All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients.

Os quartos são bem espaçosos, porém apesar de novos tem alguns detalhes que poderiam melhorar, falta um cabideiro para pendurar roupas limpas e algumas tomadas estavam sem o escudo de proteção. Mas nada que prejudique a experiência.
O ponto negativo foi que durante dois dias da estadia, um grupo de mais de cem pessoas utilizou o local para fazer uma grande festa onde não houve respeito algum por horário de silencio

Café da manhã razoável, porém ficando a deixejar em algumas coisas como sucos ralos, pão de queijo de má qualidade, falta de algum equipamento para espantar moscas, pois encontrei mosca no ovo mexido vindo da cozinha. Fomos colocados em um quarto que não era o quarto que reservamos. Além disso, o quarto estava cheio de mofo e com mau cheiro. Após reclamarmos, fomos transferidos para outro quarto, esse estava bem melhor, porém a TV não funcionava, o box do banheiro não tinha porta, estava faltando toalha, que eu mesmo tive que buscar em outro quarto, pois na recepção não tinha. A porta não trancava pelo lado de fora. E a internet não funcionou um dia sequer.

Minha experiência neste hotel não foi boa. Durante a estadia tivemos sérios problemas com a falta de água no quarto, o que nos causou muito desconforto. Em alguns momentos não conseguimos nem utilizar o banheiro normalmente e tivemos que tomar banho na praia.

Primeiro quarto estava extremamente sujo, mudamos para outro que alagava o banheiro inteiro quando banhava e a porta não fechava, piscina extremamente suja, foi ser limpa no último dia que estava lá (a infantil nem foi limpa) parecia que tinha gordura ou algo assim na piscina e o fundo verde musgo, café da manhã sempre o mesmo, variava um salgado ou outro, os corredores sempre molhados e a noite sempre era um perigo escorregar, não recomendo e não volto mais.

Não tinha shampoo e condicionador. Ao chegar, tive que solicitar toalhas e sabonete para o quarto. O estacionamento, cabem apenas 06 veículos, ou seja, a maioria dos hóspedes teve que deixar o carro na rua que é de terra e cheia de buracos. As cadeiras em volta da piscina estão quebradas ou parcialmente danificadas. A qualidade da água da piscina não parece boa. Tem quantidade insuficiente de funcionários. Não recomendo.

Minha estadia no Hotel Miola foi marcada por diversos transtornos. No primeiro dia, fui acomodada em um quarto sujo, com forte cheiro de esgoto e mofo, sendo impossível permanecer. Após reclamação, fui transferida para outro quarto, que também apresentava vários problemas: limpeza deficiente, Wi-Fi sem funcionamento, ar-condicionado direcionado para o rosto, mofo, frigobar quebrado, cobertores com odor forte de suor e presença de formigas.
No dia seguinte, precisei reclamar novamente e fui transferida pela terceira vez de quarto, sendo esse o único que permitiu concluir a estadia, ainda assim com falhas na limpeza. A piscina apresentava água turva, indicando falta de manutenção adequada. Presenciei também uma situação grave de negligência com a segurança, com manutenção no telhado sem sinalização, quase atingindo um hóspede.

O hotel é bem localizado, funcionários da recepção educados, os da cozinha durante o dia são mal humorados, servem como se sentisse obrigados, sendo que é da função deles servir. Recomendo mudar o horário do café da manhã, pois eu estava a trabalho e não pude consumir o café da manhã, era servido as 07h e eu saía às 06h, pedi para abrir uma exceção e fui mal atendida. Sobre os quartos, são ótimos e confortáveis, mas tem muita mosquinha de banheiro, e o ar condicionado do quarto que eu estava, ficava praticamente em cima de mim. No último dia, consegui tomar café da manhã e notei que não tem opções para pessoas com intolerância a lactose e a glúten, não tem opção vegana. Pedi para fazer uma tapioca não podia, pedi ovo frito, pois os que estavam disponíveis estava banhado em óleo, não podia. Pão de queijo duro, pouca fruta.
