Cool spot and all I needed was a quick place to stay price was great. What happened next was my fault but I locked my phone in the room and simultaneously forgot my door code. The phone number to call at 5pm just kept ringing and ringing. I used an online help portal to try and get them to send me the code. But all I could do was just think about the code. Never heard from anyone and just eventually tried the right code. Word to the wise keep your phone on you like it's your key. Unfortunate that I couldn't reach anyone to help. Why have a phone number if no worker is on the other side of it.

I’m in the area 4 to 6 times a year and approximately 15 room nights.
I’ve stayed here in years past but I stay where my co books me and admittedly at much more expensive properties. This booking was made by me due to its bargain price. It was great and rivals properties costing double its price. I’ll definitely stay here again.

I was not a fan of the remote teller but this stay changed my mind - I was able to request changes and my itinerary via text and they were very accommodating and a big relief to have available - great motel - pool- location - staff and they have You Tube lol - it’s the little things

I love this little gem of a hotel - they are all very nice. I’m not crazy about the remote/ televised check in however, I was told last night via very static voice from a tv screen, that I was all set for the second night I assumed I was, but I woke up and saw no charge had come through and was told by the remote teller that I would have to check out and come back at 2?? Just what I was trying to avoid and save the hotel a room change/ clean…Sid (the manager) intervened and said he would take care of it - but alas, he couldn’t take cash. I was too confused and busy by that point

I just booked another room at a different hotel- Sid and the staff that is normally there are GREAT and the property is awesome and it’s clean, safe, close to shopping and food - I will be back..
I guess Im just to old fashioned and I was told I was all set and wasn’t :(

The room was fine, but I didn’t like the check in process. I attempted to call and email the hotel before my arrival. I couldn’t reach anyone, and I didn’t get a reply to my email.

I looked online and rates dropped before my arrival so I know the motel wasn’t full. When I checked in I asked if I one of my rooms could be bumped up to a king-size room. She told me they were sold. That night and the next morning, the parking lot was less than 25% full.

Housekeeping service was good. The AC worked. However, I will stay elsewhere next time.

Room was really small to accommodate a king..had to move around things to accommodate our suitcases. Oh well..not the biggest deal but inconvenient. Room was clean. Shower head was absolutely terrible lol. The biggest problem was the walls are paper thin! I could hear everything on each side of us with people talking in a normal tone. Waking us up several times in the middle of the night both nights. Staff was so sweet and helpful upon check in.

This budget property was great! Easy check in and check out via website then text. Very clean rooms. Property was well maintained. Pool was awesome to play around with the kiddo in but bring towels from the room or your own. Vending machine for drinks is right with it. There is a Dennys and a gas station (convenience store) in front of the hotel. Office staff were always responsive and helpful via chat, making it extremely easy. Room has a shower/tub. Large closet and lots of drawer space. Microwave, mini fridge and mini freezer in room which is really helpful! Comfortable beds. Air and heat worked well. Just a short 7-10 minute drive to the aquarium. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

We rented the suite with 3 beds for our family of 4 and it worked perfectly for the weekend. The room was clean and we had plenty of space. It was a little noisy at night with cars driving by and planes so bring earplugs if that bothers you. Everything is close by so you can get food quickly. Check in was really easy. I would stay here again.

Neighbors were being loud at around 10 PM to 3 AMwhen they called front desk about it they said there was nothing that they could do. We asked to stay somewhere else and they said no we asked for a refund and they said no after sometime they said they’d refund me only $10 out of the 100 I pay.

The room was clean and cozy. Check in and Check out was easy. The whole process is pretty much contactless unless you need to utilize housekeeping for anything. The kids enjoyed the pool. Proximity to everything was convenient and a short drive. I typically book a stay based on breakfast being included but this one doesn’t do that and it wasn’t too much of an issue because we brought stuff from the store. The room has a fridge microwave and coffee maker. Although there is a fee for parking I did not know about until I booked the room so knowing that would have been helpful.

I’ve been coming to this motel for years. Everything is OK but Beware: There is now $10 + tax per night parking fee that you need to pay to the motel.

First time I’ve ever had to pay for parking at a motel. I find that a bit unexpected for a motel and a bit steep as it can raise your nightly rate 10 - 20%.

I really liked this Motel. In fact, I would stay here again. The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the virtual check-in (I think this was their after hours protocol?). The person was very nice and patient, but I think they were in another country? There were glitches and delays, and it was a bit difficult to communicate. We got there in the end, but it wasn't an ideal experience.

I stayed here with my partner, we usually pick hotels but because of the price and reviews we decided to give it a try! Place was 9/10, pretty clean, bed was comfortable & location is okay. Sometimes it could be loud but other than that I enjoyed my stay. They have a pool which I didn’t use, but I did use their vending machine & ice dispenser. Overall everything was good! When we arrived, they hit us with an $11 parking fee which had not been mentioned anywhere. After asking to have that extra fee waived, I received a text saying I would not be charged for it. They took my cc number for a deposit and later, an email showed that not only the $11 was added but also tax on that amount. Shame on them. They're not fully honest so I suggest you don't choose them for your stay.
