The hotel was quite clean, renovations were going on so there were some areas being maintained. The rooms were very comfortable, softer beds, the free breakfast buffet was delicious with eggs, sausage, potatoes, French toast/pancakes, pastries/breads, yogurt, fruit, cereal/oatmeal, juices, milk, coffee. We needed an extra blanket during one night and the staff person (female) was kinda rude to me, that's the only complaint. Would highly recommend for the price!

When checking in staff was rude or annoyed that she had to her job . No open resteraunts/bar ,pool closed for a month, second floor very very cold when i asked if everything was ok lady said well then go in room which was dirty very dirty, it was loud sounding like people above me were gonna fall through the floor, shower was horrible could not use , i attempted to go speak with someone who said email the gm will never stay again very expensive for budget motel feel

Wasn’t the best.

Definitely needs a rehab….dirty dingy carpets in main areas, furniture old and scratched, tattered towels, stuck doors, no hangars, broken room phone…sits in the middle of a car lot, but otherwise convenient. That said, staff were nice and attentive, room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet and breakfast was ok. I was just a bit surprised at the condition of the hotel given the brand. I would stay again.

Our day was as usual comfortable, beds are really nice, breakfast was the same as usual, hotel is pretty clean as always. We stay at this location on average of about once a week as we travel from Ogallala to Nebraska City for our granddaughter’s needs. Our school is about to end for the semester. We will be there one or two more times before summer.

1 night stay last minute booking.
Overall a good stay for the price paid $103 a night. Area felt safe and plenty of parking for a car close to hotel entrance.

Hotel is looking a little tired perhaps due to age - not an issue for me as it is much better than many places I have stayed in a similar price bracket. I always go for hotels with a breakfast included to save time and money there was a $1 up charge for this but it was worth it for me you are not going to find another place with a $1 breakfast. The breakfast bar was very clean and with a good selection of food types in a large area More fruit would be ideal though please as only red apples and an orange were available.

Bed linen was clean as were the windows and bathroom and free WiFi available.

If Lincoln again I would stay there as worked for me for business.

.. restaurant under construction and bar closed...the front desk clerk was very unknowledgeable about the area.. since bar was closed was recommended another place within walking distance and that place was closed ..and had been out of business since September.

I was in town for a family emergency and this hotel was perfectly located for my needs. Having the grocery store steps away, shopping mall across the street as well as other close by dining options was key. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The #1 things for me was the staff who went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating to us during this difficult trip. Triana will forever be in our hearts for her over the top kindness and help.
The property itself is very basic. No real restaurant, the bar was only partly open and even the vending machines have been removed since our last visit. But in the limited hours we found the bar open, the bartender was superb and the happy hour deals were awesome. Thank you.

Room key did not open outside entrance doors. When notified staff person did not offer an explanation or even apology. No breakfast service due to “ facility issues”. Entire property needs a major renovation.
Need I say more? A Motel 6 would have been better.
