This hotel is very handy to Terminal 3 and 2, with free intra-Terminal trains running to other terminals (allow at least 1/2 hour). It has great beds and is quite soundproof from air traffic noise. The upstairs lounge provides good free coffee. The only issue is locating the hotel, but helpful staff at the Terminal 3 DEPARTURES area will direct you far down to the end of a corridor. Look for overhead signage, not immediately, but later once you turn right upon entryto Departures. We would DEFINITELY use this hotel again at Heathrow Terminal 3.

The hotel was fine but what I didn’t expect was there wasn’t a window in our room. Felt more like a prison cell than a hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who is claustrophobic.

We weren’t prepared for how tiny the room was. Like a room on a train, except no windows. It really didn’t matter because I fell asleep the minute my head hit the pillow.
Still, in the back of my mind I worried about what to do in case of fire.

YOU CANT, doors all bang loudly design flaw

No windows in the rooms !! You would definitely feel claustrophobic when staying in their rooms . When I booked this Terminal 3 hotel, Expedia did not advertise as such. I felt cheated . I had to psyche myself and go through the night with this, but it was not pleasant. Look for another hotel even if you have to use Heathrow's free inside airport train

This is a hotel room taken up mostly by the bed with a bathroom and toilet. It was clean and secure and perfect for an overnight stay at the airport. Good for no more than two days. I you want a regular hotel with room comfort this is not for you. That being said it was perfect for getting up ready for your flight the next day

The elevator was broken so we had to carry all our luggage up several flights of stairs. The lobby restroom was out of order. The connected bar had a DJ and lights blaring until well after 1:30 in the morning-we had to wake at 4:00 for an early flight, no rest. Hotel needs some major updates.

A tiny cubicle with not even a window. Extremely difficult to flush the toilet. Sink wouldn’t drain. The tiniest room for $300+. Could barely turn around. The only thing good about it was it is very convenient for Heathrow.

Staff kept checking on us for our room number.. as if we should not be there. More than likely because we were black.

Tiny, tiny room but directly connected to terminal 3 so well worth it. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and they had in-room coffee. If you have an early flight out of Heathrow terminal 3 it works very well.

Toilet flush was temperamental and (tiny) sink was very slow to drain. Washcloth was stained.
Despite having no window, room could not be darkened because of glaring thermostat and other points of light from various electronics.
Beds were comfortable and clean, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.
Chose the hotel for the convenience of staying in the terminal between flights, but thought it was overpriced even so.

What a terrible hotel. They charge a luxury price and have nothing to show for that. NO AMENITIES! Nothing except lounge un- attended and without anything to offer.

Do not stay here when there are so many better locations that are still convenient for Heathrow travel.

Clean. Located conveniently in arrivals in terminal 3. Great staff. I booked a double room. Very small room for myself and husband to manoevre 2 large suitcases and a hand luggage in this space. Price for one night 300 USD which we felt was high for that size of room. Bathroom very small. Shower divided by a half partition from adjacent toilet so a lot of water got onto the floor and mats were all soaked. No physical space to hang up towels in bathroom. Not enough space to rest things on around the sink. Overall just too small for a couple in the double room.

Room was clean and whilst small, not the smallest airport hotel room by any means. Very handy location for T3 but a ten minute walk from T2. Plenty of options nearby by food. Aircon worked fine so temperature was comfortable.

Its all about convenience being inside T3 (land-side).
It's basically a shoe box with no windows, bathroom is very, very small and water floods the entire space.
No luggage storage facilities

If you are departing out of Terminal 3 at London Heathrow, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We were there to get a good night’s sleep, shower and repack for our flight the next morning. Early check in time is so helpful. The front desk staff were awesome. We requested 2 twins, they made a mistake and gave us a double bed. They quickly corrected it and even gave us a complimentary choice from their food/drink purchase area.
Once we got into the room and started to relax and shower, we never left again until the morning. We didn’t see the library or coffee/tea bar on 2nd floor, but I’m sure it was nice. No windows=total darkness if desired. We also had a nightlight behind our headboards. The beds were comfortable, sheets were nice and clean. Towels were large and they had washcloths. It exceeded our expectations and completely met our needs. We had our own food and were perfectly content to use the in-room kettle to have a coffee in the morning. I wouldn’t stay there just to stay there, but for its purpose, it was perfect. Bring earplugs or noise canceling. The walls are thin. But my noise canceling headphones handled that with no problems. Would absolutely stay again if we had a need for this. 5-8 minutes walk to departures area. Most relaxed travel day I’ve ever had.

Very conveniently located directly in Heathrow Terminal 3, so was great for our early morning flight. Stayed as a family of 5 in one of the family rooms for which they also provided a small baby crib, which was really helpful. Room size was good for our room type and was clean & modern. Staff were very polite & helpful. Would definitely stay again when flying from terminal 3

Simple room. Not a lot of bells and whistles. It’s an excellent and convenient place to stay for a long transit (18+ hours). Since there is no bag storage, I wish there was an agreement with the luggage storage opposite the hotel for discounts or free storage under a certain length of time.

No restaurant, no windows in many rooms. Bathroom looked OK until I wiped up a spill on the floor and it became obvious it had not been wiped between guests. I booked for both convenience and because the ratings were excellent. In future, I will go back to Hilton garden at terminal 2.3

I was traveling with my elderly mother with mobility issues so this was a great choice for our flight with virgin airlines as the hotel is just steps away. I booked a family room with accessible bathroom. It was perfect, except for having no windows. The room features a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. and free bottles of water. Heathrow assistance came to the hotel and help transfer us to check-in and throughout the airport to our gate. The hotel was not inexpensive, but worth every penny just for this service.

Great hotel option for early morning flights... be mindful the hotel is at one end of Terminal 3 and the checkin for departing flights is on the other side of the terminal. Also, we found the carpet an impediment to moving our rolling luggage easily. Rooms are small so a bit pricey for what you get but worked for our needs.

Location! Signage! If you arrive at Terminal 2, there is one tiny sign to the Aerotel directing you outside. Once outside there is nothing more. To find the hotel you must know it is in Terminal 3. Nothing to do with Terminal 2. So take the lift and follow the signs to Terminal 3. It's a long walk, but there are signs. Once there check-in was easy and the room was fine. Small and no windows but for an overnight stay after a long flight it was heaven. There are breakfast options in the terminal.

So much more than I expected. Room was nice - beds were large and comfortable. Room comes with water bottled, hot chocolate, tea and cookies! Staff is very nice. Very convenient to catch and early flight. The tube runs through the airport and you can take an easy trip into town

The light from the air conditioning controls was very bright and the room was horrendously stuffy so we slept terribly. The location was good though and very convenient
