It wad our first time at a sports hotel and we found the various sport facilities great. The two bedroom apartment was great a spacious for 2 parents traveling with 2 young adults.
The little kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare some of our meals in the apartment.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly staff, especially by the pool. Good and healthy breakfast buffet options. Nice anpartment and great training experience.
Only minus was the lack of a children’s menu for lunch and almost full price for a 3year old made us choose dinner options outside the hotel.

Hotellihuone oli siisti ja tilava.
Alue kiva, lähellä pieniä kauppoja. Ruokakauppoja sekä matkamuistoille liikkeitä ja lisäksi jonkun matkan päässä muutama ravintola. Kuntosali siisti ja hyväksi todettu.

Huoneeseemme ilmestyi faaraomuurahaisia (selvisi myöhemmin). Huonetta myrkytettiin pari kertaa. Emme saaneet henkilökunnalta vastauksia ovatko ötökät vaarallisia ja onko turvallista olla ja nukkua myrkytetyssä huoneessa, erityisesti lapsen kanssa.
Henkilökunta vähätteli ongelmaa. Vaihdoimme hotellia muurahaisten vuoksi. Myöhemmin selvisi että muurahaiset levittävät vaarallisia tauteja ja niistä on vaikea päästä eroon. Selvisi myös että muurahaiset ovat koko alueella ongelma.

Kissoja oli alueella ja myös hotellin sisällä niitä käveli vastaan, koska hotellin ovet ovat 24/7 auki. Uima-altaan vesi kylmää.
Vastaanotossa muutama tosi töykeä henkilö.

It is very nice and clean hotel, rooms with fully equipped and quite new kitchen. Hotel restaurant provides a good breakfast and choice of snacks and meals. The best thing is a warmed up pool so you can enjoy it all year round. It's located few minutes walk from the pebble beaches, shopping center and restaurants. Free parking spaces on the street around hotel. It is just 15 mins drive to Maspalomas (bus stop and taxis next to the shopping center) and around 30 mins to Puerto Mogan and Puerto Rico.

Cet hôtel peut être très bien dépendamment où votre chambre est située. Nous n'étions pas satisfait de la localisation. Terrasse face à l'autoroute et de la piste d'aviation et endroit très venteux. Nous n'avons donc pas pu manger à l'extérieur. Face à la piscine, c' est beaucoup plus chaud et à l'abri du vent. En général: très propre, chambre vieillotte. Belle piscine

This is a well run resort offering really good value for money. The apartment was a little run down but clean and had everything we needed. The area is lovely although quiet so depending how long you stay you might want to take buses or hire a car. Nice pool, with bar/snacks etc.

This was a budget break for friends and it fit the bill perfectly. Areas of the property are tired and the small bar/food area not particularly atmospheric. All that being said the staff were very friendly, the cleaning of the room was excellent, a maintenance issue was dealt with really quickly. The pool was very clean and had life guards in attendance who really did their job. The bus system on the lsland was great and the bus stop not far away. We had a great stay.

Vacker hotellbyggnad med trevlig trädgård, pooler och plaskdamm runtom. Nära gångavstånd till det lilla centret i Bahía Feliz, där det finns restauranger, mataffär, souvenirbutiker och mindre klädbutiker. Också nära till busshållplats. Vi åkte till Palmitos Park med bussen. Bahía Feliz är lugnt och passar bra för barnfamiljer. Finns en stor lekpark vid hotell Orchidea och en mindre vid Monte Feliz.

This time the room was large, but there were some minor things: I left a croissant in the kitchen and finally the small ants came to eat it. Another thing is that the bedroom was close to the bar fridges and I heard the noise all the time. On the other side, there was a big private terrace near the pool.

A very good hotel for one or more nights. The room had everything that was on offer. In addition, we had a room with a balcony and a view of the ocean and a small airport next to it. Breathtaking sunrise view in the morning. Delicious and nutritious breakfast. We recommend this hotel.

