This is a beautiful Villa with a stunning views. Rooms were large and very clean and the location was wonderful. It was close to Florence and ideal for exploring Tuscany. Restaurant offered delicious buffet breakfast and many other wonderful local dishes for lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this Villa and would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Relais Villa Olmo celebrating our anniversary. The grounds were so beautiful and the staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant and pool bar has a few gluten free options, and they were very accommodating for this celiac, however the kitchen could not guarantee against cross contamination. The breakfast buffet was incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We expected more from a hotel like this - it was missing basic amenities like conditioner, dish towel / paper towels in our kitchenette.
We had the private pool and it is not worth paying more as the pool area has broken seats and the table in our private courtyard was dirty with no seat cushions.
It is not luxury but does come at a luxury price tag.

This hotel is a lovely property outside of Florence. I highly recommend renting a vehicle or having transportation prepared before going.
The room are small but comfortable. The bathrooms are perfect.

Amazing place, only issue we encountered was on our second day they did not open the pool bar which was disappointing because there was no access to lunch or beverages this day. We ended up having to go off facility unless we wanted to eat off the same dinner menu as the previous night at the restaurant. (They stated it was due to lower occupancy which is crazy). Anyways, nice place otherwise.

Perfect for us, we had our two French bulldogs with us and it was nice to be a bit out of the city but close enough to pop in for lunch. The setting and views are breathtaking, the pool is perfect and our room was spacious and really comfortable. I especially liked the nesting Swallows in the hallway. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay not too far from all the action.

Lovely hotel. Nice rooms - but a bit dark. The restaurant was very good and well priced. All of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. However without a car this hotel is quite isolated. The town nearby has very limited options for dining and shops.

Such a beautiful property with amazing views. The staff and service is top notch. The Realis Villa Olmo was everything we hoped for and more for our first Tuscany experience. I highly recommend this hotel. We walked to a couple restaurants and had an amazing meal. We were close enough to Florence so we could do a day trip. Beautiful property! We cannot wait to come back

Wine /olive oil tour was well done, pool bar had outstanding service (specifically Messi was amazing and made an outstanding espresso martini).
We had a private villa w a pool. The a/c units were not big enough for the villa. Extremely hot and uncomfortable in the evening.
We dined at the restaurant on site for dinner. Service was not what you would have expected at all, at times rude. Will say the restaurant was packed and seemed like they only had 2 wait staff. So would recommend resort needs to staff up during high season.

Property is beautiful and our room was great. Loved relaxing at the pool. Juan, Alessandro, Leo, and Eduardo along with all the other staff were so friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend the olive oil and wine tasting experience as well as rental of ebikes. Local town is within 5 mins walk and has great dining. Overall a beautiful property and relaxing experience for a getaway within close proximity to Florence.

The location was beautiful, with rolling Tuscan hills all around and a wonderful pool area overlooking it all. The room was nice and cool and gorgeously furnished with a great bathroom.
The staff were super helpful, there was nothing they couldn’t do to help.
The location is great, half an hour from Florence and 5 minutes walk into the nearest village which has bars and restaurants.

The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes. Just be careful not to be redirected too much by GPS which took us on a crazy tiny road for a time when returning from Florence. I larger car would never have made it. We had a mid-size. Breakfast was average for a 4-star hotel but the servers were sweet. We ate dinner at the restaurant a couple of times, the food was good but the portions were a bit small, even by European standards, particularly the leek appetizer which was ridiculously small.

We would highly recommend The Relais Villa Olmo to people looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful property with gorgeous rooms just 12km from Florence. The quality of the restaurant was very high and delicious local wine. We also really appreciated the quiet but very effective air conditioning!
Lovely to sunbathe and read on the sun loungers and cool off in the pool.
Great to be able to borrow mountain bikes for free and thanks for lending us helmets to tour the picturesque countryside full of olive groves and vineyards.

Great getaway in Tuscany!

We had a lovely time at Villa Olmo. The villa was wonderful. Private, with a large outdoor space behind a gate. It was the perfect space to have a honeymoon. We enjoyed the restaurant both nights, and had a great time at the wine & olive oil tasting. It’s just a short walk to the village if you want to explore the local area. We will come back next time we are in Tuscany!

