THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THE PROTOCOLS OF MY RESERVATION, I PAID MORE THAN WHAT WE AGREED ON WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION. THEY TOOK ME OUT BEFORE THE 12 DAYS I PAID. BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE SHOWER HAS MOLD AND TURTY, THEY SET ME IN INTO THE CONSTRUCTION AREA IN THE SHOWER THEY WERE CALLING TILES OFF FROM THEIR POSITION, i TOOK PICTURES IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT.

Buen servicio, el desayuno es variado y bien servido, las opciones de comida infantil no son balanceadas ni de calidad pero ayuda que uno se puede servir lo que falta y dárselos. El baño es muy pequeño y estoy embarazada, entre y salir de la regadera es un reto 😶, el servicio al cliente es bueno y en el restaurante es excelente. Las camas son cómodas y tiene opciones de firmaza da las almohadas.

Unfortunately, there were no microwave anywhere in the hotel for my babies bottles, (had to go to Oxxo each day) and no fridge to keep my toddlers milk cold, had to buy new one everyday at Oxxo. Our room didn’t meet our expectations, bathroom very small and tight, the AC didn’t work neither the vent fan in the bathroom. There were white and yellow lights around the room, why not keep it one color. Our bed had some hairs, and the baseboard/floor wasn’t flat -too small to even add my travel bassinet. Went to front desk, employee very nice! And changed my room, it was better aesthetically but AC still didn’t work, so my room would feel humid and musty. This is the first and last time in this hotel. To others who just need a bathroom and a bed it’s fine does the job, but not for me. Employees really nice though. after my second room, I never complained and just dealt with it. However I must note that my sister too stayed there and she found 2 roaches during her stay (5 nights). Each experience is different, I could’ve just had many inconveniences.

Room´s floor is filthy, remnants of peanuts, nail clippings hairs, morsels, candy/fruit, even those plastic strips on tags of clothing. Sewer smell from the sink (disgusting as you brush your teeth), try to complain and manager is not available. AVOID IT!

Delicious buffet breakfast!

We chose this hotel because it was very close to our family's home in the area, and we could walk there a few blocks away. It was comfortable, and the service was very nice. The buffet breakfast was a delicious array of Mexican specialties - tortillas, chiliaquilies, pan dulce, fresh juices and fruits, etc. at a very low price - about $9 for the buffet.

Area looks not soo safe. We went out in the Night and street was dark. Convenienxe stores a locked and they only open a smal part of the window to take your payment and give your item.
Nice if you have no plan of going out after 8pm.

Overall everything was fine BUT the tel service CERO. They never answer my call while I was a guest. I requested a taxi, they just said “ok have a seat” but they never called a taxi for me. I had to go to the street on my own and walked down the street to search for my own taxi. They didn’t care at all.

No hot water!

I stayed here with my family after my wedding and 3 of the 4 rooms we had did not have hot water. We told the hotel staff and they did not fix the issue. My family left at 5am and all had to take cold showers. An overall disappointing experience. It was a real let down of a hotel for being a holiday inn. All the rooms are different sizes and our bathroom was so small you could even bring sitting on the toilet and open the door at the same time. Not worth the money. I do not recommend this hotel. Also the hotel manager, called me a liar when I told him that my families rooms didn’t have hot water.

Beautiful and modern hotel

I will start with the positive....absolutely no complaints with the hotel and the units. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with updated rooms, comfortable beds and great staff.
My one negative was with the website that stated they had an airport shuttle, and in all fairness it was partly my mistake, but the website doesn't state that their shuttle doesn't run on Sundays which was the day we needed it....so just be aware if that's the reason for booking as we did. We had a couple of other issues not worthy of mentioning but they added up...the manager at the time, Angel, made everything right. This is a lovely hotel and we would stay here again without question....

- My HDTV in my room could not get it to work for over a day.
- Requested assistance from the hotel but takes quite a long time to respond.

My first impression was this property is out somewhere. Like there's no restaurants close enough to enjoy the day or night. The only one close is an Argentinian and not a Mexican.

I borrowed for a charger. They don't have a spare. Good thing the convenience store nearby carry phone charger.

And oh, the staff. I better not say anything.

