Spacious room. Very nice could see the matterhorn from our room and watch the fireworks. Water was hot and plentiful but shower head did not have much pressure. Breakfast was nice but ran out pretty quickly not sure if it was replenished in a timely fashion only ate 1 morning of our 3 day stay. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned but housekeeping was great whenever we asked for something. Pool didn't look to good but people were using it.

I liked this hotel it was quiet and the beds were comfy and it was clean the staff was nice there was a hotel swimming pool however their laundry cost $8 $4 for a wash and $4 for a drive which I thought was a bit excessive

Unsafe stay – bees in and outside of room, zero response from staff

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Bees entered my room during the night through the gap under the door, creating a clear safety risk.

When I reported it, the front desk refused to take action and stated they could not offer a room change, maintenance, or any form of compensation. I was essentially told to deal with it.

This is not just poor service — it’s negligence. Insects entering a guest room is a habitability and safety issue, and the lack of response shows a complete disregard for guests.

I’ve documented everything and escalated this to Choice Hotels corporate. Book elsewhere if you care about safety or basic customer service.

3 of the 4 days one of my room’s door didn’t work so I had to go to the front desk late night to open the door because the hotel was unable to make the card to open the automatic doors to work. Breakfast pictures showed sausage and eggs but we only got sausages one day and the space to eat breakfast was open so it was freezing and dirty.

The room was good. Lots of noise due to families going to Disneyland, slamming, doors, kids running around and screaming.
Most the staff was nice, all but one, Joe, who not only rescinded the late check out that we requested and were approved for. But he told us 10 mins before check out, then accused us of having a dog in our room for some weird reason, and when we asked for a supervisor or a number to make a complaint, he told us to Google it in a very rude tone.

The room was supposed to have 2 queen beds and they were 2 full beds. Plus when we arrived there was a hidden parking fee per day per vehicle of 17dlls. In addition their parking was quite small and if anything happened to your vehicle they said they were not responsible for, despite the cost charge. Staff were courteous but not helpful. I asked to speak with a manager but none was available in 2 days.supervisor

If you're looking for a budget-friendly, clean and comfortable room. This hotel's for you, it's no-frills. A little outdated and parking can be a nightmare.
However, it had plenty for a continental breakfast to eat, including waffles, bagels eggs, sausage and more off the location was relatively convenient, only about a six minute drive to disneyland's main gate and parking. Staff is really nice and the managers and owners really go out of their way to try to make this day as nice as possible. Overall. I would stay here again.

Helpful at the desk. Sofa bedding wasn’t clean/changed but they gave us clean linens. Toilet ran slow. Blinds broken. Tv remote wouldn’t change channels. The parking lot is a tight fit. These are minor things though, and we’d stay here again. The room set up and breakfast were perfect for us.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Old looking mats in bathtubs. Not enough pillows for pullout bed. When room was cleaned they did not leave towels. Had to request these from front desk and they took care of it quickly. Also had to request more coffee for in room coffee maker. Breakfast was a little slow to refill food as it ran out. Parking lot was crowded and spots were very tight. Most were marked for compact cars, but most people had SUVs Overall the stay was ok, the staff was nice, but it could use some improvement.

If you value a nice shower at the end of a long day walking around Disneyland in the heat, maybe look elsewhere.

This place has its charm. The free breakfast in the lobby exceeded our expectations (waffle maker, cereal, hot scrambled eggs, toast, etc.) and the staff were all super friendly and inviting! However, I will say, the rooms were not the cleanest looking, with some smudged bugs on the walls. The beds were comfortable with 4 different pillow options. The AC blew very nice cold air all night. Unfortunately, the shower experience was a hard letdown… the shower head spits water at you like uncooked spaghetti noodles being shot in your back/face making it very unenjoyable. The shampoo & conditioner is what you’d expect from a value hotel, so definitely bring your own if you plan on staying more than a few nights.

Overall, 3.5/5 stars, the rooms could use some work (especially the showers), but at the end of the day, would stay here again if it was the best deal!

This was our second time staying here. We love it for the proximity to Disneyland. Both times we have stayed here we have driven to the Disney parking structure. It takes roughly 5 minutes. The beds are so comfortable and soft, perfect for resting after a day at the parks. The room is large and fit our family of 4, including a baby in a playpen perfectly. The air conditioning cools the room right down and is not too loud at all. The breakfast has many options and the kids could always find something they liked to eat. The only complaint for this trip was housekeeping took our used towels and did not replace them, so we had to call for more. Another time, we had to also call the front desk for toilet paper as we had not been restocked. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would absolutely stay here again and again.

Area was safe feeling. But was pretty ran down room wise, could feel the springs in the mattress and there was mold in the shower in crevices. I booked due to the \"sound proof\" room in description, but they were anything but. You may not be able to hear harbor blvd. But boy can you hear every sound from a car outside room, conversation in parking lot, and people in rooms next to you. A group of people were in room next to us after we went to bed and it sounded like they were in our room it was so loud. I wish i would have had this info before i booked :( staff was nice and lobby was nice though. Parking lot was safe.

