Received an email stating parking was $35Took a lot of convincing staff who wanted to charge $45. A good idea to take a photo of mini bar. We didn’t use anything but had a small water added to my credit card. The hotel was in a great locality very close to station and metro.

Nice staff, nice big room with mini-bar, coffee machine etc, iron and ironing board. Well equipped bathroom. Only thing I'd say is about the lighting in the rooms -- bathroom only has very dim downlights and also one downlight above the mirror...couldn't see myself very well when getting ready! Nice staff, and there is a food court downstairs, a pool and gym! Excellent aircon!!!

Fabulous - staff are so lovely and helpful, rooms are very well equipped, clean, modern and comfortable. The location made it so easy to get around everywhere, and was better than staying in the cbd - no more inner city accommodation for me! The hotel is well appointed, clean and friendly. Our main complaint was a lack of ventilation in the room. It was either freezing or very humid and warm. The lighting is for looks and mood but there should be better lighting in the bathroom.

Good hotel, excellent location. Friendly warm staff everywhere. Would have been better with a balcony (noting I couldn’t afford that option if there was one!) but it had a big beautiful bathroom. Parking station was a nightmare just big but affordable.

location was excellent. A few minutes walk to Victoria Cross and North Sydney Stations. Plenty of food choices around vicinity of hotel and Woolies Metro. Northpoint Tower Eat Street food outlets just a step out of the entrance to the hotel.

Clean room, great location to stay with a pool and gym space included (was difficult to find in the hotel itself).
Staff were usually very helpful but I do have an awkward encounter asking to refill water which the receptionist made it sound like it was a big effort to do this, but I would give them benefit of the doubt as it was New Year’s Eve and I’m sure they were very stressed and busy (this was my first time in Australia and found out shortly afterwards there was a water fountain outside the hotel and there are lots of water fountains throughout Sydney which I was unaware of at the time)

Staff were helpful, was an excellent bathroom but room was small and plain. Carpets in hallways could do with a deep clean or renewal. There was a small pile of rubbish on the way to our room which stayed there for days. I was surprised it was not cleaned up.

My review was for the Hyatt about the airconditioning that I just sent previously. Mistakenly thought it was the Hyatt which we enjoy as the picture of that came up as I was doing the review. Vibe great location but first room not clean in bathroom and study desk was sticky. Made up for it. One staff member unfriendly. No restaurants during our stay at the hotel

The staff were friendly and the facilities good. The towels were rather thin and worn. My biggest issue is that in the early hours of the morning, we were woken and kept awake by drilling and vibration, presumably from deep underground in the adjacent Metro. This went on for some hours. My wife and I luckily both have noise cancelling ear buds, so we had to try to sleep wearing them and listening to soft music.the desk clerk said they often aren’t advised of such work (this may be true, but a waning might be useful.). Being told we should have called the desk at the time (3am) wasn’t really realistic either.but perhaps a warning would help

Hi. Stayed with you on several occasions and feel that the cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch. Used t-bags were put in the toilet from cleaning staff. Flannels were not replaced.

A good standard room hindered by being near street level, noisy side of the Pacific Highway. Loud party in the room immediately above carried on until 1am-2am. Reception did not ask how my stay was but I expressed my disappointment. Won't be staying there again.

Didn’t give the property 5 stars as there is certainly room for improvement.

Receptionist was rude and not very helpful on multiple occasions. There was one older gentleman who was lovely.

Towels 2 days in a row had massive stains and we consistently had to ask for flannels every day.
Room on day 2 was not cleaned. They pulled the bed sheets up, left doors open and the cleaners room key, seems like they rushed out.

Also sign in bathroom states if you hang your towels they won’t be changed, which we did everyday to help with sustainability yet house keeping switched them out. Not a major but seems like they could focus on other areas then changing towels out.

Very cold and unfriendly staff. Terrible check in. Called to see if the room was ready around 1:45 they said they can’t tell me. Turned up at 2:15 and they said not ready and they asked me to fill out the paperwork and show id and I did and they said they’ll call me and that check in is at 3. No one called. I turned at 3 and everyone else was checking in and they didn’t call me. When I said I thought someone is going to call she asked for ID again. Very unfriendly staff.

The room stank of the guy cologne before us. Had to leave the door open just to be able to get some air. Hair from previous person on bed and in the bathroom.

On Day 2 of my stay, I noticed that the bed was not made, and there was no coffee replenishment, with only garbage removal completed although a sign to clean the room was posted on the door.

On Day 3, I specifically requested full service to be carried out. Unfortunately, I had to follow up later in the day as there were no housekeeping carts in the area around 3:30 PM.

On Day 4 was particularly concerning. Despite having a \"Do Not Disturb\" sign on the door, a staff member opened my room at 8:30 AM without knocking.

Housekeeping services at this hotel is poor. I would definitely not recommend. I reached out to the manager via email and they never responded.

Amenities are great and location is close to metro, buses and easy to catch an uber. The room was spacious with a modern look and feel. However the room was extremely dusty! We had 2 rooms and both rooms were equally as dusty. Dust all over the headboard, the window edges, and the edges are black so it is very easy to see. Our mini bar/ kitchen area has a used sponge so that was kind of gross.

The location was excellent. Located right across the street from the metro and bus stop it was easy to get anywhere we needed. There were a lot of good shops and food locations near by.
The room itself was quite noisy with music from the restaurant right above us audible until around 11 each night (we were on the main floor). The conference rooms made me feel a bit awkward walking past a business meeting every time I went to my room. The water in the room was not adequately hot and it took a very long time to heat up both for hand washing / shaving and shower. We found a lot of dust on the AC vents and under the bed which was a little unsettling.
Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Was a convenient location for getting into the city and for working in and around North Sydney. Only downside was their lifts werent working so you had to carry your bags up the stairs one level to get to reception. They did have a lift from reception to rooms working. Otherwise rooms were comfortable, clean and easy. Would definitely stay again.

The cleaning is poor. Carpet is stained. Not vacuumed each day, if at all in the week we stayed.
Broken chair and completely broken table.
The tv kept turning itself off.
Been staying here 5 years and it is sad to see decline.

Neil was an absolute DELIGHT on check in. Gave us a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Truly appreciated.
Strangely though our room was not cleaned when we left for the day, nor our towels refreshed. I called housekeeping as we were leaving again that night for an event and they only left towels. Not even washers etc. And didint even attempt to refresh the room which for a hotel of this calibre we found VERY odd.

I love staying at the Vibe, it's me preference for North Sydney stays and I'm generally there every 6 weeks or so. Staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Rooms are large and well kept. It's a convenient location also
