t want to go out. The only small suggestion would be having a refrigerator available in the room or for guest use to keep drinks cold. Overall, a great boutique hotel, calm, friendly, and very well maintained.

It would be nice to have a functioning iron and ironing board in the room as well as the appropriate number of washcloths if more than one person is staying in the room. The AC is subpar the neighborhood is great, easily accessible places to eat. The staff lacks professionalism with the simplest things as greeting patrons. Alex was exceptional in this area! The rooftop pool lounges should be designated for patrons of the hotel first, I was made to wait because other people purchased day passes for the pool. This hotel is rated as four stars, my expectation was greater than what was delivered.

The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can walk to many great restaurants in under 10 minutes. If you don't feel like going anywhere, they have a lovely rooftop patio menu that will satisfy many, even vegans. There is a pharmacy right across the street, so convenient for grabbing essentials if you travel with just a carry-on—a great coffee shop around the corner for your morning coffee, and walking and exploring.

The hotel has been remodelled very nicely. The room and ensuite were great. I chose an internal room to avoid any possible traffic noise and it was very peaceful.
The rooftop restaurant and small pool were great. Some small loose tiles in the pool need fixing (very minor issue).

La transformación del edificio original en hotel boutique resultó más que adecuada y se realizó con acabados de primera en todas las áreas y una distribución conveniente para las necesidades actuales. We loved our stay here. It was in a cute and quiet neighborhood and all the staff were friendly and helpful. In our time on the rooftop, no one spoke English but the bar service was really nice. We had a cute patio and there was a fan in the bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Nice oasis in Mexico City. It’s in a safe area, with food and necessities right by. We had an issue with our toilet the first day and the fixed it right away. Very clean, excellent facilities. The pool rooftop is lovely although it gets quite busy as people not staying at the hotel can come to book for the day. Other than that no complaints and would book again!

Alia Inn Boutique was as advertised. Quiet, safe, and continently located in the beautiful Nopales neighborhood. There is security at the door and the location is only 15 minutes away from Coyoacan/San Angel, and Roma/Condesa neighborhoods. I only wish they had snacks/water available onsite.

The staff was excellent at setting up a surprise in the room for my honeymoon! All the staff was super friendly and accommodating, rooms were modern and clean. Hotel located in a quiet safe neighborhood with lots of great dining options close by, and a short cab ride into busier parts of the city. What a hidden gem! The pics don’t do it justice: the rooftop pool and bar were an absolute hit. The rooms were clean and cozy, the shower pressure was great. This hotel is in a great little area of the city with walking access to pharmacies, shops, restaurants, and even a Walmart if needed. Thrilled for the value of the price.

The hotel is nice, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The hotel is adults-only, which was not very clearly stated when we booked. I was traveling with my teenage daughter, and although they allowed us to stay, we were not allowed to use the common areas—ironically, the main reason we chose this hotel in the first place.
When I raised this concern, the receptionist compared the policy to that of not allowing dogs in the common areas. I found that comparison both inaccurate and offensive—kids are not dogs.
Another inconvenience was that access to the parking lot closes after 10 PM. We left the car there and asked for a taxi number. However, instead of giving us the number, the staff insisted they would call a taxi themselves, which wasn’t very practical and left us with little flexibility.
The place itself is nice, but these issues made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. I’d recommend clearer communication around the adults-only policy and more practical options for guests arriving after 10 PM.

I love the safe and quiet neighborhood. Our breakfast and beds were made to perfection every day. The highlight of our stay was that super strong and warm water pressure from the rain shower in our room…. It makes it so comfortable after a day outside of sightseeing. I stayed during the week (Tues to Thurs) so the hotel was calm, quiet and the roof-top pool area was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable with good A/C. The area surrounding the hotel has a charming neighborhood feel and was safe to walk about with lots of small stores, cafes and restaurants (mainly pizza/pasta). Staff were very friendly.
