No drinking water, they ask you to pay. No shuttle after 10:30am till 6 pm, it is terrible. Never stay there and depend on shuttle. Breakfast is just ok. If you are coming after 10:30am so they will not pick you up till 6. Which is terrible and so disappointing.

The place was lovely, and the room was very nice. The had a great little restaurant and bar downstairs, we were able to get a nice little dinner after a long day of traveling. The service was great. The thing I didn’t like was we booked a king room and was charged an additional 10 euros for a king room. We showed the desk attendant our booking reservation but was told yes it was a king room but with twin beds. I really just wanted to go to the room after travel for a full day. Also it states free shuttle from airport but nowhere when booking does it not say it is NOT offered between the hours of 10:30am to 6:15pm. So that is a bit misleading.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was an average room and suited my one night stay. The only problem I ran into was with the shuttle service that picks up at the airport. The first time the driver came through he didn’t pull in to load passengers, he just stopped briefly then took off again. They only run it every 45 minutes so it took me an hour and a half to get my ride.

I booked a single (1 twin bed) room, but was given a spacious room with a king bed. I believe occupancy was low. I was disappointed that the airport shuttle had very limited hours, which was not revealed until after booking. I was able to take the shuttle to the airport, but had to get a cab from the airport. The shuttle driver dropped me (the only passenger) at the wrong end of the departure zone, near the doors that were closed because of renovations or something. I'm sure he did it for his convenience, as there were no other vehicles in the immediate area where he stopped. I questioned his choice, but he said it was the right place. No, it was not!

It was close to the airport, free shuttle (need to schedule it in advance) they have drinking water in the lobby I love to have free water available , the breakfast was delicious (the best I had in Spain, I stayed in 3 different hotels and this was the best. The bar food and drinks were also conveniently and good. My only complaint is that you need to purchase a swimming cap to get in the pool for 3 euros, so if you have a family of 5 that is 15 euros on tops of what you already paid for the hotel and other city taxes . This is the reason they won’t get a whole 5 starts from me. If they are going to demand caps, then provide them or let customers know In advance so we can bring our own.

Our room was very clean and fresh. We were on the first floor so there was some traffic but very minor. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful with anything that was in Spanish. Amenities were very nice. The fitness room was good and the pool looked very clean and enjoyable. The small store had a European charge which we purchased for a little over going rate but it was worth it as we forgot about buying this beforehand. Dinner was good but the breakfast was amazing, pay the price if you would like a good breakfast! We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to our friends and family.
No restaurants within walking distance but the one onsite is great for breakfast or dinner and the staff are very helpful in calling a cab.

The room was clean and loved the slide screen bathroom door. I thought the breakfast was free but there was a fee but I didn't mind paying as it was tasty and hot. The restaurant on site had the most delicious tasting steak and I am not a steak person. The waiters were kind and helped me to understand about paying with euros instead of US dollars because I did not stop to exchange money. They have a digital schedule board of times if you are just spending the night prior to a cruise and it did not take the taxi long to get to the cruise port. I would stay there again as it is almost like a compact boutique.

The room was not spacious and the location is quite away from central Barcelona. While we had to find out about transit options, it would have been nicer to have some sort of shuttle operated by the hotel, as public transit took at least an hour to get into town. There are also absolutely no stores, restaurants-or anything nearby. It is a factory/warehouse distict.
All staff were mostly friendly though.

Great one night layover before heading home, 15 minute free shuttle to airport. Free breakfast was great hot & cold items and fresh coffee machine. In an industrial area no grocery store or restaurants nearby, but did enjoy room service, limited items but all were fresh & tasty. Room was ok, the headboard was hard and was bumpy, you definitely need a pillow against it. Shower had good water pressure, lights in room were fluorescent and not very soothing, no real views from our window, in industrial area. Gym was good, didn’t use pool but was told it was heated. Elevator was small but nice to have!

Ok when an airport hotel says they have a shuttle to the airport but then it doesn’t start running until 5 AM so is useless for flights first thing in the morning ( and taxi costs 32 euros before a tip) when the wake up call you scheduled does not ring into your room and when their fancy bathroom sink has scum all along the sink drain one is not favorably impressed. In fact one is just really not happy.

Staffs were very accommodating. The place was clean and quiet even though our room was right next to the main road. The restaurant was convenient; food was so so. The hotel is definitely safe with a lot of police men & women having their coffee break. There are many restaurants just around the corner but Can Nostre Cafe was our choice, Paella and Fish & chip were excellent.
We will stay here next time when we come back.

You can catch the local transit outside the hotel into the city for just under 3 euros ea way bus #21 then you can get on the hop on and off buses or walk around etc. this was great advice from reception desk. A lot cheaper than taking a cab. Also free shuttle to the airport. Hotel has a bar and a restaurant for lunch and evening meals also.

It was a very nice place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. There were six of us and we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The only issue we had with our stay was with the service for dinner. We all ordered hamburgers and only 5 came out. One guest had to wait for his. We also waited too long to be waited on. And the restaurant only had a few customers. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Dina, en la recepción, hizo todo lo posible por ayudarme con un problema de reserva que Expedia había gestionado mal. Fue paciente, profesional y genuinamente amable durante todo el proceso, tomándose el tiempo para resolver todo y asegurarse de que yo estuviera bien atendido. Después de una situación estresante, su actitud tranquila y servicial marcó una gran diferencia.

El hotel en sí era cómodo, limpio y muy conveniente, pero fue el excepcional servicio al cliente de Dina lo que realmente destacó. Es raro encontrar a alguien tan dedicado a asegurarse de que los huéspedes se sientan apoyados y bienvenidos.

Estoy muy agradecido por su ayuda y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí por el nivel de servicio que experimenté.

This hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Our only complaint was our room smelled of Sulphur. We even mentioned it to the front desk and she just smiled and said \"it is on the end.\" So enjoy this hotel, just avoid room 424.

Location is great to visit all the Barcelona attractions. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from a metro station and 2 minutes walk to a bus stop, good location. Staff are helpful. Breakfast includes English breakfast and salami meats and cheeses etc. There is a small pool and a small sauna. Hotel is very clean. There is a bar and you can order dinner in the restaurant area. Had a good experience as staff helpful and attentive.

I booked the hotel because it offered a shuttle service from the airport based on My search on Expedia. Be aware because they only offer limited hours for this service. Location wise, it is in the middle of nowhere. It is in an industrial area. There is a bus stop in front of the property but it takes about half an hour to get to downtown. The uber ride from the airport to the hotel runs about 25 euros.

This was a surprising awesome experience with my connection flight suddenly being changed to the other day's afternoon and I had no choice but getting a hotel nearby Barcelona airport to stay for safety and got a final deep sleep over 9 hours during my intensive working trip this time! Staff has been warm with passion serving customers with helpful assistance! Bed was clean and real king size. TV screen was big. Shower was strong. Minimart at reception got water to purchase at ease. Breakfast got lots of great choices for a long-haul flight ahead. What else do I expect? Awesome hotel stay indeed🥰🥰☀️☀️🤟🤟❤️❤️👍👍
