Nice and fair price. Hotel borders on Interststate and it is so noisy that window must stay closed. So ask for a room away from the Interstste. NO A/C. Too hot inside room on warm summer days.

The property is far from Luzern and requires a minimum of 1 train and 1 bus ride. Plus there is no AC in the rooms and it gets super hot. The staff did provide fans when asked but it was too small to help in any actual way. The room( more like apartment) we got was spacious and clean.

Parking is limited here to 4 spots in front of the hotel. If you get here by car there are parking limitations all over the area. Get a small car too!!! There is a 15 FR a day garage next to the hotel. We liked the hotel, spacious rooms but stay away from the freeway side. Windows open impossible.

We put up at this hotel for our return flight from Zurich. For the price we paid considering Switzerland, I think it’s great value. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are big and clean. The hotel is very well maintained.

Zug area hotels were booked or overpriced, and this was available. A bit far from Zug, it is not in the most picturesque location, nor are there many restaurants within an easy walk. The hotel does host a Swiss Chalet. The rooms are quite big and comfortable; I could have hosted a small team working during the day at the seats and working tables. The night clerk was especially helpful when we had questions or needs. Seems like they were understaffed during the day. It was in a small mall with a pet supplies shop, a bike store and an Adiddas outlet. Free WIFI worked fine.

Service is very slow and not even able to get an extra towel/blanket. Waited 30 minutes to check in, as they were busy with endless tour guide's request, very annoying. If you travel with your family only and don't want to wait to be serviced after big tour groups, don't stay there.

Modern and clean. Covers, duvet and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Great service - staff was helpful and accommodating no matter the ask. Short 5 min ride to Cham train station. Very good ice cream!

The room is small and stale. Boring. Bad view. No possibility to change the room temperature. Nothing around the hotel forces you to do everything at the hotel and the restaurant was stale. Have to pay for everything including wifi, bad bfast, etc. The king size bed is actually two twin beds. Shower layout is ridiculous, towels were in the showers and the whole bathroom was wet by the time I finished. Plus was freezing because there's no door.

We stayed here for over a week while we temporarily moved out of our house. Most of the guests just overnight here en route to elsewhere. Handy for motorway, reasonably convenient for Zug, Lucern. Did not use the restaurant this time but have eaten lunch there previously and it was good. Quite expensive given the somewhat industrial location.

BAD HOTEL, REALLY BAD ATTENTION......

We made a reservation at the hotel for 4 days to learn a little from Switzerland and Zurich and take some tours, we think that this hotel could be our starting point to use the bus or train services but is far from everything and the people from the hotel won't help you in anything.
Since our arrival we realized that the hotel was away from the city paid about $ 200 to the taxi driver. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk lady didn't not know anything on how we can move around to be able to take the tours we have already booked, she was the only person in the hotel and was in the process of learning. We said repeatedly that we needed to be in Zurich and asked how we could rent a car or use the shuttle and her answer was that she knew nothing, we ask to speak with the manager and told us that she was on her days off and it was impossible to communicate with her.
Then we decided to eat something at the restaurant in the hotel and the lady told us that Saturday and Sunday the restaurant does not serve.

Being in this hotel is like being locked up without any chance of going anywhere if you don't have a car, and the people in the hotel don't know anything and do not help.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, there are better options in Zurich. If you are a tourist and want to see the city and take tours don't reserve this hotel.
We hade to change hotel after the first night.

Stay here if sleep doesn't matter to you

If you like sleeping with tour buses idling under your window so that you can't sleep a minute, stay at the SwissEver hotel in Zug. If you tell the front desk manager, that the four tour buses have kept you awake, she will likely blame you because they are customers too and they have a right. SwissEver should change its slogan to \"The Customer is Always Wrong\" - this is how I was made to feel. I will not stay at this chain again. It was a nice looking hotel with extremely poor customer service.

Hotel is really nice. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are big with good amenities. Hotel helps me for early check in and late check out, thanks to them. Hotel is situated in Cham near of Zug, on Saturday and Sunday, frequency of bus and local train is 30 mins but we manage the time as Swiss Transportation is the Best.

The room was very clean and spacious. Overall far better than I expected. If you have a car and are on the way to the mountains near Luzerne, this is the perfect place to stop over. Local grocery stores are 10min away, and you can make simple dinner with electric oven and microwave. I will definitely come back in here again later.

Being a family of four we were put in separate rooms with an adjoining door. It was fantastic to have our own space and the kids just thought it was wonderful. We were so pleasantly surprised, and it was truly a great thing to have so much space and not to have to share the bathroom with the children. Plus they could get a good nights sleep and we could stay up and watch telly - wish other hotels could understand the whole family situation.

