I had stayed in this hotel about 18 years ago and my experience had been superb. So I decided to not look at any of the reviews and just book it. Mistake!!! The property needs major renovations, its in the same condition it was from 18 years ago. The rooms are small, the AC units drip, bathroom is very old, the room we stayed in faced the street which was super loud. The hotel charges for everything even towels. They charged us for cups that we used from the fridge to drink water. Terrible experience. There were so many nicer hotels around the area.

My only complain is that I had to go down the stairs carrying my luggages. I fell down and I hurt my leg. They should have an easy access for guests on the 2nd floor especially during check in and check out. It was very uncomfortable and dangerous to carry the luggages down the stairs.

Essa é a quarta vez que me hospedei no hotel, portanto se não fosse do meu agrado, eu teria me hospedado somente uma vez, estão todos de parabéns, somente o prédio começou a se deteriorar talvez pelo tempo da construção ou não tenha sido feito manutenção corretiva nos aposentos adequadamente, no mais indico de olhos fechados!

Até que outros hóspedes nos informaram que o hotel fornecia uma chaleira elétrica ao custo de 10,00 ( para a sua estadia) aí ficou melhor , mas já estávamos a 3 dias nessa da garrafa.( Acho que pode melhorar nesse sentido, informando que há essa possibilidade ao hóspede na chegada. No demais o hotel é bem bom, a localização é boa, ficaria outras vezes.

Ótimo hotel com muito boa localização. Adoramos a praia em frente que tem um bar muito bom e com preço razoável. Não temos nenhuma reclamação em relação ao hotel. O único problema é não ter secador de cabelo fixo no quarto, temos que pegar na recepção e devolver depois que utilizar. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

De maneira geral o hotel é bom. No entanto, alguns detalhes acabam deixando a experiência desgastada, como: instabilidade do Wi-Fi diariamente, por várias vezes liguei e fui presencialmente na recepção reclamar e continuava sempre igual. Secador de cabelo, não há nos quartos, tem que ficar toda hora pedindo na recepção e é emprestado por 1h. O café da manhã é bom, mas repetitivo. Estive 1 semana e falo com propriedade pois tomamos café todos os dias. A piscina é boa, sempre higienizada, porém com muitas crianças, mesmo havendo uma placa enorme informando que é piscina de adultos, os pais colocam as crianças dentro, mesmo havendo piscina de criança no hotel.
Os funcionários do restaurante e do bar são muito simpáticos e solícitos. As comidas e bebidas são bem preparadas e saborosas, e o preço bem em conta.

Quando chegamos ao hotel, ainda não estava no horário do check-in, então pedimos para que guardassem nossas bagagens para que pudéssemos ir a praia mais tranquilamente, mas foram muito gentis em nos deixar faxer o check-in adiantado e ainda, como solicitamos, nos puseram num quarto no térreo. O hotel é antigo, mas suas instalações são bem conservadas, o quarto com boa iluminação, o banheiro é grande, o chuveiro tem um bom caimento de água, o café da manhã é ótimo. Atendeu minhas expectativas.

O Hotel está velho, mas há uma manutenção razoável das instalações. As acomodações são simples e mereciam uma modernização. O café da manhã é razoável...mas muito repetitivo. A troca de toalhas é diária...mas as roupas de cama deveriam ser trocadas pelo menos a cada 2 dias. O cardápio a lá carte deixa a desejar e os preços são salgados. A localização e posicionamento na praia e boa...com boas opções de barracas e restaurantes próximos.
