Upon checking in, the person at the front desk said WiFi was slow, so I don’t even try it. The little convenience store prices were nuts. The room was clean, but beds weren’t comfortable and hot water wasn’t reliable. We had a room on the 3rd floor, and even though there is an elevator, we still had to go down 5 steps to get to the room, which wasn’t convenient for sleeping kids in a stroller. My wife gave me grief for booking here to save money. Close enough to walk to Disneyland, but won’t stay again.

Was unhappy when you got to check in to tell us that we have a $40 parking fee the room says it had a microwave, but it didn’t have a microwave. They gave us a handicap room but did not ask for a handicap room. The water was lukewarm and never got hot to take a shower. I will not recommend it in the Wi-Fi was very slow.

Our room was clean, as was the lobby. We were surprised that the room had no hair dryer or tissues and that the door had a lot of light coming in around the loose doorway, which was a bit concerning. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were surprisingly good quality, and the room was fairly quiet most of the time. Restaurants and stores were about 1/2 mile away, but they did have a 24 hour snack and convenience area with self checkout.

Over all the room was a motel 6 no frills no chills. There were some nats in the bathroom but it was clean. The matress was good for one person but if two peole on it and they move it would be felt. Good over all for an all day park and crash because you are to tired to care.

The internet was bad. The iron did not work, I had to get another one, and then the room did not have a hair dryer. I called down and they didn’t have any available. The coffee in the lobby was like motor oil. Undrinkable. I know it’s a motel 6 and it’s an old building but management could be doing a much better job of keeping it nicer.

The room was super clean, when we arrived the staff had been checking our bathroom for some reason before we could walk in, but other than that they were super helpful when we needed them, super friendly, the wifi was great, me and my boyfriend did have trouble attempting to connect our fire stick into the tv but it wasn’t a major issue we just decided we we didn’t need it anyways since we were staying only 2 nights, was an easy walk to Disneyland not very far, will definitely be back !

The front desk was not very friendly. The lady who checked me in was quite rude. When I signed up for the hotel there was nothing that mentioned they added another $23.50 per night for parking, making the room quite expensive. She said there was nothing she could do. Then I found out that she was bribing other people in my party to leave a 5 star review and was waiving their entire parking fee. I asked her about that and she became even more rude. The toilets made a screeching sound the entire night and when we first arrived to our room there were clothes everywhere and the beds weren’t even made. Luckily our stay here was so we could be close to Disneyland and we were goin 90% of the time. I would not recommend this hotel at all! The man at the front desk was the only nice person we experienced.

There used to be a store at this location that we always got Disney’s type stuff out. It’s no longer there and my children were very sad. The replacement that the Motel 6 put in just doesn’t cut it. Also, the room next to us had two dogs that did nothing but bark 24 seven it didn’t matter what time we came back from Disneyland or what time we left they parked and the hotel staff tried to get a hold of the people that were the owners of the dogs bet they had no luck so yeah, the hotel might want to rethink about pets in the rooms or sectioning them off in one location rather than throughout the whole facility

The room is opd and worn down. The mattress was lumpy, the air conditioner was way too loud, the tv volume couldn't keep up with the AC sound, the bath tub had been painted over in the past and all the paint was peeling off, the toilet clogged, and the towels were thin and ragged. I told the front desk attendant about the toilet at 7:30 am, before leaving for the day. He said someone would tend to the problem while I was gone. We returned at midnight to find the toilet still clogged, and the room unattended to by housekeeping. While checking in I over heard another guest ask for ice. The attendant said the machine just broke and someone was working on it right now. That was not true. There was a paper, handwritten out-of-ordee sign taped across the door. It was obviously at least months old. The whole place is just unworthy of any promotion.

Absolutely no frills whatsoever. Very basic and extremely cheap. Was taken back when they said they charbe $24 a night for parking when they know most customers are bringing a car with them. If you want to charge for parking that is fine but roll it into the cost of the room not after you arrive and check in. But that is how you lose customers. Put a hidden fee and surprise them when you arrive.

