Very Disappointing – Poor Service

Despite having stayed at this hotel six times before, this visit was extremely disappointing. On arrival there was no welcome or basic courtesy from reception staff, who were more focused on another issue. Check-in was slow and poorly handled, with no explanation given.

Things got worse when we reached the room and found the fridge locked. As a diabetic, I need a fridge to store medication. I was told someone would come in five minutes — after waiting over 20 minutes, I had to go back to reception myself.

The response from a member of Luigi was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking any apology. Instead of resolving the issue, I was spoken to disrespectfully and even told I had a “bad attitude,” which was shocking and unacceptable.

This reflects a serious lack of customer service and poor management oversight. Sadly, after multiple previous stays, I will not be returning.

Nice hotel, I have chosen that because it was not so far from the airport, it could be great to have an airport shuttle or something because everyone at the place were going to pick a flight.
The front desk was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was a buffet, not wonderful but good for a *** stars hotel. The area is quiet, a bit isolated if you walk, but you have some supermarkets and McDonald's, gas stations, etc

The property is in middle of an industrial area. We had a free continental breakfast which was available until 11am. Came back at 10:30 for a coffee while we waited for a cab but was told we could only enter once. After explaining we were still denied.

Great hotel. Staff was very helpful and assistive. Great breakfast and the pool is great too very clean and quiet. The only thing that’s let’s the hotel down is how far out it is from Barcelona and the nearest train station 30 min walk away. Other than that all was amazing.

First room had ants and no AC, they came and sprayed room without offering to move me- I went back and the Che Michal smell was so overwhelming. It took three times going down to request to move and finally the front desk worker came upstairs to “help me fix the air” to realize the AC was in fact broken and the chemical smell was very strong. Got placed in a hallway with a 2 am guest revolving loud door banging. 50 min bus ride from the city center. Not worth it for the pool.

I chose this hotel for a one night stay because it was listed as close to the airport which I wanted as we had an early afternoon flight the next day.

We had trouble finding the hotel as the hotel confirmation said San Boi de Llobregat and there are apparently two Crta Sana Crue de Calafella streets. My maps and then the metro lead us to the wrong street and we ended up having to take a taxi back to the correct street and our taxi was taking us to Llobregat. Do NOT mention Llobregat, just say and enter into your maps \"Sercotel Sant Boi\". Sant Boi is the area you want to be in to find this hotel.

The hotel looks decent in the lobby area and our room was nice (the shower was a nightmare) and we had ants, lots of ants! The fitness facility was nice. The pool is decent.

While sitting by the pool I realized I did not want to spend my last night in Spain at this hotel or the area it was in, there really is nothing there. I found an amazing beach called La Playa Castelldefels just a 7 minute taxi ride from the hotel which the hotel staff confirmed it was a place worth going to (and they were right).

The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Do not stay here if you want to be close to Barcelona's main attractions it is far. This is a decent stay for one night on your way out of Spain.

When I chose this hotel, it was because they advertised having a shuttle to the airport. However, when I arrived, they told me there was no shuttle service available, but they could arrange a taxi instead. That was a bit frustrating.

On top of that, the area isn’t well connected by public transportation and feels quite isolated.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel itself was clean. But overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have your own car.

On a bus route. Clean and nice.

This clean nice hotel was on a bus stop right outside our hotel that we tried to take to airport but the bus did not come on time. Recommend taxi or Uber to airport from the hotel if I stay again. Used the luggage scale in the lobby for 1 Euro was convenient. In an industrial area.

This hotel was described as \" close to the airport\" but in reality was a 20+ minute taxi ride. Room was quiet and the bathroom included a full bathtub! Breakfast buffet was massive and included a machine making fresh squeezed orange juice at the touch of a button! Good value for a place I'd stay at again.

The location is great for the airport. If you have a car to return there is a gas station across the street . Ten 15 mins from airport . We had food Uber ‘ ed in late no issues. We paid what I would say a lot for the breakfast . 15 each . It was from 730-1030 . We went down at 10 and all the hot food was gone . They did not bring anymore out even though there was a few people that came in around 10 . I was able to eat some fruit and there was one pasty left . My wife can have bread so the eggs and meats where what she would have ate but nothing there . So she had some cheese and cold cuts . That a lot money for them to not keep the food available till 1030
