Awesome hotel, exactly 1 mile walk to the parks. Breakfast is granola bars like everyone has mentioned. Our shower was newly renovated. Our room did not have carpet. We never heard the neighbors (the hotel was packed).

The breakfast was fake news and aware you would receive negative feedback. The room 231 top drawer won't shut and will open by itself. its either unbalanced or needs to be fully replaced. Wish there were more blankets rather than the thin ones provided. But overall the stay was alright, cheap and was straight to the point.

They oversell and under deliver. It's father from Disneyland than they make it sound. They say they have a light breakfast but really they just have you a few granola bars when you check in. Water pressure is really bad and toilets struggle to flush much down. Fridge and microwave were old and didn't always function correctly. Loose tiles in the bathroom. Bedding wasn't very comfortable. They don't have enough parking so sometimes your car gets blocked in by other cars. Staff wasn't rude but they weren't nice either.

The stay was good. The only issues were the attendants were very rude and short with me and my girlfriend. It was loud to the extent of people going to Disneyland stay there. With that in mind you constantly hear bags up and down the stairs and going across the balcony. Also the fireworks will wake you up at 9:30 on Friday.

I am not sure where they are getting top rated reviews. Fake reviews? If it wouldn't be for the staff who are friendly and helpful; I would've rated them zero stars. First of all, there's no free breakfast offered as claimed on Expedia. NOT EVEN CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. ALL THEY GIVE YOU IS A GRANOLA BAR PER PERSON. I said no thank you, you can keep your granola bars. The only reason I preferred to have breakfast offered at the hotel is convenience to avoid losing time and getting to Disneyland faster in the morning to avoid the crowds. Beds are so hard and pillows are super hard too. I couldn't sleep at all. Room is super noisy, you can hear literally everything. The room and bathroom were clean at least; although I got bit by something. I couldn't figure out what bit me. Location is convenient. You take bus 11 on Ball Drive ART bus station and bus drops you off right in front of Disneyland. My son and I are fans of either walking or taking public transportation everywhere we visit. Thanks to the employee who directed us to the bus station. Only plus is the free parking and hot tub which I enjoyed. But I won't ever be staying here again. Please consider other options for your visit to Disneyland.

The location and staff of this hotel was great, what fell short is advertising “free breakfast”. This was the main reason I booked and when I arrived to check in I was handed a brown paper bag with 4 granola bars and was told that was my “free breakfast”. It should be illegal to promote free breakfast and not actually provide free breakfast to guest. Totally unacceptable.

Parking is an issue… all handicap is at one side of buildings … or in back of buildings farthest from rooms… and night manager calls late at night (waking room up) if parked in 15 minutes zone if no handicap parking anywhere expecting handicap to walk from back of building all the way around …. Room was great. New TV looks like because the prot drive tape was still on it. You actually had to plug it all on yourself. The Breakfast Bar is a little deceiving, we were given a paper bag with granola bars for each day of the stay. The breakfast bar they mention is just coffee, water and juice. No actual food. When you check in they will give you granola bars.
Has station is a short 2 minute walk and Disneyland Parking is literally right there, turn right and drive straight in. The biggest reason I booked this hotel. Hot tub and pool were open, we used the hot tub to soak our legs after walking all day.
