PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA no Ramada Porto Seguro

Fujam desse hotel! A experiência foi um verdadeiro pesadelo desde o check-in.

Reservei o Ramada Porto Seguro pelas fotos e descrição no site, que mostravam um quarto moderno, limpo, com cortinas blackout, cama confortável e banheiro em boas condições. A realidade foi totalmente diferente.

O quarto que recebi era horrível:
•Cheiro fortíssimo de travesseiro usado
•A cortina era de madeira, deixando o quarto claro e sem privacidade
•Banheiro em péssimo estado, com azulejos quebrados e aparência de abandono
•Cama extremamente desconfortável, com colchão afundado
•Móveis velhos e mal conservados
•Poeira acumulada e sensação de total desleixo

Tentei resolver na hora: fui até a recepção, expliquei que o quarto não condizia em nada com o que havia sido vendido no site e pedi o reembolso, já que saí do hotel no MESMO momento do check-in.

A resposta? Um total descaso.
O atendimento foi frio, ríspido, e recusaram qualquer tipo de reembolso, mesmo eu tendo saído imediatamente e sequer usado o quarto. Alegaram que “o quarto é padrão e está em conformidade”, como se fosse normal enganar o cliente.


É uma propaganda enganosa descarada, e o mínimo seria a devolução do valor pago. Nunca mais me hospedo em qualquer hotel da rede Ramada, e recomendo que pensem duas vezes antes de fazer o mesmo.

Uma das melhores ferias que tivemos!! Gracas ao Erivan! Reservamos um outro hotel por whatsapp e quando chegamos la nos colocaram em um quarto horrivel, com mau cheiro e mofo! Pedimos para trocar mas nos disseram que estava tudo lotado. Foi quando fomos ao Ramada e falamos com o Erivan que conseguiu nos encaixar em um quarto perfeito mesmo estando lotados devido a semana de Sao Joao. O hotel eh maravilhoso, cafe da manha excelente e o pessoal muito legal, sempre bem humorados e prontos para ajudar. Meu marido nao fala portugues e tivemos dificuldade em outros hoteis com a comunicacao e no Ramada eles conseguiram se comunicar tranquilamente. Primeira vez do meu marido no Brasil e ele ja quer voltar para esse hotel!! Se pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas dariamos com certeza! Super recomendo!

Tive uma boa estadia, o quarto era espaçoso com varanda, que acabei não usando. O hotel tem um área boa e grande com bastante verde. O café da manhã bom, bem servido, apesar de poucas opções e simples, é diferente das fotos das redes sociais, ficou a desejar. O ponto ótimo foi a tapioca feita na hora, mas só teve nos 3 primeiros dias, depois tiraram, uma pena. Localização muito boa na frente da praia, e com quiosque que pude usufruir sem ter que consumir, os valores bem acessíveis. Um bom custo e beneficio.

Pontos negativos: Café da manha Bem básico. Jantar bem básico tmb e tem dia que abre tem dia que não abre o restaurante. O Quarto não possui isolação acústica isso faz que vc escute bem alto o motor do Ar condicionado que esta na sacada, tmb escuta tudo que acontece fora do seu apto. inclusive as camareiras conversando no corredor e fazendo barulho ,Final de semana em Pleno Sábado e Domingo prestadores de serviço trabalhando e com Som insuportável de maretas, furadeiras ,serras, impossível ficar no Quarto para descansar, O quarto fica claro logo que amanhece com o sol pois a cortina blackout está uns 40 cm acima do chão fazendo que o Sol entre no apto, e a noite a Luz do Jardim Clareia todo quarto tmb . Hotel em Geral precisando de manutenção ,as instalações estão horríveis .Os Aptos no Bloco que fiquei estão bem longe da recepção é um Tour toda vez que necessita sair do Hotel ou ir ao café, restaurante, etc.
As 4 Estrelas como esta classificado não condiz com a realidade , se quer o Hotel possui uma Academia ,item necessário para tal avaliação. O Custo Beneficio esta muito Além daquilo que o hotel Oferece. não recomendo .

Um dos hóspedes estava fazendo aniversário,avisei o hotel antes e logo na chegada cobrei a recepção,não sabiam de nada,pedi para falar com a Gerência (acho que é Jerusa) e nada de me responderem

Quarto com a descarga horrível de barulhenta
No final pedi para deixar as malas na recepção,a atendente não deixou e logo após o outro funcionário ao lado pediu para deixar no canto.

Eu e minha familia gostamos muito do Hotel. Ficamos no apto 116. Café da manha otimo, toalhas para ir a praia e a piscina sao o diferencial. Meu filho adorou as piscinas e o brinquedao. O café da manhã é excelente, não sentimos falta de nada. A cordialidade dos funcionários é um fator diferencial, fomos muito bem tratados. A limpeza é boa, a comida no restaurante também. Se quiser mais sossego pegue apartamentos mais distantes da piscina pois quando tem muita criança e o monitor o barulho é meio alto. As piscinas são muito boas e a localização do hotel excelente.

