Estrutura muito boa do hotel, muito conservado, estilo resort, café da manhã delicioso completo bem apresentado frutas, salgados, frios, pães sucos…. Possui máquina de café com várias opções inclusive chocolate quente ou o passado normal.
Na área da piscina, muito agradável de ficar, espreguiçadeiras, mesas, sauna e com bar na piscina com ótima cozinha com pratos petiscos e pizza servido até as 21:00 com valores super bom.
Possui mais de 400 quartos, o quarto superior que ficamos, com limpeza diária, sem precisar pedir, camas confortável, chuveiro com água quente boiler.
Estacionamento em frente do hotel e para acessar a praia só atravessar a rua que está em uma área super legal.
Toalha de praia e entregue com custo baixo.

Um ponto que acho que deveria mudar é que não tivemos acesso a área da praia no último dia, pois estavam preparando o local para a festa da virada, queríamos só curtir a praia e não festa, e por conta desse evento fomos barrados.

Localização excelente, bem em frente da praia. O prédio é bonito e o tamanho do apartamento bom. O wifi praticamente não funciona. O café da manhã tem 3 tipos de fruta, bolos e pães, porém não tem como tomar um café com leite quente sem açúcar. Em vilta da piscina tem uma área bem agradável, mas infelizmente só podemos sentar lá para comer o que a lanchonete fornece e o cardápio é muito limitado. Além disto a lanchonete fecha às 21h.

Colocaram num quarto no fundo do corredor e necessidade de escada. Hotel sem elevador
Pedimos para trocar o quarto pois 2 idosos e 1 com problemas de coluna, foi informado que o hotel estava cheio, portanto isso não foi constatado pelos hóspedes. Além disso existia disponibilidade de quartos por sites de reserva. Quarto sem ventilação ou entrada de sol. Toda roupa molhada de praia não secavam. Cartão chave por 4x desmagnetizava fazendo um dos IDOSOS subir e descer escadas para voltar e recepção.

O hotel está faltando manutenção, nosso quarto tinha 2 tomadas, e 1 delas não funcionava, estávamos em 3 adultos e 1 bebê, e tínhamos q ficar revezando a tomada pra carregar celular e afins… o registro do banheiro estava caindo, o porta papel higiênico não fica fechado… tem um gato no hotel e minha mãe tem medo, então em alguns momentos houve desconforto, fora o cheiro… a piscina é mt boa, os funcionários são educados no geral, mas alguns são um pouco perdidos… minha bebê não acordava todos os dias para o café e eu pedia um pedaço de fruta pra ela comer quando acordasse e era complicado liberarem… enfim, não somos muito criteriosos geralmente, mas o hotel deixou a desejar nas manutenções…

Ficamos na suíte presidencial, o banheiro tava fedendo e com limo, a banheira tava suja e nem tinha espuma, o chão do quarto inteiro estava grudento e o banheiro fede a gás o tempo inteiro. Não tinha kit de shampoo. O papel higiênico é guardanapo, horrível de tirar. Wi-Fi não pega. Ar-condicionado faz barulho.
O hotel não serve almoço, comprei uma marmita por fora e pedi um talher emprestado, disseram que não tinha. Não limpam os quartos

O unico ponto positivo é o ótimo atendimento do pessoal da limpeza e da recepção. O apartamento muito ruim, antigo e banheiro em péssimo estado. Canais de tv somente as porcarias abertas! Internet só funcionou da sacada. Café da manhã muito ruim e parecia que estávamos em uma feira aberta! A noite é uma bagunça nos corredores. Estive em 2019 neste hotel e tive uma boa experiência. Desta vez foi pessima e não devo retonar.

TRISTEZA, DECEPÇÃO TOTAL

Infelizmente foi a pior férias em Porto Seguro. Além da cidade estar horrível com cobranças absurdas de consumação, o hotel deixou a desejar em tudo. Pedi um quarto com o ar condicionado limpo porque sou extremamente alérgica e Infelizmente o ar está totalmente contaminado, sem manutenção de limpeza há mais de 6 meses. Não praticam a lei do Silêncio, pois estou sem dormir desde o dia que cheguei. Café da manhã péssimo, sem opção alguma para pessoas com restrição alimentar. Único ponto positivo é a limpeza diária e a educação das mulheres da limpeza, mas a questão é que o hotel necessita de reforma urgente. Chuveiro horrível, reamente parece chuva, um pingo aqui, outro alí, não funciona como uma ducha, não dando para enxaguar os cabelos e nem a área íntima. Muito descaso com o local. Até parece que está abandonado. Se tivesse um suco natural no café da manhã, seria ótimo, mas não, nada natural!

