We experienced being part of a lock down in the Puerto Vallarta area. The hotel and all restaurants closed down however fortunately they let us stay another night as road was closed. Unfortunately we were a victim of extreme price gouging. Being charged twice the room price without notice for the Sunday night stay stay. Will not be back.

This hotel, for the most part, is lovely. We believe however that it could use some more upkeep. Many things went wrong in our room (AC, smoke detector beeping all night long, toilet issues) as well as the rest of the hotel (bathrooms on rooftop out of order the entire week) among other small annoyances. But the deluxe room with patio is lovely, as is the cafe and staff attached. The Location is wonderful.

It’s not that this place is bad; it’s just that there are much better options at this price point. If you stay here and walk around the town you’ll soon realize this is relatively underwhelming.
I’m hoping we just got the worst room at the hotel and the rest of the rooms aren’t as bad. There was only one window and a balcony the size of a postage stamp… the window opened to a hall way so we had to keep the blinds closed. The room smelled like a dank basement and there was an old dirty bucket under the sink that smelled. Pretty stiff beds.
The 5am rooster was actually a nice surprise that we didnt mind and the cafe is excellent.
I wouldn’t stay again. If you stay… AVOID the Aqua room.

Customer service here was attentive and friendly. The attached cafe is excellent. The pool was always clean and a good temp, and the locations is fantastic. The only things to keep in mind are that you will hear roosters starting at 4am and they will crow until aprox 10pm and there is currently construction next door but they wait till 8am to start so it wasn’t much of a bother for us.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay here. Initially our room was not what we had expected so we were given another room the next day, which was so much better. They aim to please here! There is a mini fridge in the room (with complimentary beverages). A water cooler was also a great add on (on the second floor) to refill our water bottles. The rooftop has two pools (cool one and huge hot tub) and we were always alone up there. We loved the restaurant downstairs (Amaryya) for breakfast (cash only). We were a short walk to the main street but far enough for a quieter area. There were several great restaurants near us. We would stay here again! Thanks for looking after us!

Fabulous hotel, so beautifully designed and decorated, staff was super friendly and kind, don’t even hesitate, just book it and enjoy yourself! Also, coffee shop next door is delicious and with the most wonderful friendly people. Definitely make sure to have breakfast there! Their mascot, Mocha, is the cutest dog ever!

The hotel is nice. The architecture and design is very modern and crisp. The room was a good size and had two beds which can be hard to find in San Pancho. The bathroom area was okay. The lighting wasn't great and it would be nice to have a shelf in the shower.

This place is amazing and beautiful. Probably the nicest place in San Poncho. The room was amazing, large and beautifully furnished. Probably the most enjoyable part was the rooftop palapa and two hot tub/small pools. There is lots of private nooks to hang out in and catching the sunset from here was amazing. Definitely would come back again.
