Cheguei de viagem e fiquei no quarto 249 antigo, painel de madeira, muito cheiro de mofo, pedi para trocar e me colocaram em um quarto reformado, tudo muito novo 242.
O Hotel tem uma estrutura incrível, apenas uma coisa achei muito ruim e vários hospedes também reclamavam da internet é péssima. Poderiam investir em em antenas da Starlink, pois nem a televisão do quarto funcionava, ainda mais a internet local das operadoras, o local é ruim de conexão.
Falei na recepção, queriam até me trocar de quarto, mas conversando com os outros hospedes vi que não iria adiantar. Preferir ficar quarto sem mofo!
Fui a trabalho e precisava usar o computador e foi bem ruim, ficar 5 dias assim.

Pontos negativos: no hotel existem vários gatos, inclusive doentes, e eles circulam em todos os espaços do hotel, pra quem tem alergia como eu, é algo bem incômodo. O café da manhã tbm deixa a desejar por ser repetitivo.
Pontos positivos: o hotel é bem limpo, trocaram nossas toalhas por secas todos os dias. Tem área kids com monitor, a piscina do hotel é boa tbm, atendimento educado, o parque aquático é ÓTIMO, e a área da praia tbm! Gostei bastante de ficar aqui, msm com as ressalvas do problema dos gatos !

Já estive no hotel outras vezes, e sempre achei muito bom, mas dessa vez não estava tão bom como sempre foi. Vi que está tendo reformas, acredito que isso fará com que volte ao alto padrão das acomodações. Mas deixo uma sugestão para o restaurante, pois escolhi o hotel pensando no sanduíche/hambúrguer que já havia comido anteriormente, mas dessa vez estava bem menor e não tão saboroso quanto antes.

O hotel é perfeito para quem viaja com criança! Conta com uma área de lazer enorme, além de uma brinquedoteca super completa para os pequenos se divertirem com segurança.

O espaço do bar também serve refeições, o que facilita bastante no dia a dia. O café da manhã é bem completo, com destaque para a tapioca feita na hora.

Todos os dias tem música ao vivo, e nos finais de semana ainda rolam atividades e brincadeiras para as crianças.

A localização é excelente: fica perto de tudo e bem em frente ao Tôa Tôa, além de oferecer guarda-sol na praia para maior conforto dos hóspedes.

O quarto era ótimo, somente a questão do hóspede não ficar com o controle do ar condicionado que é muito ruim. Eles deixam na temperatura que eles querem controlado pelo celular, muito ruim isso. A vista da praia é maravilhosa, a cabana de praia é perfeita e tem ótimo atendimento. Estrutura do hotel é muito boa, piscinas ótimas e o espaço Water kids, é o diferencial é bom demais, eu e meu filho nos divertimos muito.

O parque aquático é o diferencial para quem vai com criança. A praia em frente, barraca do próprio hotel e o restaurante da barraca são ótimos. A brinquedoteca era boa.

Pontos de melhoria: TV do quarto não tinha sinal direito e a internet não era boa. A tolha de piscina tinha que alugar, o preço era barato, mas é confortável já está incluso.

É uma boa opção para quem vai com criança principalmente pelo parque aquático.

El parque de agua es excelente, los niños se divierten todo el día y los padres estamos tranquilos porque solo entran familias con niños, el perímetro está asegurado y además tienen servicio a la mesa. También la zona de entretenimiento y piscinas general es grande y ofrece diversión para adultos y niños. El menú de comidas es muy variado y de precios razonables. Finalmente la ubicación es excepcional, frente a la playa. Espero que volvamos, totalmente recomendado. Muchas gracias! (Aclaro que nadie me pidió escribir estos comentarios)

O cardápio do café tinha poucas opções. Um bom café, porém sentimos falta de ter cuscuz. Passamos 6 noites, só foi servido cuscuz 1 dia da semana. Podia servir aipim cozido e banana terra também diariamente que são opções comuns e saudades junto com o cuscuz. Vale dizer que a comida no café é muito saborosa, de ótima qualidade. As opções de bolos, tortas e salgados estavam muito gostosos.
Hotel ótimo para família, filhos se divertiram muito. A barraca de praia do hotel fica de frente tem um cardápio muito bom (melhor que o do restaurante do hotel para almoçar) e com melhores preços também. Barraca conta com boa estrutura, área kids. Vale a pena ir. Ótimo hotel!

