Great hotel, walking distance to downtown. This place had the best bathroom I’ve ever experienced in my travels through Europe or the UK. There was great lighting and a make up mirror. The room was large and comfortable. The only down side was no coffee in the room and it was 8 euro to bring up a small pot.

This is an excellent place that is within the outer ring of the old city, It has a a great value in the area. The breakfast was included & has many options. It even has American bacon, A the staff are friendly & helpful. Rooms are modern, clean with great amenities. The daily parking fee was very reasonable. Be warned that you do have to park in a small space & backed into it. If we ever return we will definitely want to book it again.

Paying for parking at a hotel of this caliber seems silly when you're staying there. There was no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open because it was stuffy and humid with the rain. We had flies and spiders come in. We had to request a sheet for the beds because the comforters they supply were too heavy and hot for the weather. They charged for still water.

For a room that expensive, it was not very well appointed.. There was not even a shower cap and zero toiletries…No kettle and the mini bar was empty..The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice ..

Problems with one thing (what touch me personal) From the garage to the elevator few steps, for old people or disable people this is the problem, but nobody offer any help to bring the luggage, the the same situation with the guest who was on the fourth floor, like me, where's much more steps and this is real problem

1.- Reception kind though not aware
we reserved 2 rooms for 3 persons.
2. Shower very tiny Some 60 by 60 centimeters, hard to bend to reach feet
3.- No courtesy water. No Coffe or The pott etc. One of the rooms smelt of cigarette smoke inspire both were non smoking

The property was perfect for our needs but a ceiling fan would have been great to help cool the room . Also the tv is small for the room size but it was adequate.

Great location for public transportation and just outside the old town.

Our refrigerator was not cooling so we ended up using the refrigerator used by the staff.

It was hard to find and parking garage was very small. Took me 5 min and 20 point turn to park. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very pleasant. It’s currently under renovation but they warned me as soon as I booked and it wasn’t inconvenient.

Rather disappointing

It was a very hot night and the room was stifling, even with the fan on all night. The bedroom carpet was dirty and the bath towels very small. No breakfast was available but “as a sweetener” we were offered a free hot drink. Reception staff were helpful and fortunately spoke English.

It was ok.

The hotel is pleasant, clean and comfortable. However I had a problem with the shower cabin - the doors had damaged rails and did not close, leaving a gap. The shower tap was either of a very cheap kind or plainly broken - it was very hard to move it to change water temperature. When it did move it went instantly from cold to very hot.

I really liked the room as it was very spacious. However, being on the top floor with no A/C, it made things a little uncomfortable-there were a few days with temperatures over 32 degrees C (we had a fan in the room which helped a bit). It was very close to the tram and the bus and a few groceries and ethnic restaurants with good food. Overall, our stay was really pleasant.

Very cozy, clean, quaint and close to airport. This property is delightful, but if you are looking for pampering & lots of room, it is not for you. I needed a taxi at 3:30AM for airport and while no one was on staff at that time, I was pleasantly surprised my taxi showed up! Great economic place to stay.

Grouchy person at the reception. A bug on the wall greeted us in our room and we only had bedding for one person. Took one hour to get additional bedding. They advertised a free bedtime tea. When I asked a out it the guy just gave us a look and said they don’t have that. Location was good but very limited parking. Price was decent.

I was very happy with my stay at the Centro Hotel. It’s close to a tram stop. The tram line goes right to Central Nuremberg. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I stayed here because I needed to catch an early flight in Nuremberg. The staff ordered a taxi for me the night before and packed a breakfast for me to take to the airport. The room fit my purpose. The rate was reasonable.

The staff that greeted me upon arrival spoke English very well and was accommodating to my early morning departure to the airport. She scheduled a taxi for me and made sure there would be breakfast ready as well. The location was perfect and within walking distance of food and groceries! I would definitely return if I'm ever back in Germany :)

our stay was really good on the whole, nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, good location.

One critisism - when booking through hotels.com we stipulated that we are travelling as a party of 5 with a small dog. Whilst booking it only told us that the hotel is pet friendly (which it really is!) but not that a dog will cost an extra 15 Euro per night - which came as a bit of a shock.

The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the streetcar station. There is not much choice of restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The shower is miniscule, a very tight fit for a large person. I found the bed a little too firm. During our stay the heating system was being replaced, so we could not regulate the heat in our room. Breakfast selection is good.

We booked a hotel just for 1 night, a triple room we got was very spacious, comfy beds.
Breakfast was very good, various things per each taste.
No problem with parking outside on the street free of charge (but there is also a parking space at the hotel for extra fee)
We also liked the location, in walking distance to the city center, took us around 10 mins to get there

When I booked this hotel it advertised free parking but when I arrived I was told the parking was full and i had to park on the street.no attempt has been made to compensate for breaking their promise
Not even an offer of a complementary coffee or a glass of wine
Will per-sue this matter when I get back home

It's worth the price

The area was great, right near all main public transportation. The room could use some updates, but what hotel couldn't. The lady that does breakfast on weekdats is a super champ never was anything empty. The Muslim lady on the weekend needs alot of help or just go across the street cuz there was no pride in her work.
The added fan in the room was a life savor.

Hotel location is at Zentrum, a quiet place, but a bit far from old town that takes 15 min walk. Very friendly staff who recommended a Greek restaurant nearby which took just 7-8min on foot. Garage a bit narrow but fairly priced. Well decorated restaurant provided excellent continental breakfast with a good variety of bread, ham, cheese, fruit, juices, etc. There was sauna facilities but we didn’t tried it.

A really nice hotel about 15 minutes walk from the lovely Old Town. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, and a really good breakfast buffet. And some nice festive touches - Gluwein available in the foyer in the evening, and a chocolate Santa on the door handle on St Nicholas Day.

Convenient stay in Nuremberg.

A well positioned hotel for the city centre and airport. It was clean and comfortable. We booked last minute and had a lovely split level room. Breakfast was very good although the breakfast room does get a little crowded at peak times. The only negative thing for us was that we had a shared balcony which was lovely but unfortunately our neighbour smoked on the balcony which meant we couldn’t have our door open at night as we found the smell of cigarette smoke unpleasant.

I thought this hotel was great for the amount I paid. The staff were very friendly & my room was large, clean and really comfortable (I would have liked it if there was a kettle in the room but that wasn’t a huge issue). Breakfast was good quality and available from 6:30 to 10 which is more time than most hotels I’ve stayed in.
I thought it had great public transport options but I chose to walk as it wasn’t that far to the castle. I was genuinely really happy with my stay and would stay again.

Location was good but I wasn't happy with the ground floor room that we stayed. It was smelly and the beds were not very comfortable, especially the pillows. I don't have any idea about the upper floor rooms. The breakfast was surprisingly good and had plenty of choices. This hotel wouldn't be my next first choice but still could choose if I didn't have any better choice.

Attended an expo at the last minute. Hotel pricing was crazy, but these guys came in at an awesome price. Really expected it to be awful, but it turned to be great.