Väldigt nöjd med lägenheten, rymlig och städ varannan dag.
Fin utsikt över havet från balkongen.
Lugnt hotel och alltid bra plats vid poolen.
Mycket trevlig personal där inte något verkade vara ett problem.
Prisvärda måltider där vi åt salladslunch varje dag då vi var vid poolen, god och bra pris.
300 m ner till klappestenstranden, härligt vatten men lite svårt att ta sig i men det går.
Nära till buss och taxiavstånd till andra delar av ön.
Bra frukost med färsk papaya och sharonfrukt vilket uppskattades samt i övrigt vad vi önskade oss. Bra kaffe oxå vilket är sällsynt på öns restauranger.
5 min promenad till shopping center Bahis Feliz med ett torg för barn att leka mellan ett flertal helt ok restauranger. Alldeles brevid ligger oxå busshållplatsen som enkelt tager dig mot LAS Palmas ca 40 min direkt eller andra hållet mot/till Puerto Morgan på en dryg timma.
Nu Januari var det väldigt blåsigt runt hotellet så det var jacka på om kvällen.
Poolområdet ligger i lä och vi hade blå himmel och +22 varje dag under 2 v.

Great place for an Autumn getaway.

Very good value hotel in a nice quiet area but with a selection of restaurants and shops and sea all within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and serviced regularly and fully equipped even with TV channels in English. Lovely pool to relax by and swim in and very reasonable on site food in cafe/bar with good choice and open until10pm.

Nice spacious room, but WiFi a problem!

First pros... The room is very large, nice big beds, bath/shower unit, decent water flow on shower, sofa, kitchen attached (living room/kitchen), and big balcony and alley by the bedroom window. So this is all good.
Cons... a window unit was dangling off its hinges which didn't matter too much with a perfect climate right now, but in summer the window not shutting would mean leakage of hot air into an A/C'd room, which wouldn't be ideal.
Also, my biggest issue was the WiFI, a total disaster. You have to change the technical settings to add your room number, then it doesn't connect properly, so I had no WiFi the first night. Then inexplicably the 2nd night I was able to log in for a few hours, then it cut out for the rest of my (short) stay here. Very frustrating and the WiFI system needs a big upgrade to make it simpler to access and far more reliable, as using your data allowance when you are meant to have free WiFi is very annoying. I didn't inform reception as I am sure they couldn't do anything about this, management must act on this for the future.
Also, the wheelie bin pedal was broken in the bathroom.
So whilst I would consider staying again, property condition should be improved a bit, and WiFI was a big problem. At a low price vs. other properties, I would stay again, but I wouldn't seek this place out especially unless these flaws are resolved, unfortunately.

I had a nice time however, when I went to check in and asked if there was a balcony she immediately said no and there was nothing she could do, I was disappointed in the customer service and that the room on the e ground floor didn’t look anything like the picture I was shown when booking. The room had a swimming pool smell. Apart from that I like that there was shops in the complex and that even though it is not in the centre of Gran Canaria it has Bahia feliz which I liked, nice restaurants with lovely food. The breakfast was lovely, could have more options but was very nice especially that you could sit outside.

I personally cannot see how this hotel has got the review status it has. My first problem was on arrival (12.30pm). Hotels state 24 hour check in. When we arrived we were told the cleaner was in the room still cleaning and we would need to check in at 14.00, which was their policy. At 14.00 they said it still wasn't finished. There was no way any cleaner spent that amount of time in the apartment - it was filthy. Hairs everywhere, crumbs on sofa, crumbs on dining table chairs, bathroom not cleaned properly. Décor, furniture, bedding, towels etc. all old and well worn. This was one of three places we stayed in Gran Canaria over 3 weeks. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend. There is much better available. I would recommend eo Suite Hotel Jardin Dorado - much nicer accommodation, nicer area and only slightly more expensive (with breakfast included).

Hotel was good, location poor for us as on the edge of any real life / entertainment and was very windy. We like to walk, cycle and a bit of beach too. We were pleased to have a car although bus stop & taxis nearby.
Food was ok, could always make a meal but lacked variety over 2 weeks.
Rooms good size but for us beds a bit too firm.
TV has to be paid for but WiFi was pretty good.

A one night stay

My family stayed for one night in 2 apartments before flying home. We'd booked Monte Feliz because of it's proximity to Garbo's dinner show. Unfortunately we didn't use all of the facilities because of a medical situation and only just made the show. What I can say is that the view from our balcony was super. Overlooking the pool and sea. The kitchenette was adequate with cutlery, pots etc but no kettle for making a brew. We boiled water in a saucepan so no drama.There is a coffee maker though. There is air conditioning but you need to place a 10 euro deposit at reception for the remote control. There is one A/C unit situated in the lounge so we left the bedroom doors open overnight to try to keep the temperature down. The beds were firm but comfortable.The bathroom was roomy with a good shower over a bath.Everywhere was clean although there were a few tiny ants or spiders which I noticed on the floor. They didn't bother me but it is a little disconcerting. It may only be a problem in the rooms we had.The TV had a few free channels but if you like your tele, there is a fee for wider viewing. A couple of us managed to use the snack bar. We had burgers with chips which were tasty. The staff throughout the hotel were warm and helpful. We all agreed that we would stay at Apartamentos Monte Feliz again so we could make use of the facilities more. The only down sides were the tiny living things and the bedrooms were a little too far away from the air conditioning unit.