Localização perfeita pra quem quer ficar na orla, é só atravessar a pista que já está na praia. Hotel muito aconchegante, café da manhã delicioso, variado. O quarto é limpo e arejado, ar condicionado funciona bem, só achei minha cama muito dura e pequena (casal). Tem um ponto positivo em relação ao tratamento aos animais que achei muito bacana e humano, lá tem 2 gatinhos fofos e eles os tratam muito bem e isso transforma o lugar de paz e bem estar, estão de parabéns pela atitude e espero voltar lá. Tem um ponto importante também das piscinas pois na foto é diferente e lá não é a mesma coisa, pode ser que confundi mas de resto muito bom.

Gostamos muito do hotel, parque aquático bem equipado para crianças, boas piscinas, localização muito boa, próximo ao toa a toa, posto de gasolina e a igreja Nossa Senhora da Saúde, para quem não quer perder a missa de domingo. Fica próximo também do espetinho do Dinho que é excelente para jantar. Quartos bons, ficamos no executivo, tudo muito novo. Colchões muito bons!

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, os funcionários são super atenciosos e o café da manhã excelente!

A estrutura carece de algumas manutenções, alguns quartos tem uma estrutura melhor e parecem que foram recém reformados (o que a minha prima que estava comigo em viagem já era reformado e ótimo!), mas o que eu fiquei não estava assim, era mais antigo, a cama já estava bem usada e havia uma infiltração no box do banheiro. Também não gostei de não ter o controle do ar e ter um termostato ao invés do controle, não achei que funcionou mesmo colocando a temperatura mais quente, o controle pra mim seria mais simples. O estacionamento também precisa de uma melhor organização.

Fora isso o hotel é muito bom, gostamos bastante e atendeu bem a nossa viagem, os funcionários são super prestativos e educados, sendo solícitos em todas as nossas demandas. Voltaríamos mais vezes, mas espero que da próxima vez com os quartos reformados rsrs

O hotel é bom e a área de piscinas ótima ..pena não pudemos usar nada pq choveu e fez frio ..piscinas geladas …não existe uma única opção de área com água quente …somente uma banheira de hidro no spa que custa 250 reais por 1 hora! O hotel deveria proporcionar um espaço com piscina aquecida …tinha muitas crianças espremidas num espaço kids apertadíssimo e lotado …a recreadora era ótima mas impossível com chuva atender tantas crianças naquele único espaço …Porto Seguro em julho/agosto nunca mais😔!! …é urgente instalarem piscina aquecida nesse hotel que é bem bonito..com toboáguas etc e bem localizado tb! Outra coisa ..falta tomadas próximo das camas! Isso incomoda muito nesses novos tempos onde todos precisamos carregar celular , etc! O café da manhã é bom mas não existe opção de fazer ovos na hora..somente tapioca! Servem somente ovos mexidos no buffet e acabam rapidamente! Senti falta de panquecas e ovos fritos na hora, como existe nos demais hotéis de mesma categoria! Na recepção deixam a porta aberta e é uma ventania constante prejudicando os hóspedes que aguardam check in / check out / sendo que sempre tem mt movimento por ser hotel grande e de alta rotatividade! No restaurante existe opção de espetinhos de carne, salmão, etc por um preço acessível ..33 reais! Único problema é falta de pessoal e demora ..causando problemas, erros e atrasos em algumas oportunidades, embora os garçons sejam muito gentis! De qq forma um bom hotel e recomendo! Menos no frio! Vá no verão!

Café da manhã razoável. Muitas limitações, qualquer coisa que pedíamos, por exemplo, uma chaleira pra esquentar água pra mamadeira paga a parte, toalha pra piscina paga a parte, entre outras coisas. A equipe de recreação maravilhosa!! A estrutura de recreação boa. A água das piscinas geladas. O parque aquático abre somente do meio dia as 18:00.

