Wonderful hotel experience! There is a cute little duck family that lives on the property. Delicious food and drinks. Accommodating!
the arcade game room was 2 bucks a game which was too expensive in my opinion.
But overall excellent overall stay!

The staff was friendly, however the room definitely needed updating. The a.c unit was extremely loud, sounded like running water all night long. The water pressure in the shower was so low and the water didn’t drain very well. I would not stay here again.

Clean room very close to Disneyland. Shuttle helped a lot to come and go. Very magical for kids. Their restaurant food was very good. Everyone very friendly. Only bad thing we stayed in a room that faced the freeway so it was kind of noisy at night. We will for sure stay here again but will ask for a room facing the garden.

Rooms don't get serviced daily, ever 3rd day of your stay if you request. I didn't know, so I took my trash out and had to go get toilet paper, clean towels and kleenex.

While convenient and close to Disney this hotel is old and needs lots of upgrades. Beds are uncomfortable and old. Bathrooms are super outdated which isn’t really the issue but the rust and old fixtures could be changed. Especially for how much they charge per night. The bar area was great as well as the restaurant just wish that same energy flowed to the rooms.

We stayed here last minute and it was the best decision. Large clean rooms, clean amenities, lots to do, loved the Disney vibe, loved the little cafe, you can drink by the pool! Lovely bar and restaurant, great large shuttle bus service for the parks, staff were friendly, had the best stay. Would always stay here now.

The staff was amazing! It was our first family trip to Disney Land. The shuttle was very convenient. They also were accommodating with stroller rentals form OC. I enjoyed the stay very much and my family felt safe with security patroling the grounds. There is no contental breakfast which was a little saddening. But the rooms have a refrigerator no microwave.

This place may be themed like a castle, but it's certainly not fit for a king.
With musty smells, bugs in the bed and shower, holes in the walls, and old food on the furniture, we were ready to pack up and leave mere minutes after our arrival. When we asked for a refund, so that we could leave and find another hotel to book at 9:00 at night, we were told we would be given a better room, and comped the daily parking fees. Come to find out, when checking out 2 days later, there was \"no record\" of this situation documented by the shift manager who made these promises. The employee who completed our check out said he was the supervisor, and yet, couldn't resolve the issue without documentation. Parking was a nuisance, the pool wasn't open according to the hours listed, the \"game room\" was all extra cost... Not at all what we expected. Save yourself the headache, and the mess, and find yourself another hotel. This place will take the magic right out of your Disney trip.

Hotel location is good. Just 5 min drive to Disneyland. Hotel shuttle is very frequent, running every 30 min, from early in the morning to past midnight. I was attending an Expo at the Convention Center , so took the shuttle to Disneyland and walked 0.9 mile. Very easy.
Hotel is nice , somehow dated , but the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good location. Nothing included however, from breakfast to the parking so be aware of that extra cost before travelling here. There was no microwaves in the room either, water was several floors down in a workout room cooler and it had rather dated amenities such as basic cable on t.v, no other media such as Disney + (oddly enough).

Otherwise there is plenty to do here from the arcade to the bar, and the pool and hot tub as well as there being a princess that entertains the children and a cafe.

The place was clean and well taken care of with friendly staff.

It was ok. I did make a recommendation for the stairs on the E entrance my son is blind with very little vision. They have marked all the steps with yellow tape but not the top step he almost fell several times until leaning the steps. Also why no fans in the bathroom? My only other complaint is that I have asked for my invoice by phone and in person still yet to receive.

Overall not a pleasant experience. The first night was completely fine. After that we had little to no hot water and they “shut the ac off for the whole building” because the manager told them to do so. The room would not get below 76 degrees and after we complained they transferred us to a different room. I’m not sure why they would ever shut off AC to an entire building when there are hundred of guests staying there. The room was very dirty and the ceilings were falling apart. I paid for a king suite and ultimately got no hot water and the AC shut off. Not bad for price but would not recommend

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! They were prompt with linen changes! They were great with storing our luggage before check in and after we checked out.which allowed us to go visit our other destinations before heading to the airport. The restaurant had great service and a nice selection of food items.
I wasn't expecting an updated hotel as I read other reviews,so just know that before booking. Went to a Ducks game,hotel was a great location for the Honda center as well as Disney. The shuttle to Disneyland was awesome!!

Very run down - reminded me of a nursing home in the hallways. Might be okay in the main building but avoid the garden tower completely. Bathroom shower floor was stained black with dirt. We wore shoes in the shower. Would never stay here again. Bus service was okay but often leaves early so just be aware and always be at stop at least 5 minutes early.

Very dated buildings and rooms. Everything is old and very worn. Extremely slow service at the front “California” deli which is essentially the only place on property to get a cup of coffee or bottle of water.

Gated lot charges 25 per day.

