Razoável. O hotel é muito grande e me colocaram no último bloco no 2º andar com escadas, eu estava com minha mãe de 76 anos. O quarto tinha muito mosquito, solicitei spray para matar mosquitos e o recepcionista informou que somente com a governanta que atende até às 16h. E fiz o check-in às 17:30h então não consegui matar os mosquitos nem outro travesseiro. não me hospedaria novamente. O check in e check out foram rápidos e o rapaz educado. Jardim bonito.

Muito bom Hotel conforme sua classificação de 3 estrelas, area de lazer, estacionamento, bar, ar condicionado, atendimento em geral, tudo excelente, apenas uma pequena observação na limpeza de rotina que poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas super recomendo , tanto para uma viagem solo, trabalho e familia. Com certeza voltaria mais vezes...não posso deixar de comentar o excelente café da manha..

Localização boa; limpeza diária nos apartamentos, troca das toalhas a cada 2 dias e lençóis a cada 3 dias; infraestrutura o quarto é bem amplo com vista para o jardim bem bonita e preservado, o único ponto séria a iluminação externa da recepção até os apartamentos, em alguns pontos precisam de manutenção e mais pontos de iluminação; os interfones dos apartamentos não funcionam o que dificulta a comunicação com a recepção e o pedido no restaurante é preciso estar indo até o local; o café da manhã é regular, 2 vezes na semana tem tapioca (salgadas e doce), os pães e o café são bons, podendo melhorar somente o suco que são aguados e os danones que não é bom; os funcionários são educados e cordiais. Nós demais ela atende as necessidades com bom custo benefício.

Na hora do nosso check out, 6h da manhã, caiu uma chuva tropical e pedimos guarda-chuva. Só depois de 15 minutos o rececpionista nos trouxe um (erámos 3 pessoas) e duas toalhas (?) e chegamos na recepção molhadas.

A localização é boa, a entrada é linda, o café da manhã razoável, mas depois disso é só ladeira a baixo. O ar condicionado do quarto em que fiquei hospedado mal estava funcionando e estava com muita poeira, a tv era quase preta e branca e pegava alguns canais numa resolução horrenda. Se não bastasse o calor (pelo ar condicionado além de sujo mal gelar) e os inúmeros mosquitos, ocorreu que eu e minha namorada esquecemos nossos carregadores de celular no quarto e daí pra frente foi um transtorno. Além da imensa dificuldade de conversar com algum responsável a incoerência e falta de profissionalismo gritante entre os funcionários (alegaram que nos viram voltar para procurar os carregadores e conversar com a governanta, sendo que no horário nem no hotel estávamos mais, posteriormente alegaram que nos confundiram com outro casal próximo). Em resumo, pessimo ar condicionado, muito mosquito e dois carregadores a menos.

A estrutura fisica e maravilhosa, funcionários a maioria educado . Nao gostei foi que queado mandei e email e procurei o gerente nao fui atendida ignorada com sucesso. Colocaram minha família em um quarto com ar condicionado que não funcionava, só mudaram de quarto depois de 2,5 diárias e muita insistência.Isso demonstra total falta de respeito e consideração com os hóspedes. Solicitei abatimento do valor das diárias em que ficamos sem o ar condicionado e nada responderam. Arrependo de ter hospedado nesse local, não volta nunca mais.

Gostamos muito do hotel, muito bonito com bastante verde acordamos sempre ao som de passarinhos cantando, fica bem perto da praia de supermercado e de restaurantes. Me desagradou um pouco a limpeza do vaso sanitário q ficava encardido quando era só por água sanitária pra deixá-lo branquinho e o colchao q ja tava baixo no meio, todo o resto foi mt agradável e confortável e os funcionários atendiam super bem.