O hotel não oferece tranquilidade para o sono. Os corredores são barulhentos com pessoas fazendo barulho até altas horas da madrugada, mesmo tendo ampla área de recreação. Os funcionários não conseguem evitar as badernas e famílias com crianças menores com rotina de sono acabam se ferrando. Além disso hóspede totalmente transtornado passou a noite inteira fazendo gritaria e bateçao que também não teve nem o hotel e nem a Polícia como conter, porque não se acharam competentes para agir.

Hospedagem um pouco frustrante

Começando pela parte de comida, infelizmente nos dias que ficamos o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar perante as experiências passadas. A fruta estavam verdes, todos os dias e todas elas sem exceção. Variedade de pães estava ok, porém a parte de bolos estavam bem abaixo do normal, bolos secos e sem gosto, pareciam bolo pronto
de caixinha. Ponto positivo, café está bom e as tapiocas muito bem feitas. Quanto ao conforto do quarto, cama e colchão bons e banheiro novo em ótimo funcionamento. Tivemos problemas na primeira noite com o controle do ar-condicionado que foi resolvido no segundo dia. Espaço kids, a monitora for ótimas com as crianças, porém o local está um pouco abandonado, com bastante cheiro de mofo e brinquedos que hora funcionava e hora não. Restaurante estava ok porém a qualidade de 1 anos pra cá caiu bastante, tanto que acabamos comendo fora a maioria dos dias, após tentar algumas opções. Atendimento dos funcionários de recepção está ótima porém já os garçons do bar não tivemos boas experiências. O Brisa Boa que atende a parte da praia ficou muito bom e acaba compensando com ótimo atendimento e muita variedade para os hóspedes.

Encrencas poderiam ser evitadas facilmente

Poderia ter sido muito boa, mas tivemos alguns pontos ruins. A começar pelo quarto standard que não acomoda quatro pessoas, de jeito nenhum. Quarto claustrofóbico, apertado, sem espaço de movimentação e sem lugar para guardar bagagens. Banheiro super apertado. Já dava para perceber que não era para 4 pessoas pois todos dia precisei solicitar toalhas a mais e kits de higiene a mais. Sempre deixavam só para duas pessoas. Sacada pequena e sem condição de abertura pois o terreno atrás é vago, com muito mosquito. Além disso, estávamos no último quarto antes de uma obra gigante. Barulho e pó para todo lado. Estávamos excluídos do resto do hotel, nem as luzes do corredor estavam acesas. Solicitei troca de quarto pois, além de tudo descrito acima, ainda tivemos um problema com a porta que outro hóspede de outro quarto conseguiu acessar. Não se se foi bom ou ruim estarmos no quarto neste momento, pois quase morremos de susto.
Depois de muita insistência, consegui a troca do quarto por um bem melhor. Os jogos oferecidos na sala de jogos poderiam estar em melhores condições. O jogo de sinuca estava com bolas faltando ou quebradas e a mesa estava quase desmontando
Os quartos próximos da obra não deveriam estar em uso de forma alguma.
Prós: o parque aquático infantil era bom e o chuveiro bom tb.

Minha estadia foi boa, porém teve alguns transtornos, como o quarto em que ficamos, havia uma porta dentro que dava acesso a outro quarto, embora estivesse trancada a porta, todo barulho que se fazia no outro quarto escutávamos do nosso. Após a primeira noite pedimos para mudar de quarto e assim foi procedido.

Tem um lado péssimo e outro muito bom

Fiquei 04 diárias e posso falar com certeza que a parte do café da manhã é péssima, as opções são poucas, o ambiente super apertado para um hotel tão grande e com tantos hóspedes. É uma confusão, tínhamos que encontrar uma mesa e ficar marcando pq senão perdia a mesa, de tanta gente, filas enormes. O restaurante não tem a comida boa. Quanto ao quarto os colchões são perfeitos, chuveiro muito bom. Outro ponto positivo é que todos os dias teve show ao vivo. A questão do entretenimento para crianças também foi bom. O parque aquático, a piscina e o espaço kids, tudo muito bom.