Everything about our stay at Relais was exceptional. Our room was beautiful, cozy, and had an amazing view. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner was all fantastic. It was the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel! The food was fresh and delicious but the best part was the service. Little bit of luxury for our family stay

Beautiful high end 4 star. Lovely location, gorgeous scenery, amazing views. Lovely little touches like snacks brought down to the pool, staff asking if we needed drinks and overall friendliness. We felt very spoilt. Breakfast was lovely, we were offered what coffee we wanted unlike some of the other hotels we have been at in Italy where it is charged for a decent cup! Kids were welcome. Dining was beautiful and not overpriced. House wine (made at hotel) very reasonable and very good. Out of the three hotels in the last 10 days relais villa olmo was our best of the three. Highly recommend for a romantic break or a family trip - just 30 minutes outside Florence.

Small winery with restaurant. Very nice room which was recently renovated. Good continental breakfast which was included. Stayed for 3 nights. We had a car which was nice for exploring the Tuscany area. Free parking. 30 minute drive to florence with gas stations along the way and they had a shuttle to florence though we did not use it. Nice pool and garden area. Restaurant was pricey but good.

We stayed at Relais Villa Olmo in early July for 4 nights to visit Florence. It is a lovely place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment we stayed in was clean and the beds comfortable. The air con was a blessing but only in the upstairs bedrooms. However, as we were out and about or enjoying the pool in the day, this didn't bother us. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils and a toaster would have been nice, but again, nothing major. We eat in the local village for three nights, and the pizza place down the road on the last night. Both were splendid. The food was very good and atmosphere was great. We got the bus into Florence every day (you need to buy tickets from the Tobacco shop in the village square before hand). The bus stop is literally just down the road or you can walk into the village and buy your tickets and get on the bus there. There is a large coop about 10 mins walk which you can stock up on breakfast. We didn't eat in the restaurant at the hotel, as we wanted to explore more. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended. We hope to return one day.

For the price the amenities were horrible. In addition my room was wet as the air conditioner leaked on the floor. When I reported it they didn’t attempt to address the root cause and returned a wet carpet to the room; when I returned the room smelled like wet dog. I had to sleep with the windows open which would have been fine had I known how to close the screen (so that’s my fault). The next day I had to call and share my investigation into the root cause so that it didn’t smell again. This time they addressed it and for my inconvenience gave me a 10% discount off my dinner. They should have at least bought me dinner. Ive never had such a shoddy experience highlighted with such poor consideration for a room that I paid 300 euro a night!

Avoid family apartment

I don't know about the other rooms, but the family apartment is horrendous. The one bathroom (ofr the two bedrooms) was somehow clean but not well kept up at all. Marks all over the tiles and kind of didn't want to get in the shower. The reception area was pretty markable and the entrance was very beautiful and decorated with flowers but the apartment was definitely underwhelming. Definitely not my style. Beds in there were also hard as a rock.

The hotel staff was great! When we arrived, they greeted us at the door and showed us to our room. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful. The room was small, but comfortable and very clean. The grounds were beautiful and provided a great view of Tuscany. It would highly recommend this villa to anyone staying in Tuscany.

One of the best hotel if you like to experience tuscany life. Hotel has a good location in a nature with beautiful view. Staff are very friendly and helpful but there is only one waitress who is taking care of the all tables for the breakfast.So you may not get your coffee till you finish your breakfast. Apartments are very unique and comfortable but sound isolation very weak. You hear all the noise ( shower etc) from upstairs.

We had a fabulous stay here. Impruneta is a lovely quiet hilltop town where we were able to easily explore the delights of Tuscany (Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano and Siena). We stayed in the family cottage with a private pool which was just perfect and all the staff were first class. Lovely breakfast too!!

Beautiful accommodation in an exceptional town

This is a very nice mini-resort in a very nice little town. We booked it a little randomly on Expedia and weren't sure what to expect. We were delighted. The staff are very welcoming and professional. The office has a beautiful citrus bush on one wall (clementines?) and the property is rustic in a good way (looks old, but facilities are modern). There is a beautiful view over the adjacent valley and you are welcome to walk there among olive trees.

