We didn't expect the room set-up to be an open shower/sink. It's not much privacy, which is not OK while traveling with a family and a teenage child. The hotel has been having issues with their linens.

We booked a family room and are satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bed and sofa bed as well as the welcome at front desk and late check out provided. Location is just 5-7 minutes walk from the old town.
Service could be further improved specifically for after stay - we have left a shirt jacket behind which we were told was eventually found and will be mailed back to us. After providing our mailing details, the hotel stopped responding. We have requested Hotels.com to help but so far has not received further update. Bummer as it just an item bought during the trip.

Rooms were clean and nicely designed, though the sink in the bedroom and shower opening straight into it felt improvised and odd. Staff were kind but very young and a bit clueless. The real issues were with service: despite requesting a cot for our daughter, none was provided, we were told at 10:30pm (4 hours later) they were “finished,” and only given a changing mat. At breakfast, a sign at the entrance instructed guests to clear their own tables, which felt ridiculous in a hotel setting. Decaf wasn’t served unless we took capsules to make it ourselves in our room. With the excuse of “eco-friendliness,” we felt that toiletries were minimal and there was no bottled water in the rooms. Overall, service and standards fell well below what you’d expect at a 4 stars hotel.

Rien à dire sur l’hébergement en lui-même. Chambre propre et confortable. État impeccable. En revanche, gros soucis sur la gestion du petit déjeuner ! Le manque de personnel est criant, on a passer notre temps à attendre dire que les produits soient réassortis. Par exemple, les œufs brouillés (froids…) mais plus de bacon, on attend que le bacon arrive, mais évidemment plus d’œufs brouillés à ce moment là. Je veux prendre du yogourt au distributeur mais plus de récipients pour se servir. Les récipients arrivent mais plus de yogourt dans la machine, etc… Pourtant le personnel s’active et ne chôme pas mais 1 personne pour gérer la salle et 1 en cuisine sont bien insuffisantes pour un établissement de cette taille !! On voudrait perdre la clientèle qu’on ne s’y prendrait pas autrement…

L'accueil à OKKO Hotels Troyes Centre s'est parfaitement déroulé. La chambre était propre et récemment rénovée, très agréablement aménagée. Le lieu du petit-déjeuner était très sympathique et celui-ci très bien fourni, beaucoup de produits locaux et bio. Mention plus pour le snack en accès libre tout au long de la journée dans le même lieu. Le bar de l'hôtel y est également situé, avec un très bon accueil de l'équipe, et une happy hour. Rien à redire !

Il faisait très froid dans la chambre malgré plusieurs relances mal la réception ils n’ont pas voulu augmenter la température sous prétexte qu’elle était au maximum sauf que dans les couloirs et dans la chambre c’était totalement différente. Bon on a gagné un mal de gorge. Le personnel doit revoir leur formation de relations Client, qui est totalement à la ramasse, je vous épargne les détails.
