O hotel possui uma estrutura muito boa e é bem cuidado, porém deixou a desejar principalmente pela questão da acústica. Não possui isolamento adequado, então é possível ouvir claramente o barulho do quarto ao lado e até sons externos (como o som do ToaToa). Houve uma manhã que acordei com o barulho das camareiras arrastando camas no andar de cima às 7h30. Inclusive, em outro momento, foi possível ouvir uma pessoa vomitando no quarto ao lado, o que demonstra a falta de isolamento sonoro.
Além disso, senti falta de itens básicos como ferro de passar roupa.
Destaco, no entanto, que os funcionários são muito gentis e educados, sempre prestativos.
A estrutura é boa, mas, infelizmente, o barulho compromete bastante o conforto da estadia. Por esse motivo, não me hospedaria novamente.

O barulho do toa toa a noite é ENLOUQUECEDOR! Quando há evento a noite no toatoa, vc só dorme após as 4 da manhã. Parece que a balada é dentro do quarto. Além do barulho, o quarto chega a vibrar. Impossível descansar. Acústica muito ruim!! Me surpreende muito esse ser o hotel indicado pela CVC já que o público deles, em sua maioria, é de idosos.

O Wi-Fi não pega no quarto e não pega direito nem nas áreas comuns do hotel. Ao questionar o funcionário sobre o funcionamento, ele disse que o hotel estava cheio e que não iria funcionar.
Importante: Solicitar travesseiros ou cobertas extras gera custo adicional.
Eles também não oferecem toalhas pra área de piscina. Se solicitar também haverá custo extra! Se não me engano diária de 4 reais por toalha.
O cúmulo é o serviço de quarto: Se vc pedir um prato do próprio hotel, vc tem que PAGAR PRA ELES LEVAREM ATÉ O QUARTO, ou descer pra pegar. Nunca vi isso!!

O quarto esteve sempre limpo, era bem claro-iluminado e o ar-condicionado estava funcionando muito bem. O travesseiro era muito ruim e atrapalhava o sono. O local é muito bom, mas a noite na sexta feira tinha muito barulho devido a atividade na barraca de praia com som muito alto. A equipe de limpeza deixa sempre o quarto em ótimas condições. O café da manhã oferecia 4 tipos de frutas e 2 tipos de sucos e tinha uma variedade de bolos que não eram de muito boa qualidade.

Uma velha que hospedei, com problemas no ar condicionado que estava fabriacando ate gelo, registro do chuveiro que nao fechava, quarto com odor de velho, paredes sujas, guarda roupas totalmente improprio para guardar qualquer coisa. O cafe da manha atende as expectativas, mas falta algumas opções para um hotel de praia. Piscina muito boa e limpa, possui uma área verde muito boa. De frente o toa a toa. Talvez esse seja um ponto ruim pra quem quer descanso, pois tem as festas que podem incomodar pelo barulho. Quem for hospeder nele ja pede a parte nova. Detalhe importante: as camareiras chegam cedo no quarto e as vezes ja abrem a porta sem bater. Muito inconveniente.