Our villa had two bedrooms. It was cosy but enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids.

It was March so the pool was too cold to use. Looked great though.

There is a good little gym on the property. I lift weights and was able to pull together some hefty dumbbells from the available equipment. My wife is a triathlete liked the cardio equipment.

For us, the real gem is the village and the food!! We dined at the Bellavista, which is in the town square, and Il Caminetto Del Chianti. Both were superb. Don't leave without trying peposo (beef in wine with black pepper) and cannellini beans. The local olive oil is also amazing. And the wine.

Convenient location on a hilltop close to Florence

We expected a 4 star Resort however we would rate this more like a 3 star. The rooms are dated, bathrooms very small, breakfast quite substandard. The cleaning lady changes towels and makes the beds but doesn't really clean the room or bathroom. The weekly Tuscan dinner for euro 20 was a waste for a 3 course meal made by the Asian staff possibly. We left most of the food as did the others at the table. Staff overall is helpful with tours and restaurant suggestions. Our bathroom and room smelled of sewage for 3 days and there was nothing they could do about it, very dissapointing when u are paying $300/night. Unlikely to return to this property.

Relaxing Villa in the Hills

Relais is a pleasant villa in the foothills of Florence. We went on our honeymoon and did not want to stay in the bustle of Florence. We picked up the bus just outside the train station in Florence, which is cheap and drops you off right next to Relais. It will be confusing on the bus as they do not give you stops or announce them. Impruenta is a nice town with good restaurants. The grounds of Relais are nice, quiet, and feels like you have the place to yourself at times. The breakfast is good and very European. The rooms have nice size fridge and kitchens. Grocery store is about a 10 minute walk and cheap.

The people were really friendly and the location was great. The apartment was small but the view was terrific . We loved the location because we could tour to most of the sights by our rented car there was free parking and Internet. I would love to return during the warmer months and take advantage of the beautiful pool and outdoor terraces.

Perfect home base for Tuscany and Florence

You'd never know that 12km (45 min bus ride away is the bustle of Firenze. Located on the edge of Impruneta, Villa L'Olmo overlooks a beautiful valley with mountains in the distance. Getting to Firenze was a breeze, as Elenora offers bus tickets for sale in the office and the bus stop is only a few meters from the entrance to the property. Siena, Pisa, Montalcino, Volterra, and many other Tuscan destinations are less than 2 hours away by the backroads - turn off highways on the navigation and enjoy the drive.

We chose a Panoramic 2BR apartment. The living space was a bit smaller than you would expect from the pictures, but it was fine for 3 of us. Bedrooms were good-sized. Overall, as good or better than many euro apartments space-wise. Had it not been November, we would have made excellent use of the table and comfy chairs on our patio to enjoy the view to the max. As it was, we settled for staying indoors and enjoying it from the living room.

The beds were very comfortable, possibly better than home, with cozy duvets and good pillows. We were supplied with plenty of bath towels huge bath sheets!. The bath was clean and hot water plentiful. Other amenities like shampoos, soaps, were basic, not the 'designer' types found in some properties but served the purpose.

The kitchen was well stocked and clean, though a few basics like salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil would have been a nice addition. None of this was really an issue because there is a nice supermarket about 5 minutes away in the town. we were able to buy what we needed for meals at the end of a busy day there...excellent roasted chicken BTW

The breakfast room was gorgeous with a roaring fire going most mornings. The Continental Breakfast #at 7eur each was a good deal - prosciutto, salami, cheese, fresh pastries, juice, and more - also good cappuccino or espresso.

Wine and olive oil produced on the property are available at reasonable prices. We kept a bottle of the mid-grade red wine on hand at all times.

If you are looking for a good experience, with no unpleasant surprises, Villa l'Olmo is a safe bet and a really good value. We would definitely make this choice again.

