The staff was great! The front desk was very helpful as was everyone else. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent with a large selection. The only gripe is that the shower water in my room would change temperature on its own, a minor thing. Rooms well laid out well and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel

We stayed here the night before going on a cruise. This is a very good hotel at a reasonable price. It has a business like feel about it, rather than homely, but was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff extremely helpful, and there is a great value breakfast on offer. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice, modern and very clean. A little far from the city centre, but close walk to the metro which was nice. Our AC didn’t work (room was 26 degrees) which made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Walking distance from the Fira metro connecting to the rest of the city. Restaurants and malls are also within walking distance. A restaurant and a full lounge bar on site but the most impresive thing were the breakfast. If you are used to buffet breakfast at the states, you will be blown away by the restaurant quality buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

The property is in a newer neighborhood with less attractions around, most times to get into Barcelonas city center you would need 30 mins on the metro. The hotel itself didn’t have much food or markets around. There was also a bunch of construction around which was quite noisy through our stay. Over all it was nice but staying in Barcelona would have been better.

Helpful staff and clean facility. We arrived early from a long overnight flight and we were allowed to check-in early. The hotel is close to the Fira metro station. However, it’s located in an area, that perhaps is up and coming, with new facilities being built nearby. There are not much shops or restaurants nearby. The rooms do not have microwave ovens and we were informed that there wasn’t a shared microwave oven that we could use. This was surprising, as this is something that hotels normally provide. We wound up tossing the leftovers we had. The room was very hot one night, even with the thermostat turned down to 17 Celsius. I was informed the next day that the hotel had turned off the air conditioning unit during the cold months and only the heating system was operational, so even though I was trying to get the room cooler, it was getting warmer, weird. I was informed that opening the window and door to allow for a cross current would help. If it were not for this one issue, I would have provided a higher rating.

My girlfriend and I loved this hotel and had a very comfortable stay. Amenities were all renovated and it was luxurious for the affordable prices that we spent. Great staff and close to 2 metro stations for getting around town. My only problem with the hotel was the fact that it was very far from the bars and nightclubs downtown so getting back home after a night out is a challenge on its own especially since metros are closed and taxis/ubers numbers are scarce.

I wasn’t too crazy about this hotel. The exterior of the building, lobby and the bar area is super nice. But once you enter the rooms, it gets a bit weird. First of all the shower stall did not have a door you could close. The just put this odd blind that you could have closed so the other companion in the room would not oversee the bathroom and shower area. Overall the room was small and very weirdly architected. The floor plan reminds you more of a studio than a room. It helped out that this hotel was located near the cruise port we were embarking on, but overall there wasn’t much happening in the surrounding area.

I checked in Sunday afternoon so there are no much going on in the area. There is another hotel close by. Other than that, everything was closed. We sat around in the bar for hydration because we had no water bottle or frige in the room. The restaurant did not open until 8 pm but we had a very nice dinner there.

Traveling during covid 19 while Spain was on lockdown and many hotels closing we ended up here two days earlier and they moved our booking forward for us. They did a great job catering to us and kept the restaurant open even though not that many people around. The food there is absolutely wonderful, had a 3 course meal for €19 with wine 👌

Excellent stopover hotel - huge comfy bed, super quiet and amazing shower with endless hope water. Welcome was lovely & warm with clear directions about how to catch the shuttle bus. Freddie the shuttle bus driver was hilarious and such an asset. Highly recommended!

The AC in the room didn’t work in my room so I spend half my time sweating and then at night I would freeze after opening a window trying to get air circulation. The beds are like stones and there is no real blanket on the beds - sheets and a hard, thin topper. Overall the hotel was clean and updated however and if you’re going to the convention center each day it’s incredibly convenient.

The shuttle was prompt and clean. The check-in desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. My favorite is the shower which has a gigantic head and made me want to stay in for hours. The thermostat did not work but I never found the temperature to be an issue. Right next to the train station if you want to see other areas of Barcelona. I would stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights 28th and 29th October - apparently week before the Air Conditioning in rooms was switched off. Temperature in room on arrival was 27 degree centigrade. No fans available and no real means of cooling the room.

Will therefore not be staying here again.

Bar staff and front desk were very good and hotel was clean and nice. Cons were not much nearby and the shuttle pick up at airport took a long long time. The other hotel shuttles came by two or three times before this one did once. On the other hand shuttle to airport was on time and helpful. Talk to front desk about a ride to the airport.

Very well appointed room; but the location of the hotel was \"out there\"; no coffee shops or supermarkets nearby. The metro is very close. I thought when I purchased the room that it was based on double occupancy. When I got to check-in, I was charged 30 euros extra for my husband. Not such a great deal after all. Shuttle to airport was excellent.

It locates in the midpoint of the airport and the city of Barcelona. Easy to access to the city with a short uber ride, around 10 euros. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. Their airport shuttle runs 24 hours so I was able to get on my 6 am flight without a problem.

We highly recommend this Hotel to our friends.

The Hotel is amazingly clean and new. We booked two rooms and bot our friends are very satisfied about the stay. The only negative is that it is in the middle of no where. We checked in late and couldn't find any place to eat around the neighborhood. Had to catch a taxi. We do not speak their language (Spanish) so we were stuck.

I liked the style, and simplicity of the room. Just right for a quick stay before our cruise.

What I didn’t like is how loud it was outside our room. There was an outside event that was so LOUD!! We didn’t get to sleep until 2:30 am. Finally everyone outside left.

Nice hotel, isolated for walking

In an industrial part of town. Except for onsite restaurant no place to eat in the AM that's close by. Nobody out walking around in the immediate area. Very nice hotel, seems geared for business travellers. Great breakfast but served late the day I was there due to the Festival. Perhaps more vending machines since there are few food choices?

Cons- Only problem we had was that it was extremely hard to find where their free shuttle was. We found out later that we had to pre-book the shuttle 24hrs in advance. Wish I had known before to save the headache and taxi drive to the hotel.
Not extremely close to city center but it’s a 20 min drive or quick bus ride.

A little farther away from downtown than we hoped but the train is about a 5 minute walk and Uber was available. Would not recommend the breakfast they offer, very overpriced for what you got.