Estrutura do hotel precária, fotos nao condizem com O local. A acomodação econômica nao condiz com as fotos. Pisos e azulejos quebrados e remendado. Pia do banheiro quase nao sai água, box manchado, parede do box descascada ou manchada. Móveis velhos, não tem cabeceira ou mesinha ao lado da cama. Ar condicionado em cima da cama, nao tem controle de direção, TV sem funcionar direito. Os quartos tem porta de blindex claridade a noite toda. Fiquei no quarto 191, reclamei nos trocaram por 192 (um pouco melhor) porém em menos de 1 hora nós trocaram de novo pro 201, terrível chuveiro pingando, cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. Café da manhã bem básico, servem tapioca ou omelete em dias alternados o omelete é bom, nos demais dias pães, bolo, 3 tipos de fruta ovo mexido e pao de queijo. Não é ruim, mas nao é maravilhoso é ok. Os empregador da recepção são uma decepção, atendem a gente como se fizessem um sacrifício. O pessoal do bar é mais agradável. Fiquei na ala coqueiros nao recomendo. As outras alas aparentemente são mais novas e mesmo apontando todas as insatisfações nao se dispuseram a nós trocar mesmo q fosse pagando a diferença embora o valor q pagamos na diária economica estava acima da diária standard anunciada por eles no site na mesma data. A única coisa realmente boa foi a localização é entre o axe moi e o toatoa. Pelo valor não compensa tem hotéis mto melhores. Nao volto a me hospedar lá.

Ficamos por 3 diárias: 25 a 28/03/2026. Hotel com excelente custo benefício, pelo menos nesta reserva. Boa localização, 50 metros do ToaToa, na avenida Beira Mar. Facilidade de deslocamento para passeios. Estrutura antiga porém reformada e modernizada. O \"gazebo\" de praia não está em condições de uso. Porém tem um beach-bar na frente que tem convênio. No apartamento que fiquei os problemas foram: a claridade ao amanhecer, pois o blackout foi instalado no teto, daí ficou curto e longe da janela, ficando frestas enormes de claridade. E o Box do chuveiro é super apertado, uma pessoa mais volumosa irá passar dificuldade.
A estrutura de recreação Kids (arvorismo) está desativada, a espera de manutenção.
Os jardins são bem cuidados e transmitem muita paz
As piscinas estavam bem cuidadas, água bem quentinha principalmente na piscina do tobogã (Ótimo, mas só para crianças e adolescentes). Muito satisfeito pela área de piscina e recreação. Final de tarde teve música ao vivo na beira da piscina.
O Café da manhã surpreendeu, tem muito mais do que aparece nas fotos do perfil, muito bom. Um pouco de demora na reposição da pequena térmica do café (poderiam adquirir uma de maior volume).
O restaurante oferece refeição a preço bem legal, (R$ 70,00 buffet livre) bem diversificado, bem mais barato que os restaurantes das redondezas. Têm sistemas de pensão completa e meia pensão, mas não foi meu caso.
Estávamos e 2 casais e recomendo.

O café não é como divulgado nas redes sociais, algumas funcionárias são desagradáveis com os hóspedes. Solicitamos uma caipirinha no bar veio sem cachaça era um suco fomos conversar solicitar outra ocorreu recusa. No café da manhã ao aguardar para ver o cardápio da tapioca e omelete a moça foi estúpida. Acomodações não estava lotado solicitei vista para jardim e tivemos vista para outros apartamentos. Recepção muito acolhedores. Não colocaram sabonetes nenhum dia além da chegada. Na nossa última noite retornamos ao hotel e não foi limpo e as toalhas nenhum dia foi trocado.

Quarto perto da piscina...muito barulho a noite. e sem privacidade muitas pessoas passando...não consegui utilizar a varanda por conta disto...ao deitar para dormir e ao acordar claridade vindo da janela e porta...sem proteções..cobrança de $ 50 da pulseira caso eu tivesse perdido sendo que eu não queria pulseira. O café da manhã é bom assim como o serviço de quarto.

Café no domingo as 9h estava péssimo, só restos e sem reposição.
Nos demais dias fui às 8h30 estava muito bom e descobrimos que fazia tapioca , uma delícia.
Lanche do hotel maravilhoso, o jantar deixa a desejar.
Piscina excelente , área maravilhosa em frente à praia tem um bar excelente com preços acessíveis.
Tomávamos café da manhã e íamos para a praia. No geral amamos a estadia e voltaríamos.

O quarto era limpo mas tivemos problema com a porta que não abria para sairmos. Foi resolvido mas perdemos por volta de 40min na nossa chegada. O jantar não estava bom, café da manhã ok normal de hotel sem nada muito especial. Alguns quartos ficam longe da entrada como foi o caso do nosso e só é possível ir andando. Também ficamos próximo as casas de rua de trás e tinha barulho a noite toda, principalmente de cachorro latindo (não me incomoda tanto mas pode incomodar outras pessoas)

Nosso quarto foi da ala mais antiga do hotel, as portas de entrada de vidro e sem cortina blackout na porta da sacada. O resultado é um quarto muito claro para se dormir, tanto de dia quanto de noite.

O hotel tem bastante atividades, bingo e etc. Para quem gosta de agito é uma boa pedida, só lembre de solicitar quarto da ala nova (minha mãe ficou e gostou)

Muito bem localizado, tem beach club na frente com preços acessíveis. Espaços de convivência, cadeiras, sofás muito confortáveis no hotel.

Internet não funciona e canais na televisão que dependem de internet, consequentemente não funciona. Restaurante só começa a servir café da manhã às 7h. Restaurante a la carte muito fraco. Funcionários da recepção e camareiras bem preparados, mas do restaurante ( no café da manhã, almoço e janta) deixam a desejar.

A equipe de funcionários é excelente, mas as instalações são precárias, especificamente o banheiro do quarto. Tudo muito velho, nao corresponde com a conhecida rede de hoteis Ramada. Fui com uma espectativa alta por já conhecer outros hoteis da mesma rede, mas infelizmente não foi nem perto do que esperávamos.
