It was ok. Check in could have been quicker. The room, although a bit dated, was clean. The TV didn't work. The \"buffet \" breakfast consisted of bread, a few muffins, jam, juice boxes and luke warm coffee. Very disappointing.

If there had been somewhere else to go, I would have left. Many parents did find different accommodations. There was hair in the bed and towels hung on the back of the door. It was obviously not clean. Hair in the shower. Other parents found Kleenex in their bed.The staff was nice however they were often unavailable either by phone or standing in the main office for 15 to 20 minutes with nobody there.

The paint was peeling the fridge had build up inside. The one tv had streaming then the other was basic cable. Just odd. The place was clean just needs a fresh coat of paint and a thorough clean. Also my plates were stolen off my vehicle while I slept which was actually brutal. Not the hotels fault but maybe it’s the location? Not sure just not a nice morning for me

Wanted to book in early only if you pay an extra 30 dollars. We booked deluxe king suite. They had us booked in two queen beds room. Room wasn’t very clean. Put sign out to have room made up wasn’t touch. Breakfast was a joke! Would not recommend staying at this motel.

I think this hotel should not cost what i have paid. was much expensive than Niagara Falls had better hotel. bathroom noise -fan was so bad. Even others neighbors downstairs or upstairs when they used bathroom you could hear their laud fan noise. Fan switch should be repaired /replaced to new and also fan it self repaired. fridge was making noise too. can you imagine going to sleep and hearing neighboors fan in bathroom.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, and the room was clearly advertised as smoke-free. However, when we checked in, the room had a very strong smoke smell and the AC was not working properly, leaving the room hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable.
Because of these issues, we decided to check out immediately. Despite not staying there, the hotel still charged me for night stay and a pet fee and refused to provide a refund. Even worse, Expedia was completely unhelpful in resolving the matter, offering no real support or accountability.
Overall, this was a terrible experience — the hotel is misleading, the service is poor, and Expedia failed to stand by its customer. I would strongly advise avoiding both this property and relying on Expedia for issue resolution.

I went for to the 1000 Islands for the long weekend. I paid a surge price as it was a last minute plan. I expected the Inn to be in a better condition. It is outdated.

Travelling one adult one child. Hotel staff are kind. The hotel room was mostly clean with some areas need extra attention or repairs. Dirty AC and disgusting shower curtain are easily cleaned and replaced to make the rooms much more appealing. Even the room keys are old bent and dirty. A simple thing to replace for not a huge cost. Breakfast was basic but good with Coffee, toast, muffins cereal and fruit. Upon arrival the pool was very dirty. I cleaned it for a 1/2 hour but it was still a mess. By the next morning it was looking much better and we were able to use it. Older pool but still good. Overall the hotel is good bang for your buck. A few simple things would make it feel and appear much better.

After confirming my booking through the hotels portel, we arrived to be told we were upgraded to a suite.....great! Given the keys and went to the room to fimd it was already occupied! No worries recieved another room but it wasn't super clean. Just barely wiped and there was dirt and dust everywhere.