Charged over $70 for 3 days of parking which was not specified in the motel’s advertising; TV had 0(zero) working channels when we arrived and no attempt to fix situation; telephone to office wasn’t working; room wasn’t cleaned during our stay — not even once; I asked for a box of tissues and was offered a roll of toilet paper; there were no blankets only a one foot strip of light cloth at the bottom of the bed; no shampoo in the bathroom; towels weren’t changed ever during our three day stay; breakfast was not offered.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. There was some noise around midnight from people getting back from the park; but not a big deal, but if you are a light sleeper, just a heads up. I was in Anaheim to see Ghost over at the Honda center, and this location was really close and even closer to Disneyland. There was also plenty of parking (I got back from the concert at 11:30ish pm) on property. It’s a hidden gem and I will be utilizing this property for my next Disneyland trip or concert / Hockey game at the Honda Center.

Ropm was spotless when we got there. The only ossues we had we both the sink and bathtub drains werr extremely slow to drain. And the last time the cleaning crew came in, they left a clump of long dark hair in the bathroom (neither of us have long hair).
Another thing was there was no hairdryer, but I asked for one at front desk, and they were happy to supply one.
Also, it would be nice to even offer a continental breakfast.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay, and it's within walking distance to Disneyland. For the price, it was resonable.
Staff was very friendly, and I would definitely stay there again.

Room was fine. Minus the UNused condom hidden in the towel rack. Also trash sat outside the elevator on the top floor for our entire stay (3 nights). Housekeeping never came, usure if it needed to be requested.We decided to let it go. AND the elevator hadnt been inspected since 2024 and certificate had expired (05/09/2025). Strange I know but we notice things like this. Now the young man who checked us in was super nice. Aakednif we had a floor preference, which we didn't, but he gave us the 4th floor with a view of the fireworks. Best part of the stay.

The room was nice enough although turning the heat on made it hot in the room and turning it off it got cold, so hard to keep a good temperature.

We chose this hotel for the reasonable price compared to others in the area. When we got there they told us there was a daily parking fee. Looking back now, with the parking we were charged, we could have chosen a place the same distance from Disney with free parking and a complementary breakfast. After booking I had gone back to look for parking information and could not find anything about it. Plus, on Expedia's messaging system to Motel 6 Maingate, I sent a message asking about parking (on January 25th). As of my arrival on Feb 14th they had not responded, nor had it been read. The front desk said they would let the manager know and get back to me, but no one did during our stay.

This hotel is really run-down and dirty. I was there for 4 days and no housekeeping services were provided the entire time. The pools were ice cold. There were no hairdryers in the room, so I had to wait to see if one was turned in by housekeeping. The tub was plugged and elevators only went down to the second floor, so I had to take the stairs to the lobby. The staff wasn't very accommodating either.

This was our second time staying at this location. The room was clean and staff was nice. Some differences in this stay to our first.
We were on the first floor by the pool the first time and it was pretty quiet only if people were loud while they were swimming did, we hear noise. This time we were on the third floor in the back it was actually pretty loud you could hear the street noise, and it seems they put all the rowdy customers on that floor. However, the management did tell people to stop so at least they actually manage unlike some of the more expensive hotels we have been too in the area.
I noticed there was less furniture in this room compared to the other room. Same layout as the other and don't expect for privacy in your room from who you stay with as the bathroom door is a closet double door with no lock.
we also did not get room service everyday as we did the first time but if we went down to request for sheets or towels, they were given promptly.
Overall, this hotel has been better quality than quantity from the more expensive hotels and I do recommend.

Booked accessible room 7/25. Wasn’t available for a bit. Room was good size bathroom too but seat for shower was at a downward slant is the adjustable feet were missing from it. The showerhead itself was broken, caulked and leaking water down the side. The floor was all small tiles and very slippery. There were no gripper strips put down to prevent someone from slipping. There was no storage area, no vanity to set things on just a sink which under the sink got soaking wet from the shower so made it very slippery there as well. Doors to hotel we’re not ADA compliant no automatic doors. The free coffee that was offered a coffee maker broke down. There was another one, but there was always something wrong with that too. When they cleaned our room the first day, housekeeping left no washcloths in the room.
The bright spot was the staff, they were very accommodating and accessible throughout our stay I commend them.
