We stayed in the “condo” portion of the facility, which was large, clean and well equipped. (Excellent A/c!) Please note that full breakfast is only served to the rooms, not the condo, but we were provided a nice espresso machine, packaged toasts, Nutella and jellies. We walked to a grocery and stocked what we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked with dish ware, microwave, stove etc. Bathroom was newly installed, very nice and there is a washer but no dryer or place to hang wash outside.
Location is somewhat central, but the neighborhood is somewhat raw. Our host helped us out, receiving our lost luggage delivery while we were on a tour, and that was much appreciated- but otherwise this is a regular airb/b experience with limited host contact. The price of the stay was very good for a clean, air conditioned condo and I would recommend.

Had a great stay , at Catania center.,room spotless comfortable bed ,staff very helpful with any questions I had .Lovely Italian breakfast , served bye the very nice staff, Had a kitchen to use for cofee and tea at any time.

What surprised us most was that there was a community kitchen that the host stocked with food, coffee and drinks for all the guests. In our room the Host also supplied bottles of water, a bottle of wine and a surprise gift all included in the price of the room! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place.

Breakfast - fresh croissants & cereal. Tea coffee or juice. Great to have a fridge in room, and access to tea/ coffee in kitchen whenever wanted.
Some distance from main historical and upmarket areas.

Okay not great

The B&B is in a convenient area to the cultural center (about 15 mins walk). The rooms are updated and in good condition, also bonus with AC. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and you will hear everything your neighbors are doing. Also the front entrance is under construction, and fairly dusty (which caused me to slip on the stairs). No elevator. It was convenient for the price but would not stay again.

Per me questo posto merita assolutamente 5 stelle piene! La camera è pulita, confortevole e dotata di tutto l’occorrente necessario, la posizione è centrale e c’è anche il self check-in che è molto comodo per chi viaggia in orari serali. Ma la vera differenza per me l’hanno fatta sia il proprietario, che si è mostrato super gentile e disponibile fin da subito, e anche la signora che ci ha accolti per la colazione, anche lei una persona davvero squisita. Io penso che trovare luoghi come questo, in cui ci si sente davvero bene e a casa, e in cui soprattutto alberga molta gentilezza e accoglienza, renda l’esperienza molto molto piacevole e positiva. Spero di ritornarci! Complimenti per il vostro lavoro, perché sapete farlo davvero bene! Un saluto

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. In der Nähe befindet sich die bekannte via Etna Straße zum einkaufen und flanieren. Zudem ist die Unterkunft sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und schön. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit allen nötigen Informationen über die Unterkunft bis zu den verschiedenen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten informiert. Das Frühstück ist sehr traditionell italienisch und bestand hauptsächlich nur aus süßen Leckereien.

Petit déjeuner quelconque. Contacts uniquement par texto ou court appel téléphonique avec le gérant Alvio qui a été tout de même courtois mais que je n'ai pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer. Ouverture des portes à distance, un peu trop technique à mon goût.