I wanted to share some concerns from my recent stay. Upon entering the restroom, I found and had to kill a bug, which appeared to be a cockroach. Later that evening, after returning late from Disneyland, my son was the first to shower and discovered there was no shampoo available in the dispenser, only conditioner. Additionally, there was no designated space for bar soap. Instead, two used bars of soap from a previous guest were left on top of the dispensers, one with visible hair on it.

Because it was late, I waited until the following morning to visit the front office. I requested shampoo and fresh soap, and your staff provided small containers and bars of soap. While I appreciated the prompt assistance, the experience raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. These issues remained on my mind throughout the night and made us eager to leave shortly after showering.

I wanted to bring this to your attention so that improvements can be made in housekeeping and restroom amenities. A clean and well-stocked restroom is an important part of a comfortable stay, and I hope future guests will not encounter the same situation.

It was ok, nothing fancy. I wish expedia would've told us about parking fees. It has a very small parking lot and gets full fast. Regardless if you pay for mandatory parking fee it is not guaranteed. One night I had to go park on the street. I did like the that the room had no carpet upstairs but for nearly $300, I couldve stayed elsewhere thats better and had plenty of parking. I probably won't be staying here again when I come back to Disneyland. Also water didnt want to go down and drain fast when showering in the tube. I checked and dried to see if I could drain but no luck.

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Disneyland as well as downtown Anaheim, so I'd say the location did not disappoint. Otherwise, our stay was lacking in a lot of areas.

Staff was friendly, no complaints on that front. We had continuous issues with our key cards because they're still using magnetic stripes. Don't keep your key cards anywhere near your phone, passport, or credit cards or you'll be repeatedly visiting the front desk.

The room wasn't particularly clean. The walls were dirty, and the bed linens/towels had staining on them that really turned me off. Also, the bed was quite uncomfortable after a few nights.

My biggest issue is the PARKING. Limited number of spaces, tiny stalls, and if you get back later in the evening you risk not even being able to find a spot at all. A lot of compact car spaces, which were being used by larger vehicles (our SUV included) because there was so little parking. This leads to people essentially using two spaces, because the stalls are so narrow, adding to the problem. Kind of upsetting that they charge a nightly parking fee for such a difficult parking experience, that you're not even guaranteed to find a spot in anyway.

Breakfast is very limited, and there's always a long line for the waffle machines because there's nothing particularly appealing about the rest of the offerings.

You can see the Disneyland fireworks from this hotel though.

Not the worst I've stayed in, but certainly not the best.

The website nor Expedia said anything about paying for parking. After he checked me in he mentioned paying for parking. I ended up not paying; that I know of.

The staff is super friendly, and the areas are clean and well-maintained. However, the laundry machines don’t work properly. We spent $12 trying to dry our clothes, running the dryer three times, but they still came out damp each time. The washer doesn’t spin well, so the clothes come out soaking wet.

Breakfast is free, which I appreciate, but it’s mostly carbs — waffles, bread, muffins, and biscuits. Don’t get me wrong, I love that breakfast is included, but I’ve stayed at many Quality Inns where they also offer eggs, bacon, sausage, or ham as part of the free breakfast options.

Parking costs $15 per night. On the bright side, there’s an excellent view of the Disneyland fireworks from the property.

Listen up y’all, cuz this is it. I never write reviews and I’m going out of my way to tell you NOT TO STAY HERE. The floors of my suite for 6 with two queen beds and a sofa bed was sticky-icky. It was uncomfortable. The parking— forget about it! If you’re coming back from Disney or anywhere late, you will park on the side of the hotel or in someone’s way. I included a picture of what I’m talking about and how inconvenient it was especially because I paid for a parking space.The parking is cramped and not free. They sellout their rooms but fail to mention the parking problems. Breakfast is free and it’s also mediocre. The ame thing is served everyday: biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, apples, yogurt and coffee. I wasn’t the only one disappointed about it I stayed 3 nights and overheard other guests complain about it too. The sofa bed was a big issue. You might as well sleep on it as a sofa because if you lay it out, you’ll hurt your backs and ruin your trip this is what happened to my family. We took turns because the queen beds were fine but not the sofa bed. The other negative was the bathtub was stained and or dirty when we arrived. The front staff was giving creepy vibes. I don’t ever plan on staying here and if you’re looking for quality and comfort this isn’t the place. Only positives were distance to the parks and comfy queen beds and good shower pressure. You can here the people above you making noise the whole night. Guests smoking outside in the parking lot. Ugh.

The room was good but they don’t mention anywhere that they’ll take a $100 deposit from you when you check in or that you have to pay for parking for each day that you’re there. The parking is also really limited so if they are booked you’ll have a hard time with parking that you are paying for.