Found pills on the floor, got moved to a new room. New room had mold behind the mirrors and bed frame. The towels smelled like they’ve been sitting in a musty room for a long time. It’s a very cute hotel in photos but maybe it was just my experience that was awful.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to Disneyland. Rooms are worn and the bathroom was dirty. The prior guests soap was still in the shower and there was a fake eyelash stuck to the bathroom counter. Thermostat was set at 64 degrees and could not be adjusted. Spent the night frozen! If you are going to pay these prices, choose a different property.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Loved that they had shuttle service to and from the parks. The room was cleaned but it had a musky smell, maybe because the air wasn't on. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Furniture and bathroom is dated. It would be better if they updated the bathroom, furniture and add usb outlets. The beds are older but they were comfy to me. Housekeeping comes to clean the room every 3 days but if you need garbage out the room or fresh towels & washcloths you have to call the front desk. Our tub stopped up everytime we took a shower and the sink had a leak around the knobs so we had to wipe the counter with towels in the morning. That morning before we went to the parks we told the front desk about the problems in the room and that we need fresh towels and the garbage taken out. They said they'll have someone to look at the tub & sink & send up fresh towels. Later that evening I received a call from the hotel & she said they were moving us to another room so when we come back stop at the front desk. We returned around 10:30pm. I told the gentlemen what the front desk said earlier. He looked at his computer and said that they fixed it and we don't have to move to another room. We got to the room and they did not clean up after themselves! There was caulk in the tub and dirt. Thank God we brought some clorox wipes, dawn liquid and lysol. My niece cleaned the whole bathroom! I think we'll be staying at a Disney hotel our next visit.

The Anaheim Majestic was a great place to stay for visiting Disneyland. The hotel was in a great location, the pool was great for the kids, the amenities were in great condition. The shuttle to the park was super convenient, just be sure to be there early because a lot of guests use it and the line can get long.

Room was outdated and had a spring mattress that was highly uncomfortable and the bathroom mirror looked like it had been graffitied on and poorly scrubbed off and random square patches all over to possibly cover cracks or something. Also the bathtub had a dripping water leak and the corners of the tub had some sort of black residue? Booked paying extra to “be in the castle” and was just a regular room. Room 1117

Our room was in bad condition- very dusty and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom water splash stains. The AC would not cool we had to sleep with the window open and the sound of cars driving by just to sleep comfortably. The fridge did not cool and the dresser drawers kept sliding open.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and large. We had the Castle Suite. Only problem is the room doors are very load when closing, and it will wake you up when you are asleep. Grounds were gorgeous. It was nice having a shuttle bus, nice perk. I will be staying there again.

Everything except lobby look run down and need replacement. Furniture in the room is old. Food in the Bistro restaurant was not the best quality. My kid did not want to eat bacon (it tasted weird). I feel like the food quality is quite low in this place.

The administration can increase a number of buses after 9:30 PM from Disneyland instead of every 30 min. We have waited for 30-35 min to get on next bus because there were so many people when we came to station 13 at 10 PM. It was hard for parents and tired kids to wait another 30 min.

Cancelled my reservation because the payment didn’t go through 2 days prior to checkout. Was told they sent me a message through the app which of course I did not see til I was at the hotel then proceeded to tell me they tried calling me but didn’t leave a voicemail. They were unable reinstate my reservation because the entire property was book which I doubt. I stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience but this time around really tainted my view for this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel before and knew before hand that the rooms are a bit dated. Last time I stayed in a standard room and everything worked well. The free shuttle to/from Disneyland is a very nice feature and why I booked again.
This time I was in a deluxe room with my daughter and the bathroom with the room was quite run down. Peeling paint with paint visibly missing in the corner, the bathroom sink drain, and the the shower drain were not working properly. The toilet barely flushed. Also when we arrived there were long hairs in the shower, on the bathroom floor, in the bathroom sink, and some hairs on the toilet area. In the room itself, the table between the bed had not been fully cleaned. I let the staff know and they did a cleaning. However based on the state of the bathroom on this trip, I do not plan to stay here again in the future.

The bathroom was dirty around the edges of the tub and toilet. The shower did not drain and toilet did not flush properly. This hotel is so dated and don’t expect anything to come with your stay, parking is an additional cost, if you want to use a cart to bring your luggage to your room you have to leave your id if you need a toothbrush or small toiletries it’s a cost. The only positive is the wait staff in the restaurant they were awesome. Oh and you only get breakfast if you buy their package none of this is on the website

The entire hotel felt neglected. A/C stopped working and we had to change mid trip when we got back from Disneyland. They do not refill anything unless you ask. Front desk staff was rude at check in, they were short staffed, they want you to store your luggage but bell staff leaves after 4. The hotel smelled old definitely is lacking some love. I would never stay there again. And it's not close to Disneyland despite what they say
