We loved our stay! The hotel is very nice and clean, with a great breakfast, comfortable beds, and spotless bathrooms. The only downside is that it’s quite far from downtown Milan, so taxi rides can get really expensive. There also aren’t many restaurant options nearby since it’s located right off the highway. If you want to make the most of your stay, having a car is definitely recommended.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Hotel service present only in name. We checked in and the room was not clean for our stay. Rather than offering us another room, we were told to wait and go up and down to check when the room gets cleaned. There was no soap in the room. WiFi signal is poor. Shower facility remained dirty even after cleaning. It’s never a 4* hotel!! What a terrible experience and a waste of money.

There are a lot of best places. Everything is faraway. They never change the bed sheets, there are not air conditioners on the rooms because they absolutely control it and apparently they never turn on. Not recommended at all.

The Hotel was convenient for an overnight stay with parking, it’s located quite far out of Milan but that was fine for us. Very quite with not much going on. Room was fine, clean but fairly basic.

A vehicle is essential
It is essential that guests at this hotel have a vehicle. It is extremely far from the nearest town and taxis add-on an extra charge (up to 35 euros) just to reach the property, before you even start a journey... The grounds of the property were heavily overrun with ferocious mosquitos and this included inside the lobby, the breakfast room, hallways (we have the dozens of bites to prove it). The breakfast room staff were friendly -- And the food selections there were excellent.

You need to hire a car, taxis charge 25euro before they take you anywhere and always agree a price we got ripped off on more thanone occasion.
Nothing to do around the hotel, it is next to a lorry / industrial park and prostitutes walk the roads from morning to night.
Carpiano is a good 10 minute walk and is a very small quite village but the locals are lovely and the food is brilliant.
Don't think we would go back !!!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. It's basic, so not where you'd want to stay for a holiday unless you were on a tight budget. That said as I travel for business and just need a low cost place to sleep that has all the basics and especially plenty of parking, the Ibis Styles hotels are great.

Excellent hotel! Rooms were great and staff were very accommodating. Restaurant on site but also a couple more next door to give you options. The hotel has an outdoor parking lot and a underground private garage which was nice. It's located outside of Milan but it was very easy to hop in our car and drive to a garage outside of the ZTL. Will definitely come back next time we are here.

I was not keen on the bed, as it was two singles joined together, and if i ended in the middle, it was uncomfortable.
I also booked one room for my brother and his girlfriend and their bed was the same.
Don't be late for breakfast, as they will shut the doors at 10am.

We had a lovely room which was huge compared to other hotels we had stayed in. The breakfast was lovely including cereal, toast, croissants, eggs etc and coffee which was included in our rate. The hotel was new and all fittings well chosen. The area was not so great, an industrial area, but easy out of the city with our car and we were over staying in cities. The restaurant was great - easy and well priced. Overall a great stay but area a bit industrial. For us this was no big problem.

Spacious and very relaxed boutique style hotel
Lovely modern spacious hotel and room. All staff very personable and couldn't do enough to help. Internet connection a problem through the overnight stay but was able to use the hotel lounge computer. Enjoyed a meal in the next door Steakhouse. Despite nothing of interest to see in the nearby neighbourhood we spent an amusing hour strolling around the nearby industrial estate looking for the locally advertised \"transport cafe\" only to find it shut. Thankfully the hotel lounge offers complimentary coffee! Did not get chance to eat at the in-house Italian restaurant as a tour group beat us to it. Hopefully when the attached unoccupied shops/buildings open the ambiance of the hotel will heighten.

Devo dire che mi ha stupito, è una ottima struttura, con personale molto gentile, (problema iniziale risolto in 2 minuti), camera piccola ma pulita e nuova. Colazione varia dolce e salato, caffè ottimo, ho apprezzato che i gruppi debbano fare colazione in altra saletta. Il parcheggio privato chiuso è un plus, vista la zona molto periferica. Difetti: aria condizionata in camera rumorosa, manca il rimpiazzo dei piatti della colazione, ma è compensato dall'uscita di nuovi piatti

Da vi ankom var der 19 grader i soveværelset og 20 grader i det andet værelse. En flink receptionist gav os et andet værelse, dog var der kun 20 og 21 grader, hvilket vi sagde var ok. Efter lidt tid blev der koldere og vi fik tæpper bragt op af en anden som virkede irriteret over det. I løbet af natten blev der igen 19 grader i soveværelset. Det er for koldt med de tynde dyner/tæpper.
Der var skimmelsvamp i loftet på badeværelset. Men ellers ok værelse.

Hôtel très bien. Une voiture est cependant indispensable. Pour visiter milan il vaut mieux se rendre au parking du metro le plus proche. 2€ par jour et se rendre à milan en métro. Compter environ 45 min hôtel -milan. Les chambres de l’hôtel sont très spacieuse.
