Minha estadia teve pontos positivos, porém alguns aspectos importantes deixaram a experiência abaixo do esperado.

Pontos negativos:
– O ferro de passar roupa e o secador de cabelo não ficam disponíveis no quarto, sendo necessário solicitá-los na recepção, o que considero pouco prático.
– O quarto não possuía a plaquinha para solicitar limpeza. Ao questionar na recepção, fui informado de que não havia disponibilidade.
– A cama apresentava dois pés quebrados, sendo necessário ajustá-los manualmente antes de dormir, o que causou desconforto e insegurança.
– O colchão é bastante duro e os travesseiros muito finos, prejudicando a qualidade do descanso.
– O estacionamento não comporta todos os quartos; ao chegar mais tarde, não há garantia de vaga.

Pontos positivos:
– A piscina é muito boa e bem cuidada.
– Os funcionários são excelentes: educados, prestativos e atenciosos.
– A estrutura geral da propriedade é boa.
– A comida, no geral, foi muito boa e bem preparada.

Considerações finais:
O hotel tem potencial e pontos fortes claros, especialmente no atendimento e na alimentação, porém necessita de melhorias na manutenção dos quartos, no conforto e na organização de alguns serviços básicos para oferecer uma experiência mais satisfatória aos hóspedes.

Bom hotel

Hotel bom, mas não ótimo. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável, mas não tem uma mesa, o que atrapalha pra quem precisa trabalhar. O café da manhã, apesar da muita variedade, não era tão saboroso. Não tinha água fria nas opções. A internet era bem ruim. As instalações do hotel são muito boas, a piscina e a hidro (que precisa reservar antes) são boas. Os atendentes são simpáticos e prestativos.

Internet do hotel não funcionou nenhum dia no quarto. Avisamos varias vezes mas nada resolvia.

Voltaria sim novamente. No site aparece que não tem estacionamento por isso não alugamos carro porem tem estacionamento. Ou seja, não alugamos carro por bobagem.

Incrível! Atendimento excepcional. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento do Alex que realmente faz a diferença! Hotel maravilhoso, no quésito higiene estão de parabéns, as toalhas do quarto eram trocadas todos os dias mesmo sem eu solicitar. Café da manhã super bem preparado, só uma ressalva( cuzcus e tapioca deveria ter todos os dias) fora isso foi tudo maravilhoso!!!

Tem potencial p ser melhor.

Cama confortavel, chuveiro bom, bom cafe da manhã. Porem, o quarto não oferece muito: falta uma mesa de serviço, uma mesinha de cabeceira( só tem uma ) . A tv, não tem opção e ruim. O predio está com cheiro de môfo, e paredes /calhas com infiltraçoes. Não tem uma academia. Tá faltando muita manutenção. A limpeza nos espaços publicos estão falhas. Para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas, teriam de ser bem melhor, mais cuidado.

Hotel bem localizado, perto da praia , porém o quarto era muito pequeno, a limpeza deixou a desejar, só ocorria a cada 2 dias, toalhas e coberta tive que pegar na recepção, não tem shampoo, condicionador, apenas sabonete no banheiro, o estacionamento era por ordem de chegada, ficamos todos os dias do lado de fora, numa rua esburacada e cheia de lamas, devido a chuva. Quando cheguei me ofereceram um quarto com cozinha, não havia solicitado, porém a informação que seria um upgrade, achei a cozinha boa, apesar de não ter usado, mas o quarto era muito, muito pequeno.

Funcionários super atenciosos, gentis e prestativos.
A parte externa do hotel é agradável, piscina limpa, tudo bem cuidado. Porém,
fomos colocados em um quarto com cheiro de urina. Pedimos para trocar e o recepcionista foi muito gentil e prestativo, nos mostrou outros quartos até que encontramos um quarto melhor, na ala nova do hotel.
As fotos colocadas no site não condizem com as acomodações. Devem ter usado fotos dos quartos de outros hotéis da rede.
As camas são extremamente duras, assim como os travesseiros, que além de duros, são finos e têm um cheiro bem ruim.

Ótimo hotel, café da manhã muito bom, amei a senhora que fazia as tapiocas no restaurante do jeito que queríamos, a jacuzzi é top! O quarto novinho, tudo bem cuidado, com certeza se eu puder voltar me hospedaria novamente! Anda um pouco até a praia, mas o transporte é super acessível, se não quiser pagar um transporte uma caminhadinha faz bem!

Hotel excelente, em um lugar tranquilo e perto da praia, quartos novos e com um conforto bom, piscina pequena mas legal, televisão com vários canais, jacuzzi excelente.

tive um pequeno problema quando cheguei no hotel, o quarto que eu estava de número 138 que estava com cheiro estranho, mas que foi prontamente resolvido pelo hotel e foi feita a mudança de quarto sem nenhum transtorno.

Recepção não resolve problemas

O hotel de uma maneira geral é muito bom. É novo, tem uma ótima limpeza, os quartos são ótimos e sua estrutura é excelente. Todavia, tive uma péssima experiência na recepção do hotel. Ao me dirigir a recepção para relatar um problema e pedir uma resolução, o recepcionista, chamado Ederson, simplesmente me informou que não respondia pelo hotel (?????) e que não poderia fazer nada por mim (????). Quando questionei quem poderia resolver meu problema, já que ele, apesar de estar NA RECEPÇÃO DO HOTEL, não o representava e não poderia fazer nada, obtive a resposta que somente o gerente, que não estava presente, poderia tomar decisões. Diante dessa situação no mínimo esdrúxula, voltei ao meu quarto sem qualquer solução ao problema apresentado. Posso dizer que já estive em dezenas de hotéis e esse foi o primeiro em que a recepção afirma não representar o próprio hotel. Então, em conclusão, posso dizer que o hotel é ótimo e o hospede terá uma ótima estada, desde que não haja qualquer problema, pois, se houver, não terá ninguém apto a resolvê-lo se o gerente não estiver presente.

Estrutura boa, café da manhã nem tanto

Hotel há menos de 10 minutos da praia, uma caminhada tranquila. Na rua, há 2 restaurantes e uma lanchonete, além do restaurante do próprio hotel, que não possui grandes variedades mas, em contrapartida, os preços são bem acessíveis.

Quanto ao quarto, no que fiquei havia uma cozinha com microondas, cooktop e alguns utensílios básicos. O que deixou a desejar no quarto foi a falta de um guarda roupa grande ( o que havia era minúsculo). Limpeza ok.

Café da manhã razoável, muito repetitivo e com falta de variedades. Primeiro hotel no nordeste em que me hospedo que não havia tapiocas todos os dias.

Estrutura foi além do esperado. Conta com 2 hidromassagens para 10 pessoas cada, salão de jogos e brinquedoteca, o que salvou no dia de chuva.

Recomendo, entrega bem o que promete.

Gostamos muito do hotel, funcionários atenciosos, parece ter sido reformado recentemente e bem limpo. O apartamento com 2 quartos é bem espaçoso e completo, ideal para a família ou pequeno grupo. Café da manhã muito bom também.
