To start off the shuttle never showed up at the scheduled 12:05…so thankfully another company was able to accommodate us, then the hotel that indicated was close to the airport is NOT at all close to the airport…the hotel was in a shopping mall…the rooms were so far from check in it was a hike…and then the morning shuttle back to the airport was not at the time that the hotel had given me so had to take a cab…I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

Excellent hotel. Easy check in. Helpful staff. The room is modern and clean. Really comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast is excellent with everything you can think of to eat!! The transfer to the airport is also very good. Prompt and efficient.
The hotel is on a retail park so there are food outlets, a huge supermarket, Decathlon etc. So ideal it is ideal if you have forgotten anything!
Superb hotel and we will definitely use this again next time we go skiing. 👍 Highly recommended.

Staff was super courteous, especially the front desk duo of Miriam & Andrea who helped me retrieve my cell phone after leaving it in a taxi. Breakfast was generous, close to the airport as well as a shopping and grocery store attached to the property. Would stay there again!

Very clean rooms, the shuttle drivers excellent.
The reception staff need to be a little more friendly and help people with the hotel area. (Restaurants around the hotel)
The restaurant was closed partially, and the manager was very rude, we tried to see the menu for the dinner before we make the reservation and literally, he kicks us out.
The breakfast Great, again the host at the restaurant treat customers very bad.

Need a customer service training.

But I will give them a second chance.

It is a great hotel for travelers if you want to be close to the airport and have free shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast is included in the room rate and it is a full breakfast buffet with a great variety of options. This is the best breakfast buffet I had at an airport hotel. It is great value and I highly recommend this hotel.

The directions to airport shuttle were terrible, why gave the map of the hotel location instead of the shuttle bus location at the airport and all in SPANISH ONLY! BCN already has a strange design, even with Google translation, it is not clear where to find the shuttle bus, Parking G in Terminal 1 is FAR out in a corner, and surprisingly not many people can speak decent English which made things 10 times worse in a cold night! And the shower didn’t work properly, not to mention the breakfast staff were not friendly at all!

Yes. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was much much larger than I expected. This was not a problem, but a surprise. You have to pay to use the pool, which is not explained in the advertising. I was just there for one night to pick up my lost computer at the Barcelona airport. The hotel was great for that purpose.

Very plain room. The bathroom door didn't shut. We needed to call maintenance to fix the safe...it took 2 calls. The shuttle from the airport was late. Although very nice ...the desk staff misunderstood wake up time. We got an hour early. Is licated in a strip mall. Nice breakfast and shuttle to the airport. Swimming pool cost extra

Air conditioning did not work in the room. Checked in very late @11pm. When we got to room, it was quite warm so tried to adjust temperature to cool it down but controls did nothing. Thankfully, windows opened which made it a bit cooler so we were able to sleep (we were exhausted from a very long travel day).

Hotel shuttle failed to show up so had to take a taxi. Receptionist initially said I must have been in wrong place, but backtracked when shuttle driver confirmed he didn’t bother going to domestic terminal. Manager refused to speak to me- required I send an email to discuss issue. Very poor srtvice

Room was a good size,clean and tastefully decorated but smelt somewhat of possibly a cleaning product. Bathroom excellent. Noisy at times at night with loud motorbikes and people shouting outside downstairs. We were at the front,so possibly ask for room at the back.Staff efficient,and breakfast very good and varied. Bus shuttle to airport excellent and on time. Would recommend for an overnight stay before an early flight.

Everything was great about the hotel. Clean room, loved the helpful staff, had a great dinner buffett and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The only thing that could be improved was the shower. It had no room to hang the towel and the glass door wasn't completely covering the wall, so some water gets outside the shower.

Issues with them saying they would change the bedding for one small bed because of medical issues and sheets getting soiled (recovering from cancer) Took room number and said they would do it.. 9hrs later we showed back up and nothing was done.... Was finally given sheets after my friend made a fuss and had to change the bed ourselves... I mean whatever but we were expecting her to have a clean bed when we got back... Also the pool is not opened and looks nothing like the one in the pictures.

My friends and I stayed for one night as a lay over for our return to Canada.
I really appreciated the amenities, the spa, bar on site restaurant, buffet breakfast, and the airport shuttle was an awesome touch. Our room was comfortable and accommodate the 3 of us! They also have a lovely outside courtyard where we could enjoy the gorgeous sun.
I was comfortable in this hotel, however I was surprised the pool was part of the spa and had a fee of 10 euro. I did choose this hotel for the pool, breakfast and the shuttle. The cost of entry to the pool should be clear on the website.
Overall it provided the lovely amenities and comforts we needed!

We did have to wait till 200pm to checkin but the hotel offered to keep our luggage in their storage and we were able to go next door to Sant Boi Mall and enjoy lunch at one of cafes and shop for our cruise toiletries at Al Campo store which is amazing and has everything!
Being seniors,we appreciated the grab bar in shower stall-very few hotels have them!Thank you for a lovely stay!

I booked this hotel due to the proximity to the airport and shuttle. I am so happy i did. The service from the moment we walked in was excellent. The amenities offered are such a wonder way to rest and recharge. Spa staff is absolutely incredible and listens to your needs. The massage therapist is absolutely incredible!! The massage was so thorough and I left feeling completely recharged. An amazing and restorative massage! I really appreciated the time and care she took to work on all my problem areas.
The food at the buffet was not warm, which was disappointing. They did have a nice fruit and cheese options. We had to order off the menu to eat a hot meal. There is a grocery store next door which provided other meal options. The rooms are so clean and spacious.

Hotel is nice, good for a night stay before the airport. The shuttle service is very efficient. Spa and pool was closed for a week for maintenance while we were there with no communication beforehand to say this which was disappointing that we couldnt use this facility. Hotel is located within an industrial estate, beware if staying on a sunday as everything was closed when we were there

Overall our stay was good. Only comments are the iron that was brought to our room didn’t work, we didn’t bother to say anything as we made do and the bathroom door didn’t stay closed, so we had to put something between the door and wall for it to stay closed…it’s the type of door / design that is used.

Modern and clean rooms, handy shuttle service, though better info re. where to find the minibus would be welcome, staff could be a bit more professional, ie when there’s a queue of people waiting to check in at midnight and only one person out of the 3 at reception is available and they chat and joke around.

The restaurant on property was excellent and the staff was amazing. We brought a toddler with us and the team was more than accommodating. The hotel is next to a mall which is very convent, especially if you’re in town for a cruise.