Private, quiet, beautiful and friendly

We stayed at the Villa for four nights while in Italy. I loved it from the beginning but my husband was not convienced at first. The we went to Florance for the day and he was sold. It is a great escape from the crowds and craziness that goes with driving or just sight seeing in the connecting areas. Returning to the Villas after visiting other cities was wonderful. The living space is very large for all of your needs. The bed was not the best but was fine no longer than we slept. The staff were great. We were greeted and assisted by Eleonora who ran the reception area and has worked there for over 10 years. Another female was there for one day and was just as delightful They were both so helpful with suggesting local restaurants to visit, we loved...I CAVALLACCI...which was right down the road and walkable. One also suggested that we take time to visit the city of San Gimignano on our way to Siena. It was our favorite spot and we wished that we had stayed there the entire day instead of leaving to go to Siena. Eleonora also gave us a tour of the olive making facility that is on site, explaining the process and letting us watch the men do their work....it was very interesting. She put fresh olive oil in the dining area the next morning for us to taste. So if you like the peace and quiet of the countryside this is a great place! The town is very small but the bus stop is at the end of their driveway which was convenient too.

The villa was clean, bright and spacious & the pool area was spotless- we had it all to ourselves for most of our break. We were lucky enough to have an apartment that opened onto the path down to the pool. The staff were very helpful. There is a bus that runs from just across the road from the Villa into Florence which is very handy if you want to leave the car for the day. The only downside we could find is there isn't much in the town & as normal in the med the restaurants opened quite late which is fine when there is just two of you but when you go with young children they expect to eat at tea time like they do at home which can be tricky.

This is based on my travel by bus only.
The staff at Relais Villa L'Olmo were very friendly. Office hours are 08:30am - 19:30 keeping that in mind, if you stay there and know you need to take the bus early the next day, make sure you purchase your bus ticket the day before. The travel time from the main train station to the hotel is about 30 min., the bus stop to the hotel is within walking distance. When you arrive to Florence by train, the Cap bus is across the street from main train station. Before traveling by bus make sure there are no bus strikes, something I experienced while there. The cap bus (#5) is the only bus that goes to the hotel, so if there is a bus strike find out what time the strike is over and wait for the next bus or take a taxi that will be about 30-50 Euros. I waited for the next bus (the bus strike was from 09:00-12:00). If the hotel is aware of the strike, they can provide a driver but they need to be aware of the strike prior to so they can notify the driver (don't know if that was an additional charge). Also keep in mind the last Cap bus is 20:20 so make your plans accordingly. The town of Impruneta is small, it has a church and some local restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Aside from my travel time by bus, the hotel has a beautiful view of the landscape, the room was clean, the grounds were clean, and I felt safe. The staff can provide information of tours and they can make arrangement for you to be picked up at the hotel or if you choose, go to meeting place by Cap bus that is usually in Florence. I would love to go back during the summer time to enjoy the pool. The only reason why I'm giving amenities average start is because I did not use the laundry or gym facilities. I know the hotel offers massages but I did not use this service. Overall, I had a great experience. Aside from the small glitch with the bus strike, transportation by bus was not bad at all.

Our family spent 4 nights there and loved it. There was a simple breakfast offered and it was perfect to start the day. The staff was super helpful and gave us all the info we needed to find places to eat and things to see. It was a short drive into town and to the highway and it really felt like you were away from it all. We stayed there in the winter but would definitely go again in the summer!

I can't tell you how grateful we were to arrive to one of the most beautiful wineries ever. The staff was very sweet and the room a dream. A definite high light in our long trip around Italy. This is one place I will come back to for a destination.

Relaxing Villa Stay

We loved out stay at Relais Villa L'olmo outside of Florence. The views from our room were spectacular. We enjoyed the wonderful service from Leonora and the rest of the staff. We loved the Italian-style breakfast each morning, and found that the location offered the best of both worlds: close to Florence, and also close to the surrounding cities of Chianti, Siena and San Gimignano. We would have preferred more sound-proofing insulation in the unit, since we could always hear water running in close-by units. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

We wanted to stay here forever!

We stayed here for three nights in March 2013 and loved the area so much we didn't want to leave. We chose to stay in the Tuscany regions outside the city of Florence because we had always heard how beautiful the region was. We have to agree. The Location of this Villa was up a winding street on a hill. We arrived late one night and found that the accommodations were excellent. We had a large living area, kitchen, roomy bath, a loft bedroom and a private bedroom. It was March so we didn't get to use the private pool.I would stay here again!

