O cheiro do banheiro estava horrível, pedimos para nos trocar de quarto mas não houve a mudança . Percebemos que ao chegarmos os funcionários nos receberam super bem , mas na hora de falar que o banheiro estava com um cheiro ruim já mudaram a meio que nos evitavam . Até que quando fomos sair eles estavam pedindo para todos avaliarem bem mas para mim nem pediram nada .

O quarto era básico e estava limpo, precisamos de talheres para comer e o recepcionista prontamente arrumou, porém não tem espaço para comer no quarto. É uma hospedagem pra quem busca menor preço e proximidade da praia de taperapuan, ficamos apenas uma noite então não utilizamos a piscina, mas estava limpa

Há necessidade de maior atenção à manutenção preventiva. Precisamos trocar de quarto na primeira vez pq o ar condicionado vazava água internamente. No segundo quarto, havia vazamento na mangueira de água do lavabo do banheiro. O mesmo amanhecia alagado. Ofertaram troca de quarto pela segunda vez. Rejeitamos!

O quarto parecia bem cuidado, porem havia um vazamento no banheiro do andar de cima que pingava o tempo todo e alagava o banheiro. Solicitei troca de quarto e me colocaram em um pior, só tinha a cama e frigobar, sem local para colocar a mala, sem uma cadeira pelo menos. O quarto ainda fica ao lado do refeitório, quando servem o café da manhã é uma arrasta arrasta de cadeira que ecoa por todo o corredor e quarto. Quando cheguei o quarto estava limpo, mas solicitei limpeza após três dias e não limparam no quinto dia tive que fazer um escândalo na recepção, e a atendente da manhã no maior deboche. A energia acabava todo dia, tive que carregar o celular no restaurante próximo.Não vale o preço pela falta de cuidado com o hóspede...ir passar férias e passar por isso não tem a menor graça!

O hotel em si é bom, parece que foi reformado recentemente, roupas de cama limpas e café razoável. O único ponto negativo é que tanto o site institucional quanto na hoteis.com as fotos são diferentes do que o hotel realmente é. Depois que fiz reclamações eles mudaram as fotos, mas quando reservei eles estavam usando fotos de outros hotéis.

Chegamos no hotel de madrugada e já nos avisaram que o ar condicionado estava quebrado, todavia, o funcionário avisou que nos trocariam de quarto, o que nao aconteceu. Mesmo tendo diversas pessoas saindo ela se rexusou, tivemos que ligar 2x na ouvidoria da Rede Andrade, qque depois de mto stress nos mudou de hotel!

Reservei um tipo de quarto, me deram outro : não tinha nenhum local para deixar roupas , tão pouco a mala, foi no chão mesmo, nem ao menos uns ganchos na parede; quarto era bem grande, com apenas 1 tomada disponível para uso; uma varanda grande vazia, suja; frigobar beeem velho, porta fechava com um pequeno chute em baixo; havia poças de água no quarto, onde me ofereceram toalhas para colocar em cima; há pernilongos no quarto, comprei inseticida mas não resolveu; ducha com jato de chuveiro, tomei banho frio, pois ao ligar a água quente, água ficava por demais quente, mesmo com toda água fria aberta. Esse era o quarto 330; não sei se havia mais quartos na mesma situação. Verifiquei outros quartos que eram desocupados, eram como na descrição do site. Portanto esse hotel deveria INTERDITAR QUARTO 330 para reforma. Conceito desta rede de hotéis caiu, ao oferecerem esse tipo de aposentou aos hóspedes. Ah, ao abrir porta do banheiro \" rangia\" muito alto , e estava infestada de cupins.
Estacionamento é cobrado ( $ 30,00/diária) com justificativa de terceirizado, porém não havia nenhuma pessoa a parte para pagamento, paga-se no hotel; outra ocasião, na rede Ibis Hotel, pagava-se a parte num balcão de terceiros; portanto julga-se que esse hotel cobra ele próprio estacionamento que fica no seu próprio quintal. Café da manhã estava bom. Viajo sempre mas NUNCA MAIS ME HOSPEDO NA REDE ANDRADE DE HOTÉIS .