Well, we had big hopes for our stay at Monte Feliz. The location is great, there are bus stops for both Maspalomas and \Las palmas nearby. Shops nearby too, we had everything we needed for out stay.
We were given a room overlooking a car park -thankfully we also had mountains to look at otherwise it would have been the car park and the highway. We asked if we could swap our rooms, we were denied. OK.

I never been to a hotel where you have to pay for using the gym (5€/day/person) also to watch general channels on tv that are usually for free!
The hotel was pretty run down and the staff weren’t so happy either. I wouldn’t come back here again.

Very happy with our stay at Monte Feliz. We stayed for 10 days and everything was perfect for our active holiday.

We arrived on a Monday and stayed for 10 days and I must say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, keeping in mind this is a sports hotel and one should utilize the wide array of exercise offerings.

Breakfast has both healthy and typical hotel breakfast options and was really tasty.

Pool was closed for renovation, but we could use the pool of a neighbouring hotel and got compensated lunch as well so no problem :).

Staff is friendly and helpful and cleaning is very good indeed!

The app makes it super easy to book dining and training sessions.

We tried everything from WOD training to Padle leassons and I must say it was awesome! Super friendly trainers and cool exercises.

Would definetley recomend this hotell and it's facilities and I will definetley return :)!

Mit ophold var overordnet set godt. Poolen var dog beskidt nogle af dagene, hvilket trak oplevelsen lidt ned. En af receptionisterne, som ikke var spansk, kunne med fordel arbejde på sin service og gæstebetjening. Maden var rigtig god, men drikkevarerne levede desværre ikke helt op til forventningerne. Til gengæld var rengøringen helt i top – værelserne var pæne og rene hele tiden.

Slitet och långt utanför

Hotellet är slitet och ligger långt ifrån händelsernas centrum. För att uppleva mer än hotellet och ett fåtal närliggande restauranger behöver man åka iväg. Bussen går strax utanför hotellområdet. Stenstrand i närheten med relativt höga vågor som inte är den mest lämpliga för yngre barn. Trevlig personal och frukosten var bra. Delvis utrustat kök för eget hushåll finns i rummen. Vi åker inte tillbaka till det här hotellet när Gran Canaria har så många hotell att välja på.

Trevligt och familjärt hotell. Fint poolområde med uppvärmd pool då vi var där i mars. Bra liten lägenhet med balkong och kök. Bra frukost.
Det var många svenska och finländska barnfamiljer och alla verkade trivas.
I närheten fanns trevliga restauranger och närhet till busshållplatsen.
Det enda är att stranden som låg i närheten inte var så inbjudande, så det är nog poolen som gäller.

Las instalaciones están bien y tiene supermercado dentro del hotel. Si no vas con coche el autobús para a 10 minutos. Por lo que vi tienen algunas habitaciones reformadas/renovadas y otras no (a mi me toco que no).

Bella struttura. Noi avevamo un appartamento con due stanze, spazioso e pulito. Nuovi gli arredi e la cucina. Il bagno con rifiniture rovinate, anche la serratura.
Bello il parco e la piscina.
Poca insonorizzazione, i residenti al piano di sopra sono stati molto rumori sia di giorno che a notte fonda.

Huone kulunut. Yleiset tilat hyvät.

Yleiset alue oli kiva ja viihtyisä. Myös muut julkiset tilat hyvässä kunnossa. Huone huonossa kunnossa ja ötököitä vilisi tasoilla.

Sol och värme i januari

Stort rum/lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök. Skön säng. Stort badrum med badkar. Stor balkong med sol hela dagen. Tv med nordiska kanaler och flera engelska. Reception dygnet runt med jättetrevlig personal. Nära till busshållplats och matbutiker. Stort poolområde. Trivdes jättebra i 4 veckor.