A great place to relax and enjoy tuscany

We were arrived early, the people in our room were staying late...the host took our bags and helped us get situated. She was wonderful to work with. The hotel is a very short walk from the CAP bus I line...get off by the car dealer, its the first stop in Imprunetta. We walked into town to explore the area. The town is quaint and lovely. There is a great market 5 min away. The view from the pool is amazing. The grounds are clean and orderly. We bought supplies from the local market and cooked for ourselves. We even grilled out and were supplied the charcoal by the hotel. They take great care of you. We loved our stay, very relaxing. You can buy your bus ticket back to Florence at the hotel. One note..the winery is shut down in the off season, so they were not giving wine tours while we were there.

Relais Villa L'Olmo was fantastic!

We loved this hotel. The apartment was beautiful and it was such a bonus to have a kitchen. The town/grocery store is within walking distance and has all the essentials. The town itself offers many restaurants within walking distance. The property itself was stunning with its own olive grove! Breakfast was nice every morning in a separate building. The reception was SO helpful and made all kinds of wonderful suggestions about day trips and what to do in the area. We drove through the Chianti region and had an amazing day. It's a great place for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Well worth the money spent.

We have just returned from a week of heaven at Country Relais Villa l'Olmo--many magic moments locked in our hearts. The location is spectacular--we had a two bedroom apartment that faced a magnificent view over the valley, looking toward the town of Impruneta. We ate out on the terrace every morning and spent many comfortable hours at the end of our touring days with a glass of wine in our hand watching the sun go down, listening to the church bells ring, or cooling off in the always spotless pools. Amazing! An easy hop by bus into the center of Florence, easy access to all the hill towns by road--it was everything we needed and wanted in accomodation. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who took such good care of us!

The best of Tuscany

We stayed with our two children (5&8) and couldnt have asked for more from the relais - wonderful location, friendly and helpful service and clean and comfortable apartments. Easy to get the bus into Florence, which is definitely easier than the car! Gym and the pool were clean and well looked after and despite us going at absolute peak time, never felt crowded.

Country Relais Villa L'olmo is a great location

the hotel is located in a very charming area and very conevenient if you want to do some sightseeing in florence. Also, it is great for just kicking back at the edge of the chianti region! gorgeous views! The only downside about the hotel was the bathroom. My family and I reserved a 2 bedroom apartment (greatly furnished) but had only one bathroom with standing shower. that was a little inconveient but other than that it was a great stay.
P.S. Must try the hotel's own red wine - D'amare. great tuscan wine for just 10 euros!

Villa: An Unforgettable Experience

Away from the crowded city of Florence, 30 minutes by bus (cost Euro 1.20 each way), close to grocery store Coop, was beyond imagination in the amenities it provided.
The Villa lOlmo produces there own brand of wine. My Villa was stacked with wines, pop, and water. We used our own groceries available at Coop on three nights.
Both Serena and Eleanor were very helpful.
We will not think twice to stay there again.
I will give it a 5 out of 5.

Outstanding Tuscan Escape

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Relais -- It was nice to get away from the big cities, and enjoy the smaller Tuscan town of Impruneta. The Relais offered beautiful views of the olive orchard below it, and was well maintained, and within an easy 5 minute stroll to the center of Impruneta. We happened to be there on a Saturday, which was wonderful, as they had the market in the town square. The Relais was the perfect place for us, as we were ready to get out of the hustle bustle of Rome and Florence, and enjoy some quieter time in Tuscany. The Relais showed warm hospitality to their guests, and it is a place we will recommend to family members.

A little Paradise in Impruneta.. :)

We went on holidays to Tuscany for 5 nights and spent the first 3 nights in Villa L'Olmo, Impruneta. We decided to stay here after reading so many positive reviews about the place, and I can tell you that we are only sorry for 1 thing! We should have booked this for the whole 5 nights of our stay in Tuscany. To be honest I expected something nice, but when we arrived here and checked into our apartment we were amazed at how clean and fresh and homely it felt. It is equipped with a kitchen and fridge and freezer which is perfect for picking up some fresh produce from around the area and whipping up some home cooked delights in the room along with some great wines produces right there on the vineyards surrounding the villa.
This is the type of place for people who are looking for some peace, harmony and a relaxing escape from busy cities. We found our own little paradise at Villa L'Olmo. The view from our apartment overlooked a perfect Tuscan country side, with olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye could see, situated among rolling hills of pastel greens and yellows.
The breakfast is served in a cute little dining area complete with an open fireplace and lovely Italian café, if you like you can also take breakfast to your room if you so wish.

