Excelente hotel/pousada, com ótima localização. Destaco o conforto do quarto, super limpo, com ótima climatização e colchão ortopédico. O café da manhã, sob o comando da Joélia e Rose, com suas tapiocas, não poderia ser melhor. A recepção, lembrando aqui do Gustavo, Miquéias e Alexandre, foi muito prestativa. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, todos procuram lhe atender bem. Não tenho qualquer reclamação. De outros rostos, sempre sorridentes, que não posso lembrar seus nomes, só deixo o meu muito obrigado e a certeza que nos veremos de novo.

O atendimento é primoroso. São todos muito educados e atenciosos. A localização é ótima. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo. Os quartos não são tão confortáveis mas são amplos e atendem a demanda.
O único problema que tivemos foi estar em obras. Acabamos tendo muito barulho de obras no quarto. Inclusive fomos acordados 7:50 com barulho de obra um dia. Numa viagem de férias acaba sendo ruim.

Hotel bem localizado, a duas quadras do Axé Moi e próximo de farmácia, supermercado, restaurantes e bares, mas o destaque é para a gentileza e prestatividade dos funcionários, sempre muito solícitos e educados. O colchão de casal era bem macio, poderia ser mais firme, tornando-se mais confortável para um hóspede mais pesado, como é o meu caso. O chuveiro do quarto era muito bom e o box do banheiro bem espaçoso. Ah, ainda tinha tapioca feita na hora durante o café da manhã.

Se ligar o ar condicionado e sentir frio, só tem um lençol na cama, então a opção é passar calor, é tudo limpo. Fiquei em várias pousadas e sempre que chegava um pouco antes, a entrada era permitida. Nesse não. Você nao entra nem um segundo antes das 14h.

Hotel muito bom, quartos confortáveis e grandes, excelente café da manhã, funcionários bem atenciosos, área da piscina bem projetada, e o principal é a localização, muito perto da praia, 2 quarteirões, de grandes e famosos complexos de praia \"barraca\", tem restaurantes, farmácia, mercado, conveniência, tudo próximo, dá pra fazer tudo a pé, no próprio hotel no lado externo tem o restaurante dele, que atende o público em geral e é muito bom com com bons preços, deixei aqui meu depoimento para ajudar na escolha, pois quando selecionamos o Porto Geraes, as avaliações nos ajudaram a tomar a decisão, próximo ao centro, balsa e passarela do descobrimento \"álcool\" uns 6 km, uber fácil, dá uns 25 reais a viagem, não precisamos alugar carro, fizemos tudo de uber, vans, agências, e caminhada. Valeu muito a pena e com um custo benefício bem legal para Porto Seguro que virou uma cidade turistica bem cara.

Pelas fotos dos apps e site, criei uma expectativa grande em relação ao Hotel, por estar com nota 9. Na minha avaliação, um 7 seria o ideal.Achei que fosse um espaço mais amplo. A piscina é muito menor do que a foto, além de não ter QQ aquecimento. As camas de solteiro são muito pequenas (até para criança de 12 anos). No check in, o rapaz me perguntou qual a categoria que eu tinha comprado (Isso pq estranhei ele falar que nem todos os quartos tinham secador de cabelo). café da manhã ok, moça da tapioca super simpática e acolhedora.

Hotel bem localizado, possui restaurante próprio e há outros (inclusive pizzaria) a menos de 30m. O quarto não é luxuoso mas é muito bem conservado e espaçoso. Ótimo banheiro com ducha excelente. Colchão e travesseiros bons. Funcionários muito solícitos e cordiais, estão de parabéns! Próximo ao Supermercado Frossard. Área de lazer muito bem cuidada (adoramos a piscina)! Bom café da manhã (destaque para as tapiocas). Barulho normal de hotel em local turístico (gente falando pelos corredores e algum som que vem da rua, mas nada que atrapalhasse nosso sono). Um Ponto que particularmente não me agrada é em relação a obrigatoriedade de ter de usar a pulseira do hotel durante toda a estada (andar \"marcado\" pela cidade), mas é uma questão de gosto pessoal. O quarto só tinha duas tomadas sob as cabeceiras (pouco para um quarto quádruplo). No geral foi uma ótima estada e voltando a Porto Seguro certamente será minha primeira opção!

O melhor lugar para se hospedar em Porto Seguro! Desde a chegada fomos muito bem tratados por todos os funcionários do hotel e do restaurante, super simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar! O hotel fica em uma boa localização, a poucos metros da praia, lugar tranquilo e seguro de andar em qualquer hora. O quarto é espaçoso e a cama é grande, o banheiro possui chuveiro a gás e secador de cabelos. O café da manhã é diverso todos os dias, com boa variedade de opções, além da tapioca que é feita na hora. Não tivemos problemas com barulhos ou com a limpeza, sempre impecável. É o lugar que eu recomendo para todos e com certeza voltaria! Graças a hospedagem a viagem se tornou incrível.