Great night between Zurich and Lucerne

Built in 2011 but look like 2013. My husband and I and our baby rent the studio room (with kitchenette) and my parents had a standard room, and for both, everything was good, clean, calm and enough space. We stayed only for a night but we were more than happy to choose that hotel. Its' exactly between Lucerne and Zurich (15 min each). Not a lot around but if you are only there for a night it's a great spot.

Stayed here as we weren't ale to move in to our new home in Zurich 'til the next day. Good family room consisting of two rooms with a connecting private corridor. Conveniently located near the highway, but some way from town, so best if you are driving. New and immaculately clean. Only negative point for me is that I don't like German bedding (separate mattresses and douvets on a double bed) but that's hardly the hotel's fault.

Great value, large family rooms

We had a great stay with our large family (4 kids). We had 2 family rooms connected with a private hallway made it more like an apartment than a hotel room. Each room is very roomy with a large king bed and a fold out couch and a small kitchenette with a stovetop, fridge and microwave and a nessepresso expresso machine. New and spotlessly clean and friendly office staff the hotel is located in small business park just of the autoroute near Cham. We were visiting Lucerne which was about a 15min drive. A great value it was less than half the cost of other hotel that could handle a large family. Definately a place we would use again.

Great Business Hotel in Zug/Cham

This is a new property, with great modern but warm design (through extensive use of wood). The overall quality of the furnishings is impeccable. Rooms are comfortable and modern, with everything one needs for a longer business stay. Hotel staff was great in communicating and assisting us with orienting locally. The on-premise restaurant, which is pretty much active 6:00am-22:00, plus a 24/7 kiosk \"cart\" means you will never have to worry about meals / snacks (important since the location is rural and places are more closed than open...). Rates were CHEAP during the weekend and reasonable during weekdays. Access is a 5 minute ride from the CHAM train station and taxis are available. Would greatly recommend for short or long stay for those with business in the area - Just remember this is NOT in or near Zurich.

Great value for business hotel

Not so well-located (15-mins drive from Zug, with not many restaurant options around) but brilliant hotel stay in clean and well-serviced rooms. The hotel is brand new, the overall service is spot on. A paying breakfast (really good by the way), the location (on the side of a minor highway) and the paying speedy wifi are minor drawbacks. The stay is however great, I will definitely go back on business there.

Had a lovely stay - room was spot on (v comfy) and clean. Bathroom very nice and great to have been upgraded upon arrival. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Had issues with the Internet whilst there which made it impossible to work though yet was not charged for the Internet bill as a result. Did not try the breakfasts but the evening menu was excellent. Very good standard of food for a hotel.

I’m travelling very often for my work and this is the first time I have had such a poor expérience; people are shouting to each other in the corridors at midnight, then again at 6AM laughing hard and making a lois alarm go off. Alarm went off several times during 20min and reception told me not to panic. I was looking for a place to rest, did not know that at SwissEver resting was from midnight to 6…what customers do you have? This is very low level, as a first price hôtel attitude. Despicable experiorence.

2-day business trip. Nice, clean room but a quite hard bed and very uncomfortable pillow. I learned the last morning upon checking out that other pillows where available upon request. The Wi-Fi was also so poor that it was virtualy unusable. Breakfast was at best average to that price (CHF25).

Günstigstes Hotel in der Umgebung Zug. Jedoch würde ich \"Quality Hotel\" nicht unterschreiben. Als ich das Zimmer übernommen habe, befanden sich Haare auf dem Boden des Badezimmers. Nach den anschliessenden Übernachtungen war die Sauberkeit ok. Die Kissen waren extrem dünn, wie die Wände auch.

Das Zimmer ist gross und hat viel platz. Es ist Sauber und bietet viel Comform. Es ist eigentlich wie eine kleine Wohnung. Es hat eine kleine Kochnische mit paar Geschirr und Besteck die zur Verfügung stehen und ein Wasserkocher sowie Kaffeemaschine. Es ist sehr gemütlich.

Für Durchreise oder Geschäftsreise ok.

Das Zimmer war bezugbereit, jedoch war einer der zwei Betthelften (Lattenrost) defekt. Schnell und unkompliziert reagiert neues Zimmer erhalten. Neues Zimmer hat die Fernbedienung von TV gefehlt, hat man nachgeliefert.

Essen und Gertränke im Restaurant waren super. Umgebung ist für Private eher uninteressant bis langweilig, Geschäftsreisende mit Auto ok.