We found the villa easily enough, it takes about 30 minutes from Firenze central train station by bus (CAP Bus lines) and costs about Euro 1.20. Bus tickets to Florence can be purchased from Eleanora in reception as well.
A big thanks to all the staff, especially Eleanora, who helped us and made our stay there that much more enjoyable, we really enjoyed talking with this charming woman with a beautiful smile.Bless !

Working tuscan farm with award winning wines and olive oil. The 10 euro red in the room will knock your socks of. The restaurant just outside of town is tremendous. (staff can help you get a table). 30 minute bus ride to florence leaves you 5 minutes from the duomo and the rest of the sites. The rooms were big, clean and comfort. I selected this hotel because I didn't want to hastle with the traffic, noise and parking in florence. Great experience!

Beautiful, pleasant, peaceful.

This place is a gem. Just on the outskirts of Impruneta this nice little farm house overlooks a valley of Olive trees. We rented an apartment in the farmhouse and we had a wonderful view of this Tuscan countryside. Our apartment was charming and had a nice rustic feel. The place is so quiet at times it's just wonderful. Only about a 5 to 8 minute walk to the grocery store and only a couple minute walk to the bus stop to florence. Ride into florence is about 35 to 40 minutes and the views are awsome! You can get bus tickets as the reception office and it's only one euro and 20 cents. Serena who is in the office is a gem. So kind and upbeat and extremely helpful and always smiling! She made our trip even better. The place also pruduces olive oil and wine, pretty cool! This was probably one of the best places that my wife and I ever stayed at. We are now back in Canada with old man winter and I keep thinking how much it would be nice to be there right now! If we ever go back to Italy, this place will be the first place we'll book, thank you for the wonderful experience!!

Stay here while its still relatively unknown!

We can't say enough positive things about this property. Its VERY clean, very spacious, and the staff is incredible. While traveling, no one had ever heard of impruneta, the town the property is closest to, and I think thats actually a major advantage in keeping the rates down. I'd guess this property will earn a tripadvisor award this next year for best values in Europe. We so badly want to come back here in warmer weather even if its quite a bit more expensive.

Relaxing stay in Tuscany countryside

Relaxing environment with more space than expected. The two bedroom villa had plenty living space (eg kitchen and living room), with a dining table that could be easily set up to have an evening meal overlooking olive trees and vineyards from the comfort of our villa. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and staff were present & helpful when you needed them but very unobtrusive. Swimming pool was great. Would definitely return.

\"A perfect stay\"

We had a beautiful week at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to any traveler who wants to stay just outside of Florence. After long hours of travel, the peaceful views from the terrace with a bottle of the hotel wine were quite an Ahhh moment. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. It was a short walk into town for groceries or meals and the bus rides into Florence let us see beautiful countryside and the little towns on the outskirts of the city.

Why pay inflated prices to stay in Florence. If you have a (small) car (to negotiate the small streets) then it is a perfect base to visit Siena, Chianti, Pisa and surrounds. The town is a bit lacking of good eateries but it also means it's not touristy. Supermarket is close so self catering is a great option.

We stayed at this hotel so we could visit Florence. We loved the hotel so much we ended up staying there all day and relaxing. The property is just beautiful, there are vineyards and olive trees everywhere. The room had a little kitchen which was so nice to have. The staff was so kind and very helpful. It was a much needed break in our trip. I still dream about this place. Just don't forget the bug spray!

This Villa was great. It exceeded our expectations. The views right out our bedroom were wonderful. Not far from Florence, it was also a great home base for trips to Siena and Pisa. Customer service was fluent in English and very helpful with daily tips (restaurants, directions, etc). Plan to go back.

The appartments were very nicely furnished and has everything you could need for a short stay. The receptionist Eleanora was very friendly and helpful and booked tickets and restaurants for us. It is beautifully situated and is one of the best places we have ever stayed.
