No people in the room beside me were trying to break into my room from the room behind me that was boarded up and I told the night staff and he didn't believe me so I would not recommend anyone to stay at this motel

I was in a room with people next to me that were very loud and they were trying to break into my room from the room behind mine that was closed up with board and I told the night staff that did not believe me and I left the next day and lost $55 because I wanted to check out I would advise you not to recommend this motel to any other customers it's very unsafe

Parking & Alleyway Issues to be Addressed
Room was clean and well kept. Front desk staff were friendly. Encountered two significant issues. First one was at check in. We arrived more than 2 hours after the check in time and were told our room wasn't ready yet, and that we were to wait in the lobby until it was. The lobby was not air conditioned, and being a hot day, it was not a comfortable wait. Second issue: when our room was ready, we were told it was located on the other side of a restaurant next door, with access to the room through a very narrow, dark alleyway behind the restaurant. Oh, and there was no parking on that side of the motel. So our car was parked on one side, and we had to carry all of our stuff through the alleyway to the other side to get to our room.

It was super noisy. There were gaps in the bathroom window that were letting in mosquitoes and there weren't any electrical plugs around the bed... Nothing even on that side of the room. These things are all pretty forgiveable... It's old and the room was cheap. What got me (and inspired the low rating) was when I tried to book in for a second night they tried to charge me 50% more than the first night. Didn't even bother with a heads up about it.

The staff is very friendly and where able to help us figure things out after we booked. These rooms where more affordable compared to other place in the area and where in good condition.
The only things I would have changed is the washroom layout, as someone who is bigger it was a little bit harder to use because the space between the wall and the toilet and adding in a microwave/coffee pot.
The beds where surprisingly comfortable for spring beds and I slept like a baby, even while there was construction going on I didn't hear anything.
There is also access to restaurants nearby and a nice walking place down the street!

Overall I give it a 3.5/5. The bed wasn’t comfortable and squeaked a lot. Blanket had burnt holes in it which I took a picture and showed them. Bathtub is extremely small that no adult could fit in it if they wanted to take a bath. Toilet was small as well, felt like my butt wouldn’t fit properly on it.

Drugs smoked outside my room . Drugs being sold and possible prostitution in rooms close to mine. Insect infestation in the rooms. No hot water for shower in both rooms I was issued. Owner admitted to having issues with lack of hot water Cliental seems to comprise of homeless, druggies, and is not a safe place to stay. I left after 2 of 5 scheduled nights. Never plan to stay there again and would never recommend anyone else this facility

This motel was perfect for an inexpensive one-night stay! Although it’s not the fanciest nor the most up-to-date accommodations available in London, I did find it to be clean, and all my interactions with the staff were great.
My only major complaint is that is inconveniently located in the middle of the construction on Wellington. This obviously isn’t the motel’s fault, but it is something to be aware of. Nevertheless, I didn’t having any real issues getting in and out, and there are some good restaurants in walking distance.

Needed an affordable place on very short notice near the Victoria Hospital so booked here for two nights ($100 per). On the positive side, the room interior and bedding were reasonably clean. The single staff person at reception was personable enough. There were enough towels and soap. Shower and tub very small but lots of hot water. Two disposable cups. Fridge worked. However, there was a strong odour of stale smoke in the room that was impossible to ignore. Room was dark, small and depressing. Heavy curtains were kept closed for privacy. Mattress was just ok. No available power outlets. Didn’t try the wifi. TV was ok, need to use the two controllers. Noises from the parking lot at all hours of the night. I was worried about someone breaking into my car or into the room! Neither happened but that was the vibe! I would not recommend this place.

Very dated. Needed help to get tv to work and wi-fi never stayed connected..very disappointing. Staff tried very hard and very honest as we got call that we had not stopped in to get deposit back and it was returned promptly. Twice after dark, stranger knocked on our door so felt unsafe.

We left to go to another hotel because we didn't feel safe. Super 7 motel refused to give us our money back for the night of terror. DO NOT BOOK for Super 7 in London on Wellington Rd.

Their sign says \"clean and affordable rooms\" this couldnt be further from the truth. Their rooms are filthy - pee all over the toilet and floor, dirty fridge and microwave, baseboards and ledges have surely never been done along with high up as there were cobwebbs. Table was dirty with grease marks from what we can only assume was someone elses food. Cigarette burns on the sheet AND blanket. Looked out back behind our room and theres a broken pipe and what looks like homeless shelter. Guess that explains bars on the windows. Just overall disgusting room and for $163!! No thank you!! We came last minute for an event and this was all that was available... if its all that was available in the future we would just stay home.

Rooms were a decent size, b3ds were comfortable, but the cleaniness can use a significant bump. Floors were filthy toilet seat was worn out which added to the distaste in cleanliness. The frisge had leftovers from the previous participants. There was a significant dent in the t.v screen and you couldnt conteol the volume of the t.v so you couldnt hear the neighbouring room talking.
