Highly recommend!! We got there early & were given a different room that we could access straightaway which was great. The lady on reception was very friendly & also accommodated my request for a late checkout as I was running City2surf. They even extended it a bit further so that I could have a hot shower after the race. The staff were all lovely & very friendly. Easy to find being located on the Pacific highway & only a 10min walk to Artarmon station then less than 20mins to the cbd.

This hotel was a fantastic surprise. Very reasonably priced, clean and easy to park. It is near Chatswood and the hospital. An older high rise building that has been modernised throughout. The room was a good size, fresh with a recent refurbishment. Bathroom like new, good standard bed and amenities. Also has a breakfast option and swimming pool. Highly recommend. Cannot beat at the price in this area.

Great accommodation, staff were lovley. Only thing was the shower was leaking, let them know and getting it sorted. No handwash only handcream, staff came up straight away and sorted it out. Nothing was a problem for the staff. Would have been great to have a folder with reception number, menu available at restaurant down stairs etc. Also a shade sail over shallow end of the pool would have been great. Was only one over deep end, with a little one no shade. Otherwise pool was clean lovely and great seating area outside of the pool.

Their website needs to be updated re restaurant hours. It states it is open 4 nights per week but upon arrival it is not open at all. The alternative offered was the Hotel 1 km up the road. I have mobility problems so that was not an option for me. Also I do not go out of a night as I am elderly.

This hotel is undergoing renovations and I am sure that because we booked through Lastminute and go a discounted deal they put us in a crappy room. The shower did not work properly, the knobs came off the water taps and we were lucky not to burn ourselves, the show leaked, the person who cleans the rooms just walked in the door at 6.30 am, they had not been told we were there! The room and bathroom were not cleaned well and I am sure it is because they were renovating it.

The hotel rooms do not look like any pictures on the website, when exiting the lifts it is a very musty smell and im pretty sure that is the carpeting and the dusting not being done int he halls because it is very clear in sight. when going into rooms ( we had two deluxe rooms for the week) straight away the carpets really do need replacing. The stains and state of the carpets honestly would be better off without carpet and just lay floorboard if the carpets are unable to be maintained properly. The bathrooms although serviced daily are clearly only given a quick wipe over both rooms had mould in the showers and again dust everywhere. I would suggest even just bleach bomb the shower recess to start fresh? The grout is actually black and can see it is built up grime even the floor in the shower. The toilets were perfect!! could not fault the toiles at all! BBQ area needs cooking tools (chain them tot he BBQ?) and cleaning facilities and bins, there is nowhere to place rubbish when having a BBQ

First off the staff where very friendly and helpful. But i have to say that the hotel its self is not like the pictures on the website. It was just somewhere to lay my head and the bed wasnt very comfortable. The shower had mould in it and the grouting was almost black. Wifi was hit and miss and had to go down to get the reception to fix it. The breakfast was horrible stale cereal and not much of a selection. The ad in the elevator advertises continental breakfast and whilst i was told at check in that it wasnt i thought it strange that it was being advertised. Had to ask for a knife to butter the toast as none where put out. At best it is an average hotel in a reasonably convenient location and if you dont mind average then this is for you.

The property is not new but the rooms were very well lit and in good condition.
The drawbacks were the lack of hot water in the morning for showering etc., and the car park was full at night (only), and is in very poor condition. There is no dining available.

Room was clean. Bed was quite soft but then again I prefer hard beds. Choice of firm or not so firm pillows was good. Heating was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but I was concerned that the shower leaked quite a bit as the base filled up. The in shower drainage obviously insufficient. Would stay again though.