Overall, my stay is OK but way below the Holiday Inn standards I enjoyed over time.

Stayed for a weekend at hotel. Area is good for Mexico City with access two metro .2 miles. Service is fantastic, staff was tripping over themselves to help. Ate dinner at hotel and while a tad expensive for Mexico still affordable and very good! It is a bit outside of the city center, about 35 minutes via metro. Would stay here again!

Pleasant stay a short ride away from WTC

Nice hotel with spacious room. The first room they gave to me had an issue with the air conditioning however they quickly resolved the problem by moving my room. The breakfast buffet had tons of options and was delicious. Staff was professional and friendly. Surrounding area has many options for eats from local Mexican spots, Steak house across the street to fast food such as Pizza Hut and KFC just a short walk away. Having an Oxxo convenience store next to the hotel was nice for picking up snacks and other essentials.

Hotel conditions are Ok, the food is not great but TG there are other choice around. I did not sleep the first night there is was a problem with the AC vent that the staff new about but keep assigning this room to clients (front desk personnel comment). I have to wait until the next day to be move to another room where there was no hot water. Just a horrible experience.

It was an excellent experience and since I am from Mexico and know how to move around in public transportation it was rather cheap to move around. There is a subway (Metro) three blocks away and is only 5 pesos for a ticket. It was a very safe area even though it might not look that way, but there a police officers every two corners from the hotel. The only thing I don't recommend is to go wondering around if you are not familiar with the little colonias, but there are several Nice restaurants near the World Trade Center that are good to visit during the day and you can even go at night in a Taxi for 25 pesos which is very inexpensive considering $2.50 two dollars and 50 cents. I went to a french and an Italian restaurant. everything gourmet and organic. paid around $60 dollars which is not bad since it was an excellent meal and 5 of us ate which is about 12 dollars a piece. Wataburger in Texas is about the same price and doesn't even compare to the 4 star restaurant. I did not give a 5 in cleanliness because the bed sheets were not clean when we got there, but as soon as I let the young lady that was cleaning the room about the smell on the sheets, She changed everything and from there on my bed was clean for the 7 nights we stayed there.

Nice, clean, comfortable, but somewhat out of the way of most tourist attractions. Was less than 5 minutes - incredibly close and fast for Mexico city's traffic - by taxi from were I needed to go, plus a subway station is about three blocks away but....not a neighborhood I would recommend for tourists, specially at night. Still, friendly, attentive staff and nice, well kept accommodations.

If you must....

The Internet service is very erratic and poor. Ordered room service and there was a hair in the salad. On the upside, the customer service manager called me, apologized and discounted a breakfast. The room was very clean, but the shower is very small. First time I stayed at this hotel, will return only if there are no other options available.

For my purposes, this hotel was perfectly fine. It is close to our warehouse/office and that's why I booked it. For tourists wanting to see the city, this is not the location where you want to be because it is too far away from the center and the historical district.

WTC fiasco hotel

I was having dinner with a wedding party at a lobby in a hotel in front of the World Trade Center(walking distance) for obvious reasons I decided to stay in the Holiday Inn WTC, I reserved the hotel looking at the description of the hotel was the following,
Holiday inn World Trade Center, when I went and try to check in they told me I reserved 20 minutes away by taxi, it ruined my night. The holiday inn I tried to reserved was HDI near business district, I felt rip off by the misleading of your app. Please change it

Charged fees after promising they wouldn't

I tried to cancel the additional days on the hotel before checking in and they refused to let me do it. Finally they promised me that it would be allowed the next day and that I could check in to pay for only one day - only to find out the next morning that they had charged my card for the full 10 days without my authorization. They then refused to cancel the reservation and refund my payment.

The hotel itself was not in a great location, hence my wanting to cancel. The room was clean and nice, and the amenities otherwise, such as the gym, were nice. The driver who picked up my friend to take her to the airport showed up 20 minutes late, and then tried to \"up charge\" her from the fee that had been quoted by the front desk.

Overall, I would strongly recommend NOT to stay in this hotel. The amenities and rooms might be nice, but the customer service is TERRIBLE and it's shocking that they lie to you about what they're going to charge you.