Estadia Sunshine 2023/2024

Estadia razoável. Nos hospedamos na mesma propriedade em 2022/2023. Optamos novamente pela mesma propriedade, mas desta vez não ficamos satisfeitos. As condições estruturais estão muito ruins. O hotel precisa de uma reforma nos quartos. Muito lodo nas paredes dos banheiros, ferrugens nas saídas de água dos chuveiros, vaso muito encardidos, borda da piscina gordurosa. Solicitamos a troca de acomodação, mas a que nos trocaram estava nas mesmas más condições. Ouvimos estes mesmos relatos de vários outros hóspedes. O café da manhã também caiu muito em relação a nossa estadia do ano 2022/2023, sequer tinha uma mosteiro, fato reclamado por muitos, além da pouca variedade de opções durante os 10 dias de nossa hospedagem. Realmente, de bom na hospedagem, só o atendimento dos funcionários. Pelo preço pago pelo Hotéis.com para nos realocar, conseguiríamos ficar em um hotel melhor.

O custo benefício que não compensa

Chegamos e encontramos o hotel em total confusão. Devido a saída da turma de estudantes que viajam com a Agência Forma, os móveis, quadros e outros objetos são retirados para evitar o vandalismo. A sujeira estava por toda parte. Parecia um cenário de guerra. A liberação dos aptos só foi feita após 2 horas do previsto. Somente após uns 3 dias é que as coisas começaram a normalizar. Pagamos pelo apto luxo, mas não notei diferença nenhuma com os demais.

De longe um dos piores hotéis que já me hospedei, muito barulhento, os hóspedes dos outros quartos geram pelos corredores as 6:00 da manhã, não existe respeito e silêncio, Wi-Fi não funciona, banheiro sujo e fedido, funcionários da recepção mal educados e não ajudou em nada!

Não gostamos muito ,devido ao banheiros dos quartos pequenos, no serviço de restaurante fiz 2 pedidos e veio totalmente diferente, wi-fi não funciona no quarto e até mesmo nas áreas do hotel.

Hotel bom, bem localizada e com alguns problemas pontuais, como a entrada de pesdoas sem serem identificadas, não existe uma pulceira que possa identificar quem é hóspede ou estranho.

A estadia foi bem abaixo do esperado, ficamos desapontados.
As instalações são inadequadas para o tipo de hotel.
As camas são ruins, colchão em estado deplorável, mal odor e com sinais de mofo. Colchões são deformados.
O quarto é pequeno, não há nenhum tipo de espaço ou suporte para colocar uma mala aberta (utiliza-se a cama para isso).
O serviço de limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O serviço de quarto é apenas arrumação de camas. Quartos estavam sujos e havia até trilhos de formigas.
Os banheiros também não foram lavados durante toda a estadia. O ralo do banheiro estava sempre entupido e a agua subia durante o banho.
Café da manhã abaixo do esperado. Ainda hoje o hotel apresenta porções coletivas para itens como manteiga, mel, geleia e iogurte.
Visivelmente o hotel procura lucrar o máximo que puder limitando o bem estar dos hospedes, empatia zero.
Não há um bebedouro disponível em todo hotel.
Toalhas extras para praia e piscina e uso de cofre no quarto devem ser pagos separadamente.
Havia um consenso entre os hospedes sobre a hospedagem bem abaixo do esperado.

Ótima localização em relação às praias. Para o centro, só de transporte. O som na área da piscina é alto e vai até 22h. Ficamos em um quarto afastado, o que não nos afetou. O café da manhã é razoável, considerando o porte do hotel.

Segundo consta, o hotel está na categoria de 4 estrelas. Mas não condiz que esta realidade... Fiquei hospedada entre os dias 29/12/2022 à 01/01/2023; R$ 900,00 a diária. Vaso sanitário encardido, idem tampa do vaso, café da manhã restrito, tapioca apenas um dia, em todos os outros hoteis que ja fiquei hospedada, \"sempre\" tem tapioca, até mesmo no RJ, se eu quisesse um omelete e ou ate mesmo um ovo cozido, eu teria que pagar a parte. Precisa ser informado que o Hotel fica ao lado de uma casa de show, e em frente de barracas que promovem festas da virada, som insuportável, da virada ficou tocando música até mais ou menos umas 08:00 da manhã do dia seguinte. Fiz uma cotação para Março/2023, diárias a partir de R$ 293,00, como que triplica a diária no final do ano, e nem direito a uma tapioca no café da manha eu tenho? Colçhão horrível, daqueles de mola, travesseiros, forro de cama e cobertas, com cheiro ruim, tive que passar perfume, pra tentar dar uma amenizada. LAMENTÁVEL e DECEPCIONANTE

Hotel precisa melhorar.

Ficamos poucos dias, mas pela manhã nao tinha agua quente no chuveiro, ropuas de cama de baixa qualidade, box com vazamento para fora e banheiro ficava molhado. Musica na piscina de pessima qualidade, genero ruim e o som era muito alto, sem contar que ficava ate 10hs da noite.
Os atendentes foram excepcionais, muito atenciosos, Erika, Braga, Antonio, Claudia, todos estão de parabens!!!
